Very disappointed to find out that they overcharge to ship through them compared to if I went directly to UPS I understand they have to make some money but not over charged by 25$..

I tried to sign up for 1 year to rent a box and I brought my foreign passport with Visa and this guy started to go through the pages and then started to question my visa and I explained him that was a 1 year visa with chance to renew it for another year, so the guy asked me to provide a california Id and I told him that I just arrived to the country 1 month ago and I am waiting for my id to arrive from the dmv,he told me that he needed a proof of address and I showed him a utility bill from the place that I am renting under my name and I also showed him my car insurance under my name but unfortunately that did not convince him so he took a copy of my documents and told me to call him in a couple of days because he wanted to contact a government agency to find out if the visa was valid,completely outrageous, so i asked him for the copies back,so he gave them to me but he pretended that he was using his phone to text and he snapped a picture of my documents, so when I confronted him he denied it, the most crazy thing is this guy had a foreign accent so I guess he is an immigrant too,but unfortunately you will find a lot of this people and the most crazy thing is when I was turning my back to leave the store I saw a maga hat sitting next to him,now I understand, I will contact USPS and report this guy because he shouldnt take a picture of my documents if he wasnt willing to signed me up,what a scumbag.

I arrived at 5:22 and was waiting for a few minutes before the worker turned to me and rudely told me he’s helping his last customer. I came ready with my package and only needed a label. I usually support small businesses but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Extremely unprofessional demeanor and quite sad since I live around the corner and was planning to use this as my main shipping business.

Love the guys who work here. They are really helpful and thorough. Ive had a mailbox here for 5 years and through 2 ownerships. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Do not go here for a Livescan. The clerk is a clueless, pompous ass- he insists that someone has to be employed before submitting to a Livescan. The purpose of Livescan is so you can become employed.
