First-time in their and its pretty nice they have everything you need.

Staff here are great. Super friendly and actually helpful they arent just blindly walking around clueless about where things are. Anytime I have asked where would you keep your Flux capacitors (enter obscure tool here) and theyd always take me right to whatever it was. This is my fav Harbor Freight location out of the four Ive been to around LA.

I wanted to share my experience at Harbor Freight with the Manger Mario. What a great guy. I needed a Compound Miter saw for a couple of large projects. I went with the Admiral 12”. Mario told me about the Hercules 12 Miter saw. He told me the benefits and the better build. I thought about it 24 hours. I went with the Hercules and I can’t thank Mario enough with his recommendation. He was 100% correct. It was more expensive but WOW what a saw. Look at the reviews on You Tube. I am coming from a 10” craftsman that has had its day.People like Mario make it a pleasure to deal with Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight has better customer service than Home Depot or Lowes. Go check it out for yourself.

Good quality tools for the price. Too bad they got rid of their 20 & 25% coupons. Still they have the best prices for tools comparable to much better brands. If youre planning on getting power tools on a budget, used Ryobi tools would be a much better choice.

Very clean, helpful employees, and good prices. They have camping equipment and supplies, gloves for various tasks, and lawnmowers. Car tools and accessories, battery chargers and jumper cables. They carry lots of useful stuff

Ive been shopping at Harbor Freight even before there were stores. They used to be a cstalog tool company. The owner started off selling at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Their quality has increased and their prices are still liwer than their competition.

I used to love harbor freight because they used to have decent quality tools for decent prices. That and they used to sell the black nitrile box of gloves 9 mil thickness for under 20 bucks but recently prices have gone up. Not only that, they also seem to have gotten rid of the discount and free item coupons. This kind gets rid of the purpose of harbor freight. At those prices id rather get the name brand good quality tools down the street at home depot for the reliability and warranty. I hope harbor freight realizes the business its losing and return the low prices and coupons soon.

Great place for cheap tools. Pay for what you get, surprisingly you get good stuff! Look, its not snap on stuff at snap on prices, its better than snap on, meaning you get 20 harbor tools for the price of 1 snap on...lol

Drove here from pico to buy a tool box that was on special a week ago. The pico store said sorry we cant do anything and its not in stock. This store both had it in stock and helped get me the old price. I was regretting paying over my budget and this place helped me out a lot. Ill be going here for all of my large purchases

Harbor Freight is awesome, you can get lots of really necessary tools and even unnecessary ones for dirt cheap compared to bigger name brands, but I dont know if people are aware sometimes that this low cost didnt come out of nowhere. At Harbor freight almost everything comes with low/no warranty really. 90 days is what you get on most tools. This in contrast to say Home depot brand Husky tools will have a lifetime warranty. So if youre buying an essential every time you do anything youre gonna need it kinda tools (drills, bits, wrenches) you might want to spend the extra and buy the brand name lifetime kinda warranty. But if youre buying something for a project that may just sit on the shelf for a long time before needing again (tile cutter, hydrologic press, pipe threader, etc etc etc) then you cant beat Harbor Freight. They make it possible for the average Joe DIYer to do professional work with the right tools (albeit short lived) and not break the bank.

Yeah its an OK Harbor Freight, sure is convenient too, but its a super shady parking lot, complete with crazy domestic violence going on outside as Im checking out in front of the fast food places next door. Ill probably stick to the Pasadena store for the more chill vibes.
