Robert is a serious person. I am mad at myself for not having frequented this auto shop from the moment I purchased my vehicle. The transmission of my 2010 Jag was acting up and dreading the worst, I started to look around for repair shops. I got offers to replace the whole transmission over the phone without even checking what is wrong with my car!!! Only here did Rick ask to see the car first and then give me a quote. I took my car in and they were very professional and patient with me. The diagnosis was a cracked transmission fluid pan at the bottom of my car which seems to be a common problem with the new Jags. Out of curiosity I asked the Jaguar dealers the cost for the similar repair which was twice the money that Rick asked for. I am very happy with their service and they have a new lifelong customer in me. Thank You Rick!
