They were all very helpful and it almost reminds me of a little mom and pop style hardware store like back home (Alabama for me, just to reference). I liked it a lot. Its not exactly like all other Ace Hardwares, but I think there is definitely room for the usual all connected by technology and busy busy busy version as well as this version where I was for most my visit the only customer, all the sales people helpful and if they didnt know already they read the package with me to learn type scene. I think that there is room for both these in all our lives on so many levels today, so we can stay familiar with the ways it always was and now how its becoming without it getting too new and uncaring and lacking personality and the human touch of things. I like a little humanity in my consumerism. But I like a little get it to me fast and with the touch of a button kind of flair here and there as well.

This place is always on top of the game with great customer service, and helpful staff. I also just met the manager because of some confusion with an order, and above and beyond seems like company policy...I kist cannot say enough great stuff about this place since I moved here 6 years ago, and they were one of my first stops, saving move-in day!

Great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable but not always friendly. I needed two set of locks re-keyed - I expected it to take at least an hour but they had it done along with duplicate keys made in 20 minutes! On another visit, they didnt have what I needed but they were able to steer me to a competitor to find what i needed.

Came here after a staff from Home Depot referred me here because they didn’t have a particular screw I was looking for for a TV mount.. This place actually had it and the staff assisted me in finding it, a quick service.. Let’s just say, I hope this hardware becomes my go to now for needs, and no more Home Depot.

I never thought Id say a hardware store is one of my favorite places but they always have everything I need. Everything from gardening, flowers or anything home related they have it and are very helpful. Love this place.

Ordered some patio furniture from Ace Hardware and used this store as a pickup point. Very friendly service. Staff helped with loading the items into the vehicle. Well stocked store. Hours could be longer (closes at 5:30 pm!).

Watkin products its very difficult to find locally in a store Alvarado paint of all the places they had what I needed J.R.Watkins Menthol Camphor its great for a cold its great when you have sinus problem its an old-school product that still work and the price is very very fair compared to eBay and their staff very nice and know their jobs and products I will be returning there Monday morning cuz Im almost out highly recommended product.

I love this place is closed to my work people are very friendly and helpful not like Home Depot where they dont want to help you. If you come here look for Dally to help u... but all the staff is very helpful

Horrible customer service and dont update any of their inventory enough. Says they have multiple things in stock and I walk ALL the way there and they literally dont have ANYTHING it says they do online
