Do not go here if you dont have 2 hours to waste. To get a SIM card for a phone purchased off Amazon took 2+ hours. Also trying to switch over Sprint devices is a tedious process that they may or may not attempt. Better off calling tech support or trying a diff store.

Ive had good service here before but this last visit was horrible. I waited about 45 mins to talk to someone, when there were 3 or 4 employees and only 2 other customers. Witch didnt bother me to bad but when i was finely asked what was needed the girl was one her phone and acted like i was interrupting her. She was rude and wasnt any help at all. I was WAY better off just calling t mobile, even through i needed a phone as son as possible. I wish i got het name but i was really irritated.

I purchased a device a few weeks ago.... GREAT service provided by Daniel, unfortunately he moved on to a new location. The worker (girl) that assisted me today was incompetent!!!!!! Terrible service!!! I highly recommend avoiding T-Mobile in Los Lunas!!! I know once Im able to get my device from this store I will NEVER go back!

Call for an appointment. Fine theses days. Figured appointment was to be allowed in. Nope. Business on sidewalk!! He comes out. What u want? Brings a box to a phone he wants me to buy without opening it or checking it out. Not gonna happen. Really not interested in helping me. Taking my business to another (better) company

I would NEVER recommend this store location to anyone . .I am very disappointed . I have been a loyal customer with T-Mobile for almost 20 years. When this store opened in Los Lunas I was happy to have a local T-Mobile store. They did help me in the past once when they first open. But unfortunately the last two visits ( yes I gave them a second chance ) makes me want to give up T-Mobile all together. The employees have lied to me several times in the past ( which caused me to lose my grandfather status all of my voicemails which I stressed was very important that I save and lost all of my pictures, when they told me I needed to update my SIM card ) .About 4 months ago I decided to purchase a phone from them and they persuaded me that I get on a contract instead of the pay-as-you-go that I have had for over 15 years, So I did . . Again I lost all of my voicemails and everything I had saved. I went in today to ask them if I could upgrade. They told me no that I still had 19 more payments to go and that my phone was only worth $50 trade-in value ! What ? after I agreed to pay over $400 for a phone less than 4 months ago. When I asked about the insurance on my phone they told me I did not have insurance on it even though I requested it when I purchased the phone. I asked if I could add it now they told me no, the phone is not worth it . Wow.the employees do not seem happy to work there and were not very pleasant to deal with and did not care about solving my problems or even suggest on how to fix it . they just stood there with a blank look in their face waiting for me to leave. So I left and I never plan on going back to that store again. I would rather drive to Albuquerque to another store if I stay with T-Mobile..and to be honest, I just might switch carriers because of this store and its employees.I would NEVER recommend anybody to go to that store ever, even if they are a loyal T-Mobile customer. I would suggest to spend their money and the time to drive to Albuquerque to a better store where they dont lie to you and are more friendly, more willing to help .I rate the customer service in this store a - 5 stars

If I could do 0 stars I would. Ed was very rude and not professional at all, i have been a t-mobile customer for 15yrs and that kid had no business working in customer service. None of my 4 lines will step foot in that t-mobile store and I will tell everyone I know the same. It looks like Ed has quite a few complaints, thats someone you want on your payroll! I cant find any place to give my info so someone can contact me. desertweststorefeedback does not exist😠

My husband’s phone wouldn’t charge so he called T-Mobile to see if they were open and if could go in and see if they could figure out what the problem was. When he called the phone was answered with “hello?”....my husband asks if this was T-Mobile and the person said “yeah” . He asked if he could go to the store to have someone look at his phone and the person said “yeah we’re open” and hangs up. When he gets to the store he explains to the T-Mobile Csr the problem so the gentleman takes the phone and says there’s some dust/lint where the charger connects to the phone. He is able to get some “stuff” out, hands the phone back to my husband and tells him that he needs to get something to clean the stuff out and it should be fine. The gentleman didn’t test the phone by trying to charge it....he just sends my husband home with a phone that still won’t charge. We have not been impressed by T-Mobile whatsoever since we changed over to them especially with their customer service. Will be looking for something else.

I came into the T-Mobile ready to disconnect service because could not understand my phone I had purchased. I am 86 years old and read the instruction manual which was not to helpful. Mobile expert Nicole was not only able to help me understand my phone but also changed my mind on disconnecting service because of her customer service. Her willingness to dedicate as much time to ensure my understanding, she is truly an asset!

We have been T-mobile customers for almost 20 years. A previous T-mobile associate had misled us very badly, which we didn’t find out until we got our bill. We went to the store today to get it fixed. Ray, the store manager, spent a lot of time & effort to fix it. We left the store satisfied. I think it’s a shame that Ray has to fix another employee’s shady dealings, but we were very thankful he could help us today. He gave us outstanding customer service.

First time I walked in this store location and the last time! So much so that I am even considering switching to Verizon (especially since there are two stores in Los Lunas). Unprofessional and total lack of customer service from this Tmobile location (Edurdo specifically).Apparently this business is prioritizing business tactics over health; would even choose to rather break up families and exploit the Covid health regulations e.g. implement store policies outside the Governers health orders (as of July 13, 2020 retailers can operate at 25% capacity and the executive order does NOT have restrictions limiting group sizes however this store only allows 2 per group!). I do not agree with the practice of a store discriminating against family size; Granted this is the only business that I am aware of that is doing this in Los Lunas. I am a family of 3 (1 adult 2 children) and I was told one child had to leave the store to make room for another customer?!?! No thank you! I will take my money and business else-wear! I am not only purchasing a product, I am purchasing a business/customer relationship and the business practice/ethics are part of that! On top of that, when I questioned why another customer can come in but my child had to leave (since I am the “money”) how does that makes sense from a health order? I said I can go to Verizon and they won’t split my family up so why are they having there own rules? Eduardo response was rude, disrespectful (turned his back, walked away and started helping another customer!) and told me to go to Verizon!

The employees are friendly and exceptionally nice. But the manager is terrible! I was given the wrong phone, believe it or not, even after questioning the employee THREE times about it not being the correct phone. When I tried to return it, the manager blamed me and said I should have known which phone I was buying. He made me pay a restocking fee. Luckily, T-Mobile took care of it. Theyve always been great to us. But I cant believe the rudeness of the manager at this location. Moreover, I think the employees need better training if they dont even know which phone is which. Im supposed to go into the back and demand they prove Im buying the phone I asked for? Thats ridiculous.

If you want to waste 3 of your days and get nothing accomplished go to this t-mobile store. The first two people I talked to were greate one was nick. You can tell he was new but was trying after that you are wasting your time. I came back to the store 3 times to just get a new phone and two people gave me the same answer and the last one who was supposed to help me said they cant do anything. You have a better chance going to a different store.
