While I love my BMW, I dread having to go to the maintenance area to have something taken care of. It has always been slightly haphazard but it has gotten worse. A few years ago (before the pandemic) I had my tires replaced. I made an appointment and arrived on time. It took them 3 1/2 hours to put 4 new tires on my car! I had to cancel an appointment and call my husband to pick up our daughter. When they asked if I wanted the car washed before I left, I said no thank you. (I was afraid of how long that would take! )Now roll forward to October 2021. I was hesitant to take my car there again but decided to give it another try. I had a brake light problem and told them I believed it was the wiring.After Week One I called because I had not heard from anyone and after leaving several messages, Matt called and said it was the wiring and apologized for the length of time. Explaining that with labor issues and the intricacies of the wiring issue it will take some time to find the exact cause.Week Two I called again after not hearing anything and after several calls left a message saying at this point I would just like my car back and will have it fixed elsewhere. After no response I called BMW USA. I explained my situation to a very nice case worker named Laura and she tried to get in touch with BMW of Louisville to no avail! She to had to leave messages and told me that someone should get in touch with me that day or the next. I gave the dealership a third day and have yet to hear from anyone.Monday November 8 will be three weeks and one phone call in all this time.I had my new BMW picked out and priced by one of the ladies at the dealership the day I brought my old one in. But Ive changed my mind. I cant live with the dread of complimentary maintenance or maintenance issues and the only dealership in town.

I purchased a 2022 X6 M50i. Love the car. It’s a real beauty! My only point of disappointment is with the salesman, William H. He has provided very poor customer service in reference to following up on promises made, of window tint and battery replacement for the electronic portion of my brand new car. No one is that busy that they can’t follow up or take a phone call. Since the car was on the showroom floor, the battery in the electric portion was drained, and needed to be replaced. He won’t return my calls. I called service myself to have the items promised addressed. Very poor.. considering $90,000 was spent. Next call, is to the service manager. Better yet I’m going in person. William needs to really work on his customer service to be at a dealership of that Caliber.

Overall, I have had a good experience with BMW of Louisville; however, the most recent experience was somewhat of a let down. The visit was for windshield replacement and diagnosis of an under carriage noise. The windshield had not been checked until morning of arrival (I live 90 minutes away) and it was found to be shattered. The undercarriage noise was attributed to brakes even though nobody took the time to confer with me in the vehicleregarding what I was hearing. And when asked to replace a fragrance for the vehicle, they chose one for me without asking. Not the type of experience I expected from a premium car dealership. I trust things will be better in future visits.

Nathan was an excellent salesperson who met us on his day off and went the extra mile to show us multiple cars and explain the details of each. He helped us find the car that was best for us and worked with Sasha, his sales manager to get us a very fair deal. Kareem handled our financing professionally and efficiently. I love to provide organizations and people with feedback especially when they exceed expectations. We had such an experience with the whole team at BMW of Louisville. We came in with a budget and a plan to find our son his first car, BMW had a few used models on the lot that were near our budget. The team not only availed themselves with a ton of southern hospitality but also made us feel comfortable that even thought we were not buying a BMW that the BMW level of service was the standard, regardless of the make or model, new or used nature of the vehicle being purchased. Terrible experience with BMW of Louisville. Excellent car if you can drive it. Bought my new 2021 BMW in June 2021 and the second temporary license plate has now expired without being registered by the dealership. All fees were paid so no excuses. Almost 4 months now without being registered. This is my 10th BMW and it has never taken this long to register a car. Will be getting attorneys involved soon. Steer clear of this dealership!

I had always had great experiences with BMW of Louisville after moving here from Colorado three years ago until now. Not totally the fault of the company but when you pay for a BMW you don’t want to drive a VW for 5 weeks and still not know when this nightmare is going to end. Had a happy ending because driving the BUG made us realize that a SAV was what really worked for us. My wife finally relented and now we’re the proud owner of a X5. Would have considered a 22 if they were available but a 20 is still nice. Thanks Christy for goi g to bat for me.

First of all, Chris did a good job helping me find the car that I wanted.That is the only good thing I can say about my experience with BWM of Louisville.I love my X5. I do not love the way I have consistently, time and time again, had my time wasted by the service department.If I decide to buy another BMW in the future, I will gladly drive to Lexington or Cincinnati to avoid dealing with these folks. No regard for my time, no apologies despite multiple poor experiences. I have been made to feel as though I am an inconvenience to these people and will not be back.

Daniel was awesome! After waiting 2 hours, he realized the problem was going to be difficult and got me a ride home. The next day he was honest and said they couldn’t fix my mini without getting really expensive. He didn’t charge me; unlike Mike John’s Imports who charged $200 and didn’t even fix the problem. I hope they open a Mini Store here because I will definitely be back!

BMW of Louisville Service Dept. did an EXCELLENT job taking care of my older E46. the process in place is top notch and it shows from the moment that first porter greets you in the service drive. elite high roller client I am not, I just had my car in for some recall work this time. service writer Matt went above and beyond to make this visit easy. I was called promptly the following morning when the car was ready, well before I expected. Im a very particular car guy and was reluctant to hand my car over knowing that bits of the interior would be disassembled. at time of pick up and to my surprise, I noted the work performed was immaculate and seamless! big thanks to the technician for doing a tidy and thorough job.

I had some warranty work preformed on my BMW X5. Daniel Lavon was my service representative. Daniel was very easy to work with and very flexible working with me on bringing the car in for repair. He also recommended having the oil changed and tires rotated, so I wouldn’t have to come back in a few weeks. The video report from the maintenance technician was nice as he walked me through my car. I left satisfied and would recommend BMW of Louisville service department!

I have had nothing but bad experience since I have purchased a vehicle from this company. Since day one they have been giving me the runaround. I have probably went to 5/6 times. the warranty department that I purchased through them, regarding the same issue and it’s still going. Since day one and put new brakes and rotors which I think they have missed lead me and put new brakes but not Roters. Causing my car to squeak in grind and doesn’t stock properly. I have went to them several times for the same issue and they keep telling me there’s no issue. Finally they took it to the Audi dealer which they said my rotors have contamination which I have no clue other than Put a new brakes on old rotors that are bad or a different brakes and rotors causing that. I also have been complaining to them regarding my AC unit only blowing cold air on Max. They so-called tell me that I have a leak in the hose line and I tell if there’s a leak in the line the AC would not work at all. I have been treated poorly by both repair manager and store branch manager. They keep laughing at the matter and tell me we can’t do nothing for you. I have not had the car for more than five months and I’ve been there six times ongoing issue no one wants to help me and keep giving me the runaround. But they are willing to take $3600 for a warranty that I paid in full and take payments for the vehicle that I purchased through them but not willing to take the responsibility to take care of the issue.I wish I can get a hold of someone from higher up or owners of the BMW of Louisville to help me with this matter. My next step is to go to better business Bureau and make a complaint there.

I’m honestly disappointed in the service department. Horrible, and I mean horrible communication between the rep and myself. Adam is my rep and he seems to just not care. Never calls me back, I always feel like I’m chasing him down. I feel as if the mechanics there don’t do their job throughly and they try and double dip on problems with vehicles. If I could give it 0 stars I would, once I get my car back I will never be back at this place ever again.

Horrible buying experience at this dealership. Touted as an M Certified Center they delivered a car to me with a chipped front windshield, unwashed, BMW Performance holograms on bumper and both doors, Continental Tires holograms in lower panels. Front wheel finish destroyed from the track day heat. It been 3 weeks with zero resolution. My first BMW M buying experience has been a nightmare!! Stay Away. The pics below show how my 5700mile BMW M5 was delivered, with interior stuffing popped out!Update: Dealership has apologized and agreed to replace the front windshield and refinish the front wheels. I’ll update again once completed.

I Had a GREAT experience with BMW of Louisville. Matthew Treiber was my representative and he was absolutely amazing!!! I was traveling and my engine light came on while I was on the road while I was on an Emergency impromptu trip and had to take my car here for service. Matthew made sure I was completely taken care by renting me a car with NO charge to me because repairs required me to leave my car overnight. He also asked if we had a place to stay (and we did) and was probably going to put us up for the night. Customer service and satisfaction is everything to me and he exceeded my expectations . I was on a road trip on a super hot day when my air conditioning stopped working. As I drove through Louisville I decided to stop at BMW of Louisville to see if they would take a look. As soon as I pulled in (without and appointment), they started to help. From the folks who greeted me in the service bay to the woman who fixed the coffee machine, everyone was fantastic. A special shout-out to Adam who got my repair covered by my extended warranty. Gratefully, after a while in their lovely waiting area, we were back on the road with cold air blowing.

I was greeted by professional staff ready to assist. My wait time was minimal as they updated my information for a special they were offering. My only disappointment was the selection of genuine BMW accessories. Not to mention that one of the items o was looking at was on back order for a month. However, it was not BMW Louisville’s fault and the technician worked with me to find the right part online - definitely above and beyond. I was driving out of town the next day but needed to get my tire repaired and they were efficient, up front and honest. Took my M3 in for an airbag recall and had exceptional service from Mic. He was very humorous and hospitablewhile committed to making sure my baby was taken care of and that everything was in tip top shape for me when I take my baby back out on the road. They were even able to find and overlooked leak in a tire that I had taken in to my normal shop 3 times for sensor repair, highly recommend these guys for future service as I will be a return customer if ever needed.

I regret to write this review because I found a scratch on my front passenger side bumper, which I initially called BMW to report, I was told I would be called back on Saturday but it is now Thursday and I have yet to hear back. The video of the inspection I was told by Alex was pending and Im unable to forward a copy to your email so I was very disappointed I thought that BMW service would have been much better experience. This has two parts. The service I received was 5 stars. Adam was great and did take care of me. I do think the quality of work they perform is top notch. I loved details like an emailed video of the work. Text updates. Things I would love to implement at my workplace.I was disappointed that, on two visits, most staff was not wearing masks at all. I understand back in the shop. But the sales staff, help staff, and people directly interacting with customers were not wearing masks. I have not seen a business like this in the last year, even while traveling. I was uncomfortable going in there.

We were traveling this past weekend and had the bad luck of puncturing a tire with a piece of metal. Fortunately, our BMW has runflat tires, so we were able to keep driving. Unfortunately, we could not find a replacement tire anywhere in or around Bloomington, Indiana. After dozens of calls, we reached out to BMW of Louisville. They were able to get a tire delivered the same day and get us on the road so we could get back home safely to Virginia. The team at BMW of Louisville was superb, especially Matt in the service department. Were very appreciative for their help and quick work to get the tire replaced once it was delivered by the courier. Top notch.

BMW is always quick, professional and transparent. They send videos as work is done, so I can see what is happening to my car.They also wash it and vacuum it before giving it back.Truly a 5 star experience

This BMW service department is by far one of the most helpful customer service teams I have ever interacted with.I had an unfortunate incident while traveling on a road trip cross-country to get to my daughter’s college graduation celebration in which I lost my keys in a nearby small town. Mike, Jeremy, and Alan all pulled together to work on getting me a rental car while I waited a few days for a new key fob. I was able to get to my daughter’s graduation party on time. This team really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, as I had two restless kids with me and a friend. I cannot truly express how grateful I am for these folks at BMW Louisville. Keep up the amazing work!

Staffing at BMW of Louisville is customer oriented and professional. During all of my service visits, I am briefed on the repairs needed, the cost, and the time of completion. In all cases repairs have been on time and at or below the original estimated cost. When needed, BMW has provided a loaner or rental car. My car is always returned washed and clean. I have never had to return the car due to a faulty repair. BMW of Louisville adds that special touch when they work on your car. I recently bought new tires. They did not just mount the tires and send me on my way. They thoroughly and completely cleaned all of the wheels then put the new tires on.

I told the salesman all of the items that are important to Me in a vehicle. In my case, I wanted a used, SUV that was sporty, sophisticated, leather, powerful enough to pull my 4500 lb. boat, smaller than a three row seater. Panoramic view.He ended getting me a beautiful used X5 with the sports packaged at an affordable rate. This was BETTER than I envisioned. What a champion/ overachiever!

I mainly worked with Alex and he was very helpful and responsive. As a dealership they are relatively more expensive, but they correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Not having a Mini Cooper dealership in Louisville anymore makes things complicated but I am glad they were able to help!
