Today was my first time at this store. I walked in a few mins before closing with a couple of Amazon returns. The associate was surprisingly enthusiastic when I walked in (considering it was end of day). And she helped me retrieve my return codes. Pretty sure she got me in and out in under 60 seconds. I didnt catch her name but thanks for providing great service!

Theyre only there when you need to drop packages already prelabeled and leave. theyre useless when you need help or ask questions. they claim not to know anything besides the same thing you can check by yourself online. the replies I have seen the owner leaving here are an example of how the staff works and is probably trained: condescending and mensplaining to avoid telling the actual information you need or take any responsibility for their mediocre service.

Everyone here is very friendly. I called twice (about hours and notary service) and visited twice in one week. Every person I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The manager, Brandon, was really patient and supportive for some unique notary services I needed.

Victoria was awesome here. Musicians, if youre worried about shipping your beloved keyboards or guitars, come to this location. She helped pack my equipment and treated my gear like it was her own. Its nice when someone actually cares.

Dont drop your Amazon packages here. They will take forever to process them and you will have to wait for your refund.

The staff here have always helped me thoroughly. They are clearly fully trained with all the equipment and ancillary help you may need. Been going here for at least two years

Had a great experience here. My wife and I went there to get something notarized, and even though the owner wasnt there to help us, another employee (Cole, who was also a notary) did. She answered all our questions, made some great suggestions, and was extremely helpful in general. Id highly recommend this place!

Parking is kind of scarce, so take a chance using Chipotles lot right next door. Make sure to purchase a drink or small bite to eat to allow yourself enough time to prevent your car from being towed. The UPS store employee was really nice, professional and made the process super easy, less than 5 minutes.

This is the worst UPS store in the country. Lost my package and also announced they were open on Veterans Day (even put a sign on the door announcing it) and never opened the doors. Not rude or anything just extremely unprofessional

Regrettably, I decided to rent a mailbox from this place last November. The service is unbearable. I rented the largest size mailbox and paid for the year upfront. This place is ran by two completely inexperienced people with no common sense or customer service skills. I actually find the service from their Associate Mitch to be better than I do from the owners. The owners are continuously argumentative and defensive. From the getgo, there have been serious issues here. Ive been using FedEx and USPS Priority Mail for my corporation for years and I have a FedEx and USPS Priority Mail account. Every time I received a FedEx, this place would attempt to make me sign for it when it specifically states on the label that no signature is required. Worst yet, the FedEx I receive is usually a return FedEx I provided the sender to return documents to me.I tried explaining to the owners that no signature was required and told them to simply put my mail in my box and not hassle me with their signature crap. The owners were continuously arguing with me. I told them and showed them that the label specifically says No Signature Required. They kept telling me it was their policy to require a signature.I had to explain to them how a USPS Priority Mail envelope is considered regular mail and should be treated as such, especially when the label on the envelope specifically states No Signature Required. I told them that I do not care what feel they need to do on their end. Their job is to put my mail in my box. You dont see the Post Office pulling this crap, both at the Post Office and at ones house when delivering mail.As others have stated on various sites, their prices at this location are ridiculous. I dont use that type of service anyway, but either way, they charge way more than most places. I recall a lady getting upset last December when she was purchasing a basic $0.47 stamp and this place was going to charge her $0.78. Again, proves the owners serious lack of business skills and common sense.A few months ago, the owners texted me, informing me I had a package. I was not expecting a package and sure enough when I went to the store to retrieve the so-called package, it was nothing more than a Priority Mail envelope with the label that clearly stated no signature was required. I was irritated and told them to never hold my mail, mislabel it as a package, attempt to make me sign for it and to simply put it where it belongs...in my mailbox. The owners kept giving me this B.S. about how they have it signed for...solely for their own records. I told them to leave me out of their doings and do their job! Im paying them to simply put my God damn mail where it belongs...in my box.Approx. 3 weeks following that incident, I returned from a trip. I was gone for 5 days. While I was gone, I received a few texts from this place stating You received 1 package per text. I checked my mail the night I returned and found 3 of their label stickers in my box...supposedly for packages along with another label plastered onto my mail! First of all, you DO NOT alter my mail by putting your own stickers on it! Second, those were not packages. They were Priority Mail envelopes that again required NO SIGNATURE!!! By now Ive had it.When going to this store the following day to retrieve the package, the owner informed me I dont have one and that I must have already picked it up. I told him that I did not retrieve any package. A package in most people’s mind is not an envelope!!! He told me it was 2 large envelopes. I told him for the 10th time now, not kidding, to stop treating my regular mail that DOES NOT require a signature like certified mail and to do his damn job and simply put it in my box. It was a constant argument with this guy continuously refusing to listen.I am cutting my losses and going elsewhere. There is no hope for this place when its being ran by inexperienced, brain-dead people. The owners need to take a lesson in customer service!
