Ive been ordering cookie bouquets for our grandson for several years now, and Cookies by Design always does a great job. They are great at returning phone calls and always deliver on time.Our grandson looks forward to these treats on Valentines Day and says the Cookies are delicious!! Makes living away from grandchildren easier to know such a dependable company is there to help us make his holidays brighter!

I placed my chocolate chip cookie order at 12 noon and at 2:30 she called me and said, BEST COOKIES IVE EVER HAD! I cant believe she got them so quickly and it was PERFECT timing! First time ever and they were so nice they had an issue with their register so they let me keep the cookies i picked out as courtesy! Its really nice that they offered for me ro keep them i stead of saying no and handing them back. Nice and clean place and friendly staff. The cookies are awesome. I highly recommend the iced sugar cookies and the lemon drop!!

I loved the presentation of my cookie bouquet my husband purchased for me. I just really wish this cookies themselves were good. Mine were very thick bread like very very dry cookies. I am unable to eat them. My kiddo didnt like them either so in they trash they went. And at 54.00 for just four cookies that sure is a expensive waste.

We were having a pedicure next door, at Venus Nail Bar, so I thought Id try this place out. I got an iced sugar cookie and it was terrible. Dry, thick, and without flavor. The icing was nearly painted on, not smooth or creamy. My husband got a chocolate chocolate chip cookie and it was hard and tasted heavily of salt. How can this be their specialty? We wont be back or order from this place. United bakery is FAR superior.

I ordered my daughter a Valentines Bouquet without knowing any of the cookie shops in Lubbock. She loved them.I live 450 miles away and I am thrilled that I found a place that my family loves. I will use this shop for as long as my daughter attends Texas Tech.The customer service is incredible.

I love to send cookies to friends and family. I sent a bouquet this week and during the night my friend was transferred to the hospital. I called the next day and they changed the delivery address without a problem .

Feb 13th about 730pm I realized I had forgotten a VERY important Valentine. I knew I was Im trouble and that the chances of getting anything other than a plain ol box of chocolates....but I was so very wrong! I was able to order online and when I called this morning (valentines day mind you) and was told it was ready for me to pick up amytime!!!!!!!! THEY SAVED THE DAY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ANYTIME!P.S. They were still creating cookie bouquets for last minute walk-ins (like myself) when I went to pick mine up....THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES YALL ARE AMAZING♡♡♡♡♡

So easy to order online, quick service and friendly on phone when I phoned to double check if I placed my order right. The young lady it was delivered to on TTU campus absolutely loved her surprise and it made her day. I will definitely be ordering again! She also said they tasted so good!

The recipient of the cookies received the basket that was sent in a timely fashion, however, the order was incorrect. I was very specific with what I ordered when the order was placed. I called to advise that the order was incorrect, and she confirmed what I had ordered, but it is not what we received. I dont have an issue with the incorrect order as much as not receiving proper customer service. No apology, just her saying shed tell the decorator about it the following day when she arrived. No sense of customer service.

The cookies are delicious & adorable every time! I wanted to celebrate a newly announced accomplishment for my niece and the delivery was SO FAST!!! I was amazed at how quickly it arrived & it was perfect!!

Early this Saturday morning from across the country, I ordered -(online)- one dozen Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies for my elderly aunt and uncle (and their visiting daughter) in Lubbock, TX; and............ not only did I then have an ~*e.x.c.e.l.l.e.n.t.*~ experience on the phone with Store Employee Frankie ~who mentioned that she had just put the cookies into the oven~ in our talking about a Pick-Up Time, there in Lubbock............ but my elderly aunt, who is a *very-accomplished*, *lifelong* cook/ baker, also subsequently let me know, I have to say they were the best oatmeal cookies I have ever eaten. I was truly almost (haha!!) s.p.e.e.c.h.l.e.s.s.: thank you SO much, Cookies By Design on 82nd Street!!
