One of my best choices Ive made cant wait to get my new furniture next week Im definitely gonna come back to purchase more items from them they go beyond my expectations and thats cool.

The staff up at rent a center are all nice and Ive never had trouble with them.

I originally made a negative review of this location, however the store manager Matt has gone above and beyond to rectify all of my concerns so I figured an update was due. Matt has been responsive to all of my phone calls about the issues with various pieces. He has made every situation right and has even gone above my expectations to make sure everything was acceptable. Thank you Matt for assisting us!

Waited two weeks so far for our kids bunk beds and still havent got them. They finally get to the store and they say they cant deliver them until monday... Its Thursday... I bet they would be quick to pick them up if we missed a payment. Worst place ever!

I called this location yesterday to ask a question and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me not to come in because they close in 10 minutes and come in tomorrow... they are closed on Sunday’s. WOW

Overall I love shopping at RAC but the service here is not at its best. They will make sure to call you when your payment is due but they lack in delivery and resolving issues. If you say you going to deliver in the a.m then do so or at least keep a customer updated. If you dont keep calling them, they wont call you until your payment

Nice staff. Only needed a laptop and a tv and they had a decent selection.

Right the phone calls to house or them showing up an on a day late even if falls on a weekend. I add an extra number to account an they harrass them as well even if them is not on account.

Great experience very friendly staff

Low budget and not many options theyre charging way to much for the stuff they do have

Its your average Rent-A-Center they take advantage of poor people and rip them off
