As a successful small, family-owned, business owner in the Metro Detroit area, I’d used Fasteners for all my fastener and construction equipment needs for many years even though the customer service was sometimes, less than ideal. Well, now that they’re Colony, we’ll NEVER us them for ANYTHING ever again! After calling to get the current prices on boxes of framing nails for rough carpentry I was given one price. Then when I got there the same day, several hours later, I was told “the price done went up” by $10 dollars per box! If you want ethical, fair prices – and good customer service, NEVER use Colony in Madison Heights, MI!

Colony Hardware primarily sells to contractors, so the selection isnt the same as what youd get at a large box store, BUT the service is amazing. They accept cash customers and the products they carry are high-quality.

Didnt catch the gentlemens names today...but i was making a delivery in a sleeper truck...and when i realized it was too tight...they bent over backwards to helps me get the truck empty...i will do business with them every single time...
