Madison Heights Tire and Auto is my go to each and every time for tires and service. Their staff is top notch and their service technicians are professional and do the job right each and every time.

Tires service is good there. However my husband had brakes replaced there on his F150 earlier this year. We have been back 3 times since then as brakes were not done properly. Just took truck to dealership and front brakes need replace again wearing uneven etc.we do not put alot if miles on truck

Greetings,I was first referred to MHTire and Auto by Great Lakes Collision almost 20 years ago. They have always been fair and honest about the work needed and the price of repair. Their warranties and service contracts are amazingly useful. I was in Detroit and some crew was doing construction around my workplace and I went to MHT with three flat tires in the space of two weeks. Two could be repaired but they prorated the third.I moved to Farmington Hills and every tire place over here seems to be booked half the time or the prices seem unusually high. I returned to MHT and got a great deal on the life of my tire. Their prorating system is awesome. Over the years, I’ve had brakes done and several other maintenance services and repairs. My only issue is the parking lot. It is almost always jammed pack. The one time there was an accident, MHT took care of all repairs.Cooper is an amazing guy who really cares about his customers. I always try to make people smile, and he has a great one. I like that most of the people there have been there for years. There’s one or two new ones who I haven’t seen smile and wasn’t thrilled with, but overall, the waiting room is pretty good, the bathroom is clean, the TV isn’t too loud, and the WiFi code is readily available, even if it isn’t always reliable (kept going in and out the last time I was there).I like this place and highly recommend for great estimates, excellent repairs and service, and fair accommodations. And I love that they have coupons and e-News. I even got a birthday coupon one year 😁Great place. Give it a try.

I called on Tuesday July 21st to inquire about getting some service on my car, as I had a broken emergency brake cable. The gentleman told me to bring it in early on Wednesday. I was there the next day at 8 am when they opened. He said they would call me when they had a chance to look at it. At around 2:30pm I called and asked if they had looked at it yet. They informed me no, but would give me a call when they looked at it. Next day, Thursday, still no word by 11:30 am. Later that afternoon at 4pm I called again, same guy informed me that they have not looked at my car. I provided them ample time to get back to me, which they never did. How long should I have kept my car on their lot until they got around to looking at it? When a shop is busy, isn’t it the norm to inform the customer of delays and advise on a reasonable time to service a vehicle? So after my 4th phone call, I told them I would be there to pick up my keys. The service guy did not make any attempt to apologize or make the situation right. When I arrived, he apathetically handed me the keys and I walked out. This is unacceptable! This place was recommended to me by a friend. I was hoping for a new “go to” place for my vehicles as my shop of choice for 20 years had been sold. Sadly, my first visit was my last. This shop has now lost two customers, as my friend said he is now going to go elsewhere for service. Customer beware. Zero stars if I could have done so.

I have had Madison Heights T & A do several things on my 2004 Subaru -EVERY time they got it right, and when one part was defective, they quickly replaced it at no charge. I highly recommend them - they know what they are doing and you wont see any head scratching gee, Im not sure. They do Not venture guesses before looking at your car, and once they diagnose, they know exactly what to do. They have earned my trust several times now.-David

I will highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to get a tire replaced. After talking to the gentleman behind the counter and him not having a used tire in stock for me to purchase, I decided to just change my own tire on to the spare. Whom Im assuming is the owner comes out after I get out everything I need to change the tire, tells me that he can give me a tire for a good price to get me home. My children were so happy they did not have to wait for me to change the tire with a scissor jack. Im so happy to know that theyre still great people in the world. Thank you so much for your help.

Started off at another repair shop where they did not properly diagnose the problem. Had the car towed to MH Tire. From the first contact, both Scott and Dan went above and beyond to help. They were courteous and professional and contacted my daughter and I as needed with regular updates. They properly diagnosed and fixed the issues and my daughter had her car back in a day! We will definitely return here with any car issues!!

I came across this shop purely by convenience from where I live. However, after being a customer for over 2 years now, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My mechanic, Scott, is honest, trustworthy, extremely experienced, and appreciates each customer relationship and strives for customer loyalty (which is very important to me). Ive had 3 different vehicles worked on for numerous things, regular oil changes and Ive been extremely satisfied. They are up front about explaining the work that needs to be done now, and what can wait, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. 5 stars all the way. The staff treats me more like family than anything. Scotty and Jeremy are my favorite. I have been taking my car here for 3 years. They always make time for me.... Even done a couple odds and ends for me without coming at me for labor when other places would. Most importantly, they helped me receive a refund back from another place that fixed my car. Based on integrity, trust, and a job well done, I love these guys and would highly recommend them.

Service is adequate. Counter person was rude this morning and repeatedly cut me off when I tried to talk during the conversation. I dont care how iconic or recommended your local business is. There is no need be disrespectful.

Ken and Joe (and the rest) have always done terrific work on my landscaping fleet. They even struggled one time with an odd size tire from my lawn fertilizing spreader when I was not able to get it off. Fast service, quality work, reasonable prices. I no longer ask for an estimate when I go there, but, rather, tell them to just fix it and call me when its done. Thanks, guys!!

I called in the morning before I came in for a tire repair, and Tom was very nice and helpful. I was calling to make an appointment after work, but he told me they only do walk-ins. The tire repair was $20 and they were very transparent with what exactly the issue was. The was a man also there for car trouble (although his was much worse than a deflating tire), and Tom was very considerate with trying to help the man out as much as he could. As someone who just moved to the area, Madison Heights Tire and Auto just earned my future business.

GO HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF! Awful service, ripoff prices, had to replace the same part 3 times. They claimed it was my car. I had to literally bring in another mechanic to tell them they were wrong. They tried to charge me over 1200$ for something that was only 200$. Since theyre so close its really easy for me to take it to them for a diagnostic, every single time they give me a quote for something I call around and every other place is cheaper. Dont bother WASTE OF TIME!

Dishonest, overpriced, gave me bad advice that would have wasted $1950.First time I had car towed in because it wouldnt start. They charged 140 to replace the spark plugs. A week later a cylinder was misfiring so I took it else ware and was told the spark plugs were bad so I had them replaced again to get driving again.Next time I brought my car in was a couple weeks later when the engine was shaking and struggling (often stalling) for about a minute after being started. They diagnosed the problem as a bad gasket and wanted $1950 to fix it. Oh and they charged a $100 for the 5 minutes they spent to figure that out.I eventually took my car to C&S auto on 10 Mile and found out the immediate engine problem was a bad cam sensor. The gasket was also bad but he advised that it wasnt worth fixing because all the driving on it had probably caused other engine problems and it wasnt worth fixing. I decided to just have them replace the engine with a new one at half the mileage for $1400 total. The car drives great now.

Day after Thanksgiving we had a flat on our way up north. With the family loaded up I took it in to belle tire and they said a 4 hr wait! Even though thats where I bought my tires from I decided to try this place. So glad I did. An hr later I was out the door for 23 bucks! Holy hell I was surprised! Im going there from now on. Belle tire is just always too busy.

Came here to get my alternator fix. They did a good job and right on time. Dont expect to get an estimate asap bc they seemed really busy, I had to leave my car overnight for the estimate and then fix. They fixed my car in a timely manner. Glad I found them online!

These guys saved me $700+ Dollars. I had issues turning left, Belle Tire quoted me $750 for 2 new wheel hubs. These guys found the real problem. My exhaust fell off the hangars and was hitting the tires. A cheap fix! Great job guys!!
