I knew walking in that upgrading my husbands phone was going to be a long process, but Raven and all of the other staff went above and beyond my expectations! They were able to answer all of our questions, upgrade the device and our plan without confusing me, and were very pleasant at the same time. Raven personally took the time to transfer all of the Contacts​ and Photos that we wanted to keep...no easy task since we were upgrading from an old flip phone. I definitely recommend going to this store for any kind of help with your Version account or devices!

Needed a new Android and these were the people to help. I got one of the latest Motorola Androids the moto6g and it has turned out to be a great cell phone. Courteous sales staff and very knowledgeable about their products. I will go back to them when I need to upgrade again.

Issac immediately greeted me when I entered the store. He helped me pick a new phone and bared with me as I was indecisive. I left with a new phone, and a positive attitude due to the amazing service I received. Purchased a Hum upgrade in November, not working correctly husband went in for 2nd time to correct matter, and got assaulted by three of their employees and they had the nerve to call the police and gave my husband a criminal trespassing notification because he raised his voice..yet they put their hands on him. Whats wrong with this situation?? Worse customer service, no manager around, employees cannot make a decision without manager.

I have been coming here since Sept 2018, and service is exemplary. The manager Tyrell irving does a tremendous job and you can see the mentorship he gives his employees. The all have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. They always make me and my fiancé experience comfortable treats us like family. Kudos to Randon and Hector. I can see these guys becoming managers in the near future. Tyrell needs to be commended on his leadership and I will definitely come again!

Ravin was most helpful and patient in resolving problems in getting my Mom’s new phone activated. Shaddon spent a really long time with me getting my new phone set up (my setup is complicated) and was patient, pleasant, and humorous throughout the entire process. And to top it off, both Shaddon and his manager found DISCOUNTS that lowered my bill and then gave me a FREE TABLET! The Store Manager Tyrell was incredible. Im a truck driver and happened to come into his store in Los Lunas to get some,assistance with LG warranty. I was half expextong him to tell me to go to the store I purchaed from since it was at a cellular sales location but instead he took care of it for me and even registered my device on his own tablet. Then he showed me a really cool app called hangouts where i can make calls with my tablet. Ive downloaded the GoWireless app and he said hes my rep,mow so if i have questions i can email him! I will always go to GoWireless from now on!

Worst customer service period came to store to upgrade cellphone had to wait 45 minutes till repsentative asked to help me other customers came in and were promptly attended to this is the second time I have come into this store with terrible absolutey horrendous customer service skills this store needs some complete re training on how customer service should be done I am now going to cancel service from verizon after being a loyal customer for many years I just cannot accept the fact of poor customer service skills, I told the rep I was looking to upgrade and he smirked and went and said I am going to get a phone not even asking me what I was looking for is this what you call customer service if it is it is a joke...there is absolutely no reason why a fortune 500 company should tolerate this type of customer service absolutey herrendous, and for the other rep to turn around and say my buisness is not important to them as I am leaving has completely made me disgusted with verizon at this point if I could give 0 stars I would...this is how upset I am.

You would think if you pay for a service they would be happy to oblige you and make sure that you get the service and customer support you need but in my case its just the opposite I paid for a lifetime warranty on my Note 5 tempered glass protection and replacement come to find out they dont carry them anymore and Id have to wait weeks to get another one so therefore Im without a tempered glass protection on my phone why did I buy a lifetime warranty if they dont cover a lifetime of the phone
