Let me start by saying that Ive never left a review before, but that these guys have MORE than earned it.I was on my way back to Nashville on Memorial Day when my alternator gave out. I barley made it to a hotel for the night on the battery that remained. These guys got me in the shop, went out of their way to hunt down the part I needed, and out in 3-4 hours max for a reasonable price after Meinkes tried to hustle me for $500 more. These guys even got it in for $100 lower than the initially quoted me!Truly outstanding service. The only shame is that I dont live closer to them, and cant use them as my go-to mechanic.

I had issues with my motor fan and water pump. They were recommended by a friend and I am extremely grateful for their above and beyond service. I first received an estimate for the immediate issues and very pleased with their assessment as I had already researched the problem on my own. They found and identified some smaller but problematic issues, stayed in contact all day and fixed all issues. What I was most amazed with was the final cost was a very small amount over the original estimate. I am extremely pleased and they will definitely be my go to place in the future! I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from this place. First day review mirror fell off. They said they’d fix it, they did then fell off again! A few months after driving the car the ac went out, needed brakes, headlights blew, check engine light came on, just problem after problem for what I thought was a “good car”. If you’re looking to buy used from here or somewhere else I’d chose the latter.

I have been going to a dealership to have all of my work done on my cars. I thought that they were treating me right until one day I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new oil Pan. I did not notice any oil in my driveway so this was a shocker. I said I would like to get a second opinion. So I was referred to Brady automotive. I stopped in and asked if they could take a look at my Mustang. Ive been having some problems with it and can you inspect my oil pan for me. I dropped it off on a Friday morning and within an hour they inspected my car and said they could not find any problems with my oil pan but my clutch needed to be replaced. I had them go ahead and do the work. I am so glad I found an honest mechanic. They easily could of said they found something wrong with my oil pan too but they were honest with me. The Mustang is running better than ever. I will definitely be returning to Brady Automotive for my next service. Thanks guys!!!

I needed to purchase a reliable used car and I was really dreading the whole car buying experience. Fortunately, my car search took me to Brady Automotive. Chris was wonderful to work with. The entire experience was very pleasant and so much easier than I imagined it could be. Chris had no problem with my mechanically inclined friend coming to inspect the car. He kept in contact with me but was never pushy. I highly recommend Chris and Brady Automotive to anyone who is looking for a good used car.

September 2017, great experience! I am usually not someone who needs to utilize auto mechanic shops due to the fact that my family owns a junkyard and we always seem to know a guy who will get the job done on the side. However, when it came to getting a water pump put into the 2005 Mazda Tribute I just got, no one had the right tools to do it so I had to call around to get the right prices. Brady had the best price and was nearby and was able to put me on the schedule for Tuesday when I called on Friday- not bad at all. So Tuesday morning, I drop off the SUV and they say itll be ready in a couple of hours. About an hour and a half later, the phone rings and the guy on the other end says: its not the water pump. Its actually a hose that was leaning against something and burnt through. The water pump is fine and if you just want to bring me $40 cash, were square! Needless to say, I was thrilled that $215 came down to $40 instead and I will be remembering Bradys for future car issues & have been singing their praises to friends! What a wonderful, honest experience! They couldve taken total advantage of me, but no- these are good, honest guys. I should bake them a cake or something, for real!

We love Bradys Automotive. Mike has taken care of our cars since they opened their shop. They have always treated us very good. Prices and work are top notch. When it was time to buy my son his first car we walked through their inventory and didnt see what we were looking for. We talked with their salesman, Chris and told him what we wanted. Easily, the best place to go for auto repairs. My family and I have used their services since they opened. Everytime its above expectations. Prices are the best in town, without question.. One more thing thats important. Ive never had to take my vehicle back for what was fixed. Never.

Chris was very honest and above board with our dealings with him. My wife and I had stopped in to look at one car which we quickly realized would fit our family needs. Paid $2500 for, what i was under the impressionwas, a complete engine rebuild and have had oil issues ever since. Going to have to pay another $2000+ a year later for a new engine. Not happy.

I took my car to get the brakes fixed when they were going out. They charged me nothing for the inspection and fixed an unrelated problem with the brakes. They are truly honest and I will be taking my car here for any other problem from now on. I cant say enough good things about the experience.

I brought my wifes car into their shop right before Christmas 2015 to diagnose an issue with the car missing badly at idle and rough acceleration. They suggested multiple fixes which included replacing two cat converters that totaled just north of $1800! Terrible time to be spending this much money. This amount did include an extra service of replacing the timing belt that I asked to have done since they were going to be right there close by anyway. The car ran fine for about 6-8 weeks before the problem manifested itself again. Same issue. Same symptoms. Same problem. I brought the car back fully expecting them to make it right due to the large amount of money I paid just a couple of months before. They now want to charge me more money and said the car now needs plugs and plug wires. A couple issues with this. #1 how come this was never checked out the first time? If plugs and plug wires were potentially causing my problems it seems only logical that this would have been on a checklist of items to look into the first time around. They admitted on the phone that they never even looked at them before. #2 how do I know that this wouldnt have fixed the problem the first time around saving $1800 and the rest of the repairs around Christmas time? Im not saying that all of the repairs were not warranted. Im just saying I will never know. It seems like maybe they should have started with plugs and plug wires first ($150-200 repair) versus starting with an $1800 repair that ultimately did not solve the problem. My father has had them do repairs on his cars before with no issues so not sure what to think. Not sure if I will come back. Had they accepted responsibility, admitting they didnt check the plugs and plug wires the first time around, then made the repairs and not charged me as a sign of good faith, they probably would have had a customer for life. We all make mistakes. No one is perfect... but they had the opportunity to make it right and move on but unfortunately they chose not to.

We took our Volkswagen Beetle in to check out the starter, AC, etc. before a road trip. They kept our car for four days without looking at it, and only after that wait did they tell us that it was probably the air pump, but they didnt feel comfortable working on it since it was a Volkswagen. I appreciated the honesty in that respect, but if they felt THAT uncomfortable, they should have been honest from the get go. We contacted them twice a day to get updates, and we were always next in line. Needless to say, we had an awful experience and would never under any circumstances return with our business.

The quote I was given for a 4-wheel brake job and spark plug replacement sounded very reasonable at just south of $500. When I was called to say my 2010 Dakota was ready I was surprised that the bill over over $100 less than quoted. They explained that my rear brakes didnt need replacement so they were just cleaned, adjusted, and turned the drums. That type of honesty is sometimes too rare today. They could have replaced the rear brakes and Id have never known the difference. Quality work at a fair price and honest people to boot. Ill going to Brady Automotive again!

They are honest, thorough (genuinely want to help you with the exact issue. No extra BS) and just good people in general. These are hands down the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have been taking my cars to Leon since i was 18 and now am 50. I have never had to take a vehicle back because of something that was not done correctly. Just to give you an idea 1998 accord v-6-427000 miles and counting, 97 accord 325000 before i traded, 1999 saturn sl1-335000. and a 2000 saturn sl1 285000 before trading. They have fixed things the dealership couldnt figure out. I always send friends and just folks needing to get the job done right their way. Never have I had to say i am sorry to anyone for it. Even if they happen to be busy you will be glad you waited to get it done right! I recently paid a tow back to Bradys from North Carolina because I knew they would be able to find the issue that nobody seemed to have a clue about. It was worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I bought my 06 Acura from them in Oct. 2017 and the car is great! Here we are 5 mths later and the brake, vsa and engine lights came on. I brought the car to Brady and Mike cleaned the sensor after he saw nothing wrong. Also, the engine light was not on but he did diagnostic testing anyway. Conclusion, all lights are off, car driving great and all at no cost!!! I highly recommend their services!!!

Mechanical issues with my 2008 F-250 super duty, diagnosis and repairs in 4 hours!! Fantastic 👍👍👍👍👍 alternator,belt tensioner,glo plugs. Issue was instrument cluster going off and on.
