My first experience at BRR was great. Brought my Cayenne in for general maintenance and Bruce did a great job to get the previous dealer history on the car before engaging in maintenance to avoid duplicating work. I found him very flexible to work with and had fair pricing on parts and labor for what needed to be done. He also forecasted maintenance at the next interval, so there would be no surprises. I am definitely planning to use BRR moving forward.

One if the best high performance shops in the Bay Area. These guys can tackle anything from a street car to full race spec. Thorough work that you can trust. Most recently they retrofitted an oil cooler for me. Packaging was super tight, so they fabricated some air ducting to channel cool air through a brake cooling intake to the oil cooler, but still considering the cooling requirements of the brakes. Great service and attention to detail! Highlights recommended!

I had a great experience. First time using BR Racing for repairs on my 14 year old BMW I was referred by friends who have used them for years and I’m glad I did ask for the referral. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the repairs were completed timely and competently and at a cost much lower than what the BMW dealer wanted to charge. I will be using them for all future maintenance and repairs needed for my BMW.

When I moved to San Jose I hadn’t the slightest clue on where to go or who to trust to work on my 2015 Camaro ZL1. I had issues with my suspension that many other shops couldn’t diagnose. I initially went to BRacing for a second opinion on three different issues another shop told me I needed. When it was all said and done, I only needed two of the three repairs. Robb and Bruce have done an exceptional job setting up my GT2RS for the track. They did research, collaborating with three other Porsche shops before converging on alignment, ride height and anti-roll bar settings for my car. After tracking at Laguna Seca and wanting more grip, they set the car up for running Hoosiers. They listened carefully to my feedback, and adjusted the car accordingly. The results were fantastic, car was a rocket at Thunderhill. Great shop for track enthusiasts!

I took my 2013 Cayenne in for a 110k mile service and inspection. A leak of coolant was observed and repair was authorized. It turned out there was a secondary leak which resulted in the replacement of water pump, thermostat and thermostat housing. It took an extra couple of days to complete the job because of the additional diagnosis and trial and error to eliminate the leak. BRracing stuck with their original quote and charged me the 6hr of labor. The details of the job was thoroughly explained to me when I went o pick up the car. It professionalism and expertise that I can count on!

Brought the car in for a soft brake pedal. The diagnosis took four weeks but the car was finally repaired...Not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but in the end I was a happy customer!

I purchased a 2020 Audi R8 earlier this year and am not a big fan of the stock rims. I did a bunch of online research and settled on a set of HRE P201 rims. BR Racing is one of the biggest HRE dealers in the Bay Area, and their location is extremely convenient for me, so I chose to work with them to order & install the new rims.I worked primarily with Bruce. His enthusiasm for cars in general is utterly contagious. He was enormously helpful throughout the order process and did not pressure me into any particular decision; he was more than willing to offer his opinion and guidance but prioritized my satisfaction and preferences above all else. Had them install H&R Springs and spacers on my BMW i3. They did a fantastic job, and overall were very professional. These guys build race cars at their main gig, so they know their way around squeezing every little bit of performance out of cars. I knew exactly what I wanted done, but if youre not sure, theyll walk you through possible options.Also, buy your parts from them. They have a better rate, and will guarantee the parts, as opposed to just the labor. Youll save money, and hassle of going though the RMA process with whatever retailer you got the parts from.

I came to BR as a first time customer to help get a last second PPI and Rev Report for my Cayman that was up for auction that was ending in a couple days. For some odd reason, the specific car would not provide a rev report. BR tried 4 different machines, and I had already gotten the same result with a prior mechanic. Since they couldnt complete the promised report pull, they stood by their terms of service and didnt charge me a dime for the PPI either, which was none the less material in providing confidence to the auction and netting me a good sale. Hats off to BR for taking me last second, trying hard to resolve in an issue in a short time, and not charging me a dime when it didnt work out exactly as promised (but still worked out quite well for me).
