This is definitely a plumbing supply store but its not setup for public use.Its stocked for commercial use, thats fine but I wish I walked in.The assistants were nice enough.

Slow slow slow I never thought they would take over 1 hour to receive a part that had been pre-ordered being in the service industry time is money and now Im late to a call thats 10 minutes away next Ill allow 3 hrs just in case these guys an gals are feeling tired.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. Purchased a DEFECTIVE faucet, and then called to ask if I could return it. Spoke with Eric and Frank (the branch manager) who were not only RUDE but could not tell me a STRAIGHT answer with regards to their return policy. WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR MY RESTAURANTS NEEDS.

The only reason I put a start is because I have to put something if it was up to me they wood have a negative star they have the worst customer service no parking manager sucks employees have bad manners they should shut this place down ASAP

I walked in grabbed a number and I watched 4 associates walk past me and go outside and hang out on the STAIRS while one person worked the register.... bad service.

Im surprised that there are more bad reviews of this place. Dont buy anything from them!

Excellent attention from Abel and Raul

It is an excellent store, where you can find everything that refers to plumbing, the staff is friendly and respectful and above all they are patient, and they explain the operation of the product in detail, one more thing, if they do not have it in the warehouse, you They get it in another chain of stores, they are very allied to the competition stores, DONT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR SHIFT NUMBER. ;-)
