ELIZABETH!!!!! WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I really cannot say enough about this about this young lady!! The day I was in the store it had to have been at least 90 degrees in the store. I guess the air conditioner had gone out as it apparently does quite often according to the girls that work there. It has not been fixed leaving the girls there in hot temperatures all the time, and customers. Needless to say Elizabeth managed to keep me there and do our business with a smile on her face my mother had just passed away and I was in need of a phone I didnt have the funds to up my plan and I was in dire need of help she helped me in a way that I cannot explain in words but she managed to get me help and on a plan that was fitting to my budget she consoled me when I was in tears and kept me in her store when it was 100° or more it felt like this is one exceptional employee you have I hope you keep her there.

My visit was awesome. I was helped by Elizabeth, she was so nice and helpful throughout my whole visit. Answered any questions I had and was very friendly.

Very rude staff.. we had issues with the towers for a good while and when into adk about it they kept saying tomorrow...they really didnt know.and then one worker said to my face she could care less if i or anyone ellse took our service to a competitor, it doesnt affecct me only the company!!! That may be true but your workers aare the face of the company and if they are not helpful or rude its a bad thing.then when i was paying she used her personal phone to get my credit card payment....ummm no thats really scary!!!

The personnel were fast, friendly and helpful. Got good deals on a phone and plan.

I wouldnt recommend cricket to anyone. Plan sucks, Network is horrible you cant get a signal in a lot of places. You cant even talk to a person that speaks ENGLISH! And the #1 is Bad, Horrible, Awful, Dishonest that cant and wont take credit for their mistakes theyve made. They will never ever say its their fault its always the other way around.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CRICKET TO NO ONE. NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!Now thats sad!

Came in the other day to complain about the expensive glass screen or whatever TF its called about being lose in top right corner so I THOUGHT the B***** would fix it but she said and I QUOTE keep pushing it down and it should stay on ALSO the glue can melt like if your phones in a hot place like the car so keep it in a cold place THE VERY NEXT DAY THE SCREEN COMES OFF and so i put it bacj on because the b**** said she can do another screen for $15 when i alreadt paid $30 for a screen SHE DIDNT PUT ON RIGHT and so then i go to use my phone just now and I cant use the top f****ing right corner LIKE I TOLD HER but nope. She didnt listen so Id like to make a review. I shall be going to the store tomorrow too. I didnt pick at the screen AT ALL while having it for the past 2 months. NOR DID I pull it off or do anything to make it not stick.
