I deliver the goods...the docks had plenty of room. I couldve stayed there overnight because theres plenty of room. The unloading was done quickly... by quickly I mean an hour an a half but its floor loaded so thats fast. I was able to allow my dog to run and play while waiting but if cute on the leash so we both ran. The dock faces the loop so its easy to get on one you leave.

Inventory seems to be more than other stores. staff able to answer questions. good prices. got my free spices this weekend!

Big lots is good to find furniture, hygiene products, house holds odds and ends also, they have groceries!! One thing I could not find here was cork boards and they dont sale alcohol.

Jose in furniture was amazing, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful! The store did not have everything I wanted but he definitely went out his way to help me find which stores had the pieces I wanted!

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Goal was furniture shopping today. We were asked if we needed any assistance, questions answered, stock checked, and purchase completed. Our sales person was personable, quick to assist, juggled many customers and gave individual attention to each. Definite 5 star visit today!

Only got 3 Stats between this store and the one of indian next to Kohls they were not on the same page as far as protocols ordering or prices .I felt I got the runaround ALLL I wanted was a living room set ordered .didnt even get that far I was told If I ordered on line they would sent it back to factory .that I need to place the order with the sales rep. I was so confused I just left .called later in the day and was even more confused .I still have not bought a set at all . I guess Ill try furniture row.

Ordering online was easy and convenient. The store was clean and I was greeted by 2 different employees. I recieved my order without any trouble.

This big lots off of 4th street in Lubbock is huge and very clean. Nice selection of household goods and also has good quality furniture. Better selection than most dollar stores, but some items you see today may not be there the next time you shop.

Big lots has always been a favorite discount store to shop in. But I have to admit I was a bit disappointed in my last visit. Alot of The shelves were empty. Half of the store was empty. And alot of the prices were higher than youre used to seeing in a big lots store. Only a few employees in sight and nit very helpful or polite.

Not as much variety as the Big Lots South, but store was clean and staff pleasant.

Very okay. Decent stock. Been to better big lots. But the staff was nice when I went. The only thing is that a lot of the items can be found cheaper at other stores which isnt the case for other big lots Ive been to.

I had a coupon for some bar soap that I tore as I was pulling it out of my purse. The manager tried until he got the coupon to scan. Talk about customer service. Awesome! Store was clean and organized.

Great customer service. I want to buy a pub dinning set. The top was broken and missing one chair back when I install. I went back to store and store manager give me a great discount and also give me a whole chair for apologizing the inconvenience. The store sales reps are being extremely helpful as well.The price of store is very decent. Great shopping place for tech student. Thumb up!

It was 110 degrees out side so it felt really good to go into your store where it was cool. The girl was real nice and helped me with my new card, it has chip and I had not use it. I visit the store about every week.

I normally can give Big Lots a 5 star review, but this store is the worst. Even when they are having one of their reward sales they are poorly stocked, unorganized and items lack price or shelf sticker. Why is this store such a poor difference to the store at 98th and Indiana. That store is always well stocked and organized.

I was stoked to find shrimp chips, which you cant find anywhere else. They also have other fun foods and different flavor chips to try. Their big storage containers are cheaper than Walmart too.

Nice place but for some reason its empty on the mens side. Men need more clothes and options too.

I went to find some card tables and folding chairs. The associate took me right to them, and thsn told me how I could save 20%. I really appreciated his help.

Outlet store for wide variety of merchandise and in cases prices are low. Carry line of furniture, beds, tables, storage. Line of house goods that in comparsion to Wal-mart of linens, small appliances, cutlery, baking dishes, pots and pans, variety of patterns in dishes, glasses. Lines of cleaning products, yard and lawn line, seasonal products, limited line of clothing, socks, underwear, infant line and casual shoe wear. Have a nice line of food products from staples, specialities, drinks, and refrigerated or frozen foods. Need to be a smart shopper and know your products when shopping.

Memorial day ad -May? through June 1st2 litre DR PEPPER, SUPPOSEDLY on sale for 88 cents each, plus tax. I went EVERYDAY of this specific ad to purchase a few... both locations 4th and Slide Rd -I work in the area and 98th and Indiana, closer to home.NEITHER LOCATION HAD ANY OF THE PRODUCT TO OFFER.The shelf space on the aisle would only hold 5-6 of the 2 liter bottles. The shelf was always empty. I went at different times of the day, thinking I would eventually catch the delivery guy, no such luck. The Big Lots employees were clueless. No one seemed to have a clue if a warm body ever came in to bring the 2 liter DR.PEPPER. There was not, EVER a pallet or stack of 2 litre DR.PEPPER by the front of the store. The on duty manager at 4th and Slide Rd made no attempt to help, didnt have a clue when the Dr.Pepper guy ever came in.You would think BIG LOTS would want to have the product for sell that they decided to display in their ad? My guess is, it was a lure.Example-Joe (Jill) Customer comes in for the ad items-none are offered so Joe (Jill) Customer will go ahead and purchase something else in place of the product they were hoping to purchase, and pay the regular price.I BOUGHT NOTHINGIve never had a problem with Big Lots until this sneaky ad.NOT GOING TO SPEND ANY MONEY ATBIG LOTS, EVER AGAIN.

Staff are helpful, products are easy to find, but pay attention because not everything will cost less here than elsewhere.

No sure exactly how to rate this location. Its not outstanding nor is it terrible. It really is just ok. I almost feel like the shelves are emptier than they appear, but I might be the size of the store. As for customer service, they say hello,but they dont follow you asking if you need help. They are there if you need them though. Place is on par with just ok.
