My Dad (70 years old) signed up and was given a “deal” on the Internet router. He was told to try it out and he had 14 days to return. He tried to return 3 days later and the lady in the store yelled at him and was extremely short and rude, without any patience. Who yells at a customer?! He called T-Mobile since the store was so horrible. When he was signing up, everyone was overly friendly, but when he decided to return an item that friendliness went out the door. I was thinking about changing to T-Mobile, but definitely will not. Ever.

Completely avoid this place if you are short on time, otherwise everyone there is so nice youll be stuck talking for way too long.Somehow, the employees there, Quentin and Eva, made a typically annoying process actually enjoyable. Great location, definitely recommend if you prefer getting stuff done in person instead of online.Unfortunately, they didnt give me any free stuff, nor did they improve my marriage (2 things I naturally expect in phone provider employees), expect this store to go out of business by years end if this continues.In the meantime, definitely check them out (while you can)!

We had an issue with my mobile data speed and coverage issues when we called Tech support and were told it would cost us to fix it. We went in-store and Lexi helped us and fixed the issue. Not only did our service improve, and it didnt to cost us a dime! We were told incorrectly over the phone. Luckily, it worked out for us in the end! Quick, simple, and easy! 10 out of 10 for their in-store service!! Go see Lexi she is amazing and helpful!!!

Just switched to T-Mobile from Boost. So far, extremely satisfied with the switch. Have not been out of Lubbock to know how coverage away from home will be.Had T-Mobile way back when they first started in Lubbock, their service area was so limited. I could not wait for my contract to end.At least now I get service at home so I am remaining positive about coverage outside of Lubbock.It appears that T-Mobile values their customers and they have several ways they show it.Thus far, customer service has been the best I have received in years. Hope they keep it up!!

I was very tired of Verizon’s services so I switched over to T Mobile from this location. Everyone here was very helpful and very friendly in getting me out fairly quickly with little difficulty. Very much a worthwhile visit here.

Passing through Lubbock and my phone crapped out on me. I stopped at the store on 82nd and University. Had the best professional service from a lady named Lexie. She understood my frustration and helped me out with my options and got me a great deal on a new phone! Thanks for helping me out!

My expectations of service when i switched to T-Mobile were high. What i got was a nightmare. i set up service approximately a month ago. When it was time to make my payment for this month, i went in and also upgraded to a nicer phone. Immediately after my purchase, i did not get data (paid for the top unlimited service that included unlimited data). So, after several visits to the store and calls to the customer service, over several days, the manager decided to try setting up a new number (this completely new number did not work either). After several days, the service suddenly started working again. Two days later, no service on either phone. Nobody can figure out what the problem is. Meanwhile, Im out over $500 for service Im not getting.

Shopped around for a new phone plan a little while back and hands down Ruben Torres at this location was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable and was a breath of fresh air especially dealing with the mundane experience of switching phone plans. He offered concise information with a level of customer service not seen by this consumer from phone reps in the Lubbock area. Coming from Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon stores I can say with confidence if you need any cell phone service without the car salesman bull then you need to come to this location and ask for Ruben Torres.

All I can say is. I would rather be here then any other service provider

Worst customer service. I spoke to a female sales associate wanting to upgrade to the iPhone 6 plus.She gave us wrong information about our account and was not wanting to help us. We left and went to the T-Mobile store on 82nd and Milwaukee and they were the best! I had fast and friendly service and walked out with the iPhone 6 plus in about 10 minutes! Dont waste your time at the university T-Mobile location.

There are no T-Mobile stores in Midland, so I had to drive to Lubbock to activate my phone. Driving aside, this store provided the most pleasant and trouble-free mobile service shopping experiences I have ever had.

T-Mobile member was not very friendly when I first arrived. He looked annoyed. Not my usual place to stop but it was close by. Most likely not going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the most awful customer experience with this T-Mobile retailer. First they told us a few lies about how the service works specifically about the lease of the phone, I asked the representative (Lizeth) three times that if the phone was mine after the 18 monthly payments established, to which she answered YES. After I found that I was going to pay $165 (X 3 = 495) extra for each phone in order to own the phones, I got very upset. Then I called the store to talk to the store manager Christal and long story short, she called me a liar and did not call when she promised (really professional) which pissed me off, she mentioned that the regional manager was aware of this and basically did not care as i perceived it. Does that tell you something about the company???!!!!I should have stayed with Verizon. I hate this company. Customer service is horrible.......

I absolutely hate Tmobile, I hate their coverage, I hate that Ive been lied to, I dont know know how many times, I freaking hate their customer service, I hate the store on university and 82nd in Lubbock TX, I hate that they can absolutely do nothing at that store, my son dropped his stupid phone and broke the screen yes that was his stupid fault, but Im 200 miles away and he cant even take to phone in to get it looked at just to see his options without me being there or adding him to my account. I would never recommend anyone to use TMOBILE I will be going back to Verizon as soon as Im back in town. Again I hate TMOBILE

T-Mobile is a great consumer company, keep in mind these T-Mobile stores in Lubbock are all 3rd party shops. The service in campus is pretty bad, and non existent in the Jones.
