Chris is the go to guy. He knows his stuff and tells you exactly what your car needs. He wont sell unnecessary services like others. Hes all about customer care and working on your car like its his own. Most knowledgeable around. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have a Chevy blazer that had a crank but no start after I had a few new parts putting in. Took it to a shop that did a diagnostic that couldnt figure out what the problem was but told me that I need a tune-up and it would fix the issue. I had someone do a tune-up for me instead of the shop and still had the same problem. I have made a Facebook post and a friend of mine recommended me to take it to Chris so I did and he was able to fix the problem and the price was alot more reasonable.

Chris and team were fantastic to work with, very professional and upfront. I got a quote much cheaper than the dealership offered to replace my oil level sensor and an oil change. It’s been a few weeks and the car runs great and no issues with the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Took my 99 accord there for a clutch and mounts. Chris did an excellent job and took not even a day to complete it. Very satisfied with the work. Chris was our mechanic and we were highly impressed with his work. He showed us what work needed to be done. Plus explained it all to your understanding. He checks the whole car out not just what you think it is, to make your car safe. We have a two year old and he told us our car was unsafe to drive because he saw the baby seat in the back and he didnt want anything to happen to none of us. Most mechanics would and didnt say a word to us even after checking the breaks. We had something wrong with the steering that would cause the wheel to come off. He did not do no work until we approved it. He will be our mechanic for now on. Safety first!! Thank you from the Skinner family! 💜

If you are reading this review to help decide if you should go see Chris or not, just stop now and call him up or go see him. In my 20+ years of dealing with mechanics, I have never had an experience so positive. I feel like mechanics upcharge your for all parts. In other words, if they pay $100 for a part, they are going to charge you $200. The moment I reached out to Chris he told me the cheapest thing for me was to buy the part on my own so I’d have a warranty and he’d only charge me labor and Freon (my AC went out on my 2013 Maxima twice!). Chris called me with updates when he said he would. He said the car would be ready on Tuesday and he called early Wednesday morning to let me know it’s ready. I’m not complaining about one day late, rather, I’m impressed with his punctuality. In my experience, most mechanics are days behind. Lynchburg Nissan charged me about $1500 when my compressor went out June of 2018. When the replacement failed in only February of 2019, the dealership would not honor any warranty or help me in any way. They wanted another $1000. Parts plus labor from Chris was less than what the dealership wanted. Now I have a warranty on the part from one of the local part shops.
