I have tried calling for over a month, and they have never answered their phones. My sound bar has stopped working completely in less than a year of owning. It is so frustrating that I cannot get ahold of anyone at this location.

Had a last minute flight and i noticed my headphones don’t power on. Called them up and next thing i know i was in and out of the store in less than 5 mins with a brand new pair. Great customer service!
My husbands headphones started to open up and expose the sponge the inside of them. So we took them to this store to see how we could get them fixed. The two women working in the store were very pleasant and were able to change the headphones for my husband. Bose products are high quality and worth the money. I will definitely w coming back to purchase a portable speaker and surround sound system.

After one of my ear buds stopped working, I rushed over to Bose to see what my options were in getting another set. Was immediately helped by Desmond, who was so nice and helpful. Found out my previous set has lasted me since 2013 which is crazy! He immediately got me set up with a new pair and explained some of the upgrades and differences in my new pair. In all, took five minutes, and I couldn’t be happier with Bose’s quality and Desmond’s customer service. Thanks!
Nestled between Steve Madden and Bloomingdales, across from the Microsoft store sits one of the best customer experiences Ive EVER had. I was struggling with a product that my fiance had purchased for me a little under the year ago and the staff, specifically Kenny, were not only exuberant, caring, and personal but completely understood my problem, solved it, and once again reminded me why I choose Bose. Excellent store!
I love this store it is no hassle very comfortable environment and easy to preview what the latest models are.

I have the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 which I use with my iPod Nano. I came into the store to buy the latest Bose Quiet Comfort 35. This store is located 10 feet away from the Apple Store. Sales Associate Indiana Vazquez told me that if I wanted to use my iPod Nano-which I had with me-then I would have to use the cord with the new Bose Quiet Comfort 35. But if I wanted to go wireless then I would have to use the iPod Touch.She explained the difference to me between the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 wireless and the Bose Quiet Comfort 25 which still uses wires to connect to your music device. She then showed me how I could play music and listen to it wireless from my iPhone to the Quiet Comfort 35. She expressly showed me the iPod touch that is on display in the Bose store and told me if i wanted to listen to music wireless then that was the device to buy. I purchased the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 and walked 10 feet to the Apple Store to inquire about the iPod Touch. I had in my hand my iPod Nano and explained that i wanted to listen to music wirelessly. The helpful Apple store clerk then told me that all i had to do was turn on the blue tooth on my iPod Nano and it would pair with the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 and that there was no need to buy the iPod touch. I then walked back to the Bose Store to let Indiana Vazquez know about it.Now seriously-Indiana Vazquez is selling the Bose Comfort 35 and she doesnt know it can be Blue Tooth paired with the iPod Nano? But the sales person in the Apple Store knows that the iPod Nano can be Blue Tooth paired with the Quiet Comfort 35!! Wake up Indiana Vazquez-if you are selling a product that customers use with an Apple product walk 10 feet and find out which products can be paired.
