Let me start off with I love how their donuts taste. That’s why I ordered them from here.Expectation versus reality. Super super disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend to order letter donuts from here. Never again!!

I come to this donut shop fairly regularly but I wont be back after today. I received a phone call as I was pulling up to the window, the lady inside saw me on the phone and closed the window in my face as I was asking my boss to hang on for a moment while I ordered my donuts. I do understand that it is rude to be on the phone while ordering food, which is why I asked the person on the phone to hold while I did so. Then the lady barely opened the window and I had to scream my order to her and pay. As she handed me my change she told me you should know that its rude to be on the phone while ordering. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt want this person interacting with my customers!

Yummy donuts. Some of the donuts were almost $2 which I’ve never seen at a donut shop. Employees did not wear masks.

I’ve tried various donut shops in Lubbock and eventually found one that became my favorite. I have a sensitive palate so I can taste the difference. Rita’s is now my NEW favorite donut shop.

Showed up at 5:30ish and didnt have everything on the menu prepared. They were willing to make it right however possible later in the morning, but we live in Levelland. Still loved customer service!!Croissant was amazing and fresh and buttery.Iced coffee was good 👍

My first time visit was great, I walked in and ate there. They were very nice people. So yesterday while I was at Home Depot we decided to order again . I ordered 3 strawberry filled donuts and 3 croissants. Got home coz we had nurses coming to visit my mom.1st order was a ham croissant with no cheese2nd was a sausage croissant with sausage3rd was a ham and baconSo I get home and the first croissant was rightThe other 2 only had the meat no eagg and no cheese. So I call back and I guess the owner answered and said well bring them back and I will make it right for you. I told her I didn’t have time to run back. So the girl that took our order got in the phone and said for me to come back tomorrow and she would replace them. So I give 2 donuts to the nurses and they are not even filled! They only had a dap of strawberry on the top of them. So I go back today and the owner tells me I should have brought all the sandwiches back so she could replace them. So I took time to go and buy from them and coz they messed it up I am suppose to make an extra trip to have them make it right?? Oh heck no and then I ask her for a refund and she tells me NO!!! So I told her she has lost my business and I would not refer them coz they are stupid!!! She starts yelling and me and telling me I am stupid. Very unprofessional and she has no customer service what so ever!!! I have never heard of customers being told to bring back the food!!!NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS with them again!!!!!I give the a ZERO

Family owned and operated! They make amazing everything, I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve bought there. The burritos are some of my favorite.

I love there jalapeño kolache and there donuts are always soft. The best.

Prices are overly priced since the pandemic. No donut is worth $3.00 for one.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review this time. Ive been here a few times and its always been OK, but this last visit was very disappointing. I started by ordering a dozen donut holes and the lady handed me the bag and gave me the total as if I was finished with my order. I wanted to order more and she was surprised by that. I ordered 2 small kolaches and 2 chocolate covered cake donuts.What I got was 2 stale kolaches and 2 chocolate cake donuts that she put into the microwave and they turned to mush in the bag. They were not able to be eaten and soaked through. We were in a rush so I couldnt go back and have the order corrected. The kolaches were hard and we gave up on those. Sorry. Just not quality.

Best dounuts Ive had in Lubbock by far

Service is always quick, I have yet to have a bad product from them, and the woman who runs the drive through (Im bad at names) is always polite and engaging. They have become a routine stop for me.

Their donuts are fresh, fluffy, and so delicious! Everyone loved them! We will definitely be going back😋

Love this place, first time trying it and everything I got was delicious. Ive been literally looking everywhere for the donut that has fruity pebbles on it. Its my favorite and I found it. They have it so now this is my new donut place. The kolaches are good too.

Stop by on the regular to get a bacon breakfast burrito and a big ol Dr. Pepper. One of the best breakfast burritos Ive ever had at a decent price, along with the different, but tasty salsa they include with your order. Overall, a new restaurant thats worth trying.

No matter what day, what time this place has fresh, soft, perfectly glazed, iced or filled donuts!!
