I ordered at Father’s Day cookie cake and it looked like a 1 year old drew the picture! For a $40 cake I was expecting the same as the picture! Need to find people who know how to decorate!

After ordering on doordash, I found that half of my order was missing upon arrival. After calling the establishment upwards of four times with no response, I took it upon myself to go out of my way to drive to the location which happened to be in the mall, and confront management. I was given the items I had paid for but no offer for a refund, store credit or extra items was made, even after asking. Additionally, there wasn’t even an attempt at an apology. Lastly, the cookies I received were sloppy, ugly and unrecognizable. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend visiting this location as it tarnishes the name of my childhood favorite cookie place.0/10.

Ordered my sons birthday cake and expected the cake to taste like a cookie slice. It didn’t....it also wasn’t what I expected. Very sloppy work and my son’s name was spelled wrong. It’s not an unusual name and the lady that took the order spelled it back correctly. When I got there, the cashier was just a teenage kid, who could care less or be bothered to work. He was friendly but had no clue what to do except cash you out and stand there on his cell phone. I won’t order a cookie cake there again, I’ll just stick to United’s cookie cakes.

Super yummy cookies! ...and because of their location in the mall, I cant resist every time I pass by.

The employee was rude and the cookies were very raw nobody ate them and they were out of alot and we went early went from and hr away would not go again if I could give 0 stars I would

I was nervous to come here after reading some of the reviews but my experience was great! The guy working was super friendly and the cookies were fresh and delicious!! I didn’t think the price was bad either! I got the buy 5 cookies get 1 free and it was $8.75. Well worth it in my opinion.

This place is awesome! We ordered a big cookie for my sons birthday, and we asked for Lego candies to be added (we dropped off the candies). They did a fabulous job!!!!! My son really, really wanted Lego before any store had anything, and the Great American Cookie came through!!!! It only took them around 20 minutes to an amazing job, so it was worth the trip to the mall. The cookie was soft and fresh, and the serves was superb!!!

They are very unsanitary, pipingbags look old crusty. The cookies are supposed to be fresh everyday and Ive seen first hand they use left over cookies for 2or more days and the brownies rock hard not fresh . They will use the same wash cloth for more than 3 days. The Manager treats her employees like puppets. Health inspector should be called on them . They never have the right supplies to work with .

Went to get a super cookie double Doozie. There was none made. They would not make us one. Not a bit friendly.

These cookies are so good and the little combo box deals they have are perfect on the pricing too we get cookies here at least once a week or every two wks

Gosh the staff is so rude! As much as I want to like the cookies they always taste old. Last time ever buying something here. Your staff is just awful.

Staff was rude, had an attitude, and didnt give the free cookies. I basically paid a massive amount for the few cookies I got, expected the free ones and no dice. Woman was adamant about me not getting the free ones. I didnt argue as it was in the mall and i didnt want to cause a scene. How sad that this small place has turned into an island of rude employees with an attitude that doesnt want to honor the policy set in place for customers... I wont be going back to that particular place.

I had a terrible experience here today. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They do not support the local community and I would advise people not to buy anything from the overpriced cookie shop in the mall. STAY AWAY

Ordered a cake over the phone. They guy who answered was rude and almost wouldnt take my order because they had already closed (10 min early). Gave specific instructions about the writing needing to be only in chocolate icing bc my husband doesnt like the white icing (it was his cake for his birthday). Very disappointing.
