This was our first time at Crumbl. We ordered one of each of the weekly flavors. The curbside choice made things so easy, and the person who brought out our order was so friendly. Weve tried the church flavor so far and its HEAVENLY. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time at Crumble. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Sherbet cookie was amazing!We got the pumpkin chocolate chip, sherbet, blueberry cheesecake (which was the bomb!) and classic chocolate chip. All were so so so good!Thank you to the Lubbock store for doing such an amazing job!

Cookies are amazing! We love the ones served warm the most! The employees are very nice and helpful! Yes its pricey for cookies but you def will see why its priced that high when you taste them. They are giant cookies made with top quality ingredients and they donate any unsold cookies to hospitals, firehouses and police. To me that too helps justify the cost. I like knowing Im doing business at a place donating to first responders or people in the hospital. It has become a Saturday night visit pretty regularly.

Great cookie joint! Perfect for grabbing that sweet treat at the end of a long day. Simple layout of the store. Easy to see the cookie display showing what is available. Only a few minutes wait while they pack up you fresh cookies.Great business concept. Very friendly and efficient staff.

The cookies are amazing, and they roll out new flavors every week. I’ve had some consistency issues in the past, but overall they are solid.The issue is their delivery fee. A $7 delivery fee for an $11 box of cookies is absolutely ridiculous. They have a loyalty system, but of course the delivery fee isn’t counted towards it. This wouldn’t be such a big issue if the store wasn’t located in such a congested area with minimal parking. It makes getting pickup orders more trouble than they’re worth

Love love love crumble I have used several times to deliver here in Lubbock locally! It’s amazing they always get it right and it’s better than flowers. I mean who doesn’t love an amazing cookie!!

When I can’t think of a gift and want to make someone feel special I can always rely on Crumble to make it happen. Saves me time and money and is super thoughtful!

I’m not much of an ice cream girl, but cakes and cookies with icing are a problem. I wish I never found this place. 🤣 It’s so delicious and there’s new flavors out every week. I love the sugar cookie that’s usually a weekly staple. Our cookies always look beautiful and become a weekly fun treat for our family when I cut each into eighths. Lol.

What great cookies! They made ordering in the app so very easy & efficient. The kiosk inside is always available too. IDK if every establishment is as friendly as the one in Lubbock, TX. but we are always pleased.

I just Had to try the lemon cookie, it was to die for! I love lemon cookies, and this one was one of the best. That doesn’t mean the chocolate ones weren’t great, I was just in the mood for the lemon. I wish I could get lemon cookies every week. I have tried several other cookies and one of my other favorites was the mint icing on a chocolate cookie back near Christmas. When they do that one again I will definitely get it. The chocolate chocolate chip was very yummy, and my hundred-year-old neighbor loved it every crumb!

The cookies here are very good. My favorite is the cinnamon swirl. Really good. Iced sugar cookie is also very good! Cookie consistency is a thick cookie that is cookie like and dough like at the same time. Lots of flavors to choose from and they change out the flavors weekly except for their most common ones. So you can always try something new!

Delicious cookies and quick service. They have new flavors every week, which can be a good thing when you love the new flavors and a bad thing when they don’t have flavors you like on any given week. Lemon, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Peanut Butter have been my favorite cookies.

Crumbl Cookies is the best! The variety is great and each week they have an awesome new cookie. They’re HUGE. Great app for order ahead/curbside/delivery too.

My boyfriend and I went and got 4 cookies and they were delicious! the menu changes weekly with the exception of at least the chocolate chip cookie! The staff was extremely nice and got the order done very quick! They also have a rewards system which is nice! my new favorite cookie place!

I enjoy the cookies but what irritates me most is when I select curbside and I specifically tell the kind of vehicle I will be in and the person bringing my order goes to every car asking them if thats their order.. and I was in the first parking slot! So basically and literally I was skipped on purpose. Somehow I pull up in the first car slot but was came to last. And even if it wasnt on purpose none of the cars look like my car. Why ask what kind of car we are going to be in if you are going to go to each car and ask if theyre me... Im just annoyed by that. And I always include a tip in my total when I check out. She has one job and that was to bring my order.. my experience could have been better.. its not the first time this has happened.. its just the first that Im mentioning it. Please do better.. But besides that they do have delicious cookies that are high quality.

We love Crumbl. Every visit has been a wonderful one. From curbside to being inside, the customer service is always impeccable. They’re all just as sweet as their cookies! & speaking of those cookies! I can’t get enough of the suspense when it comes to what the next week’s cookie flavors are gonna be! My favorite so far would be the chocolate covered strawberry one they had during Valentines. But these cookies are good. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order through the app, arrived at the pickup time and they told me they were sold out. They had a line outside and I guess since the people were there, they got the cookies I wanted even though I paid. Instead of offering to make more, the guy stood there twiddling his thumbs. Im a huge supporter of this business and my husband and I go pretty much every week so Im just extremely disappointed.

Outrageously sweet and unnecessarily expensive ($12 for four cookies!). I went in with high hopes and left disappointed. The interior is very slick and West Coast with touch screens everywhere, which is nice and all, but if we didnt like the cookies, then whats the point? None of us liked any of the cookies--and its not like we dont have sweet tooths (sweet teeth?). Youll get better cookies for 1/4 the price from Market Streets bakery.

I’ve waited over an hour on 2 separate occasions for a simple 4 pack, on both occasions when I asked about my order employees didn’t really seem to care. They might as well not offer curbside, cause the only way I get my order is coming into the store after waiting 40 minutes

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like this one is warranted. The customer does not come first here. If a delivery is made to the wrong location, Crumbl takes zero responsibility and does not compensate the customer in any way. I understand that Crumbl has no control over Door-Dash, however, that is the price of business. Crumbl makes delivery an option, and Crumbl relies on Door-Dash to conduct that aspect of business. Any company that makes a product is responsible for that product until successful delivery is made. Crumbl relies on customers for profit, and thus relies on successful delivery. If an error is made during delivery, that should be between Crumbl and Door-Dash. It certainly should not come out of the customers pocket. Crumbl should eat the cost of a failed delivery, since they rely on the delivery service for that kind of business. A refund, re-delivery, or even in-store credit should be offered to the customer. In-store credit is still a profit, because the price of the cookies is not truly equal to the cost of making them, so there is still not much of a loss. But when you force the customer to throw their money away because you do not guarantee your product when the delivery service you rely on fails, that is poor business, and ends up costing you more because you lose a customer. No one likes to throw away money, and the customer should be the last one to throw money away in a business transaction when the fault is not theirs.Respectfully, I will not be using Crumbl again.

Came here 4/8 and it was outlandishly busy. I ordered 3 dozen cookies at 5 for a 630 pickup, no problem right? Wrong, between mothers day and graduation these people are 100% swamped but they still made me feel like a priority when 630 rolled around and they hadnt gotten to me yet incredible service ! Molly really saved my night and my friends wedding pulling through!

Cookies are just amazing. However the staff is just awful. Ive never been to any establishments on multiple occasions where you have so many people working and not a single employee will even look at you or acknowledge your presence for at least several minutes or more. Its SO rude. Management needs to tell the employees to greet the customers and acknowledge them.

Super yummy! some of them are hit or miss (mostly a HIT). Only have had one issue of the Lubbock location not giving us our correct order. That sucked.
