Most of the items there are good products. Plus Harbor Freight stocks new products every week it seems. Me and my spouse love to go down the aisles to see what else new they carry. On this visit my spouse bought his senior mom an automatic sump pump so she dont have to worry as much about her basement flooding. Were hoping her basement doesnt flood anymore. Were keeping our fingers crossed. But we tested to he sump pump out and it seems to work well. We bought the extra warranty as well. So his mom has a 3 year manufacturer warranty and 2 years after that. So 5 years warranty all together which is great. I think the sump pump with extra warranty was $215 out the door. We think that was a deal, so far were happy.

This place was the best place Ive been in a long time. They offer a wide variety of tools and much much more. Memberships are offered better discounts than anywhere else that Ive been. If they dont have it theyll get it for you! Cashiers are knowledgeable and very friendly. Clean store wide aisles stocked shelves all that makes for one great place to shop!

This Harbor freight is very useful. This girl that works there is very knowledgeable I wish I remember your name Caucasian girl in her mid-30s. This woman deserves a raise or either a place in management if she isn’t already management she had an answer to every question I asked and every answer was the correct answer. Employees like her make the difference.

Great for the small things and for non main stream tool. Their dust collector is one of the most affordable. I love their tool carts and accessories for them.

Clean well lit and all items neat and orderly on shelf. Staff was polite and helpful. This is a great example of how a harbor freight store should look and be operated.

Place was kinda busy. Was able to pick-up what I needed and no WAITING! Except for my husband it takes him time.

I bought a floor jack that was 100lbs. And the help received with the purchase was great, especially the help loading it in my car.

Great prices on good tools. Their new line of Professional tools (Icon) has complete sets (i.e., no sizes missing) of ratcheting wrenches, impact sockets, regular chrome plated sockets, ratchets, etc.

I’ve always had a real good experience at the store. People are generally friendly and available to help you find what you’re looking for. Even if you don’t go there for anything in specific, there’s plenty of neat things to find.

I liked the place, some really good deals actually. Just a little wierd they needed so much of my personal info for some checkout order(address, email, phone, ect..). I would think they only need an email.

My favorite store for tools. They have have great prices and quality products. You can find similar products at other home improvement stores, but the prices at Harbor Freight Tools are way better.

This location is well organized and clean with excellent inventory. All of the sale items I wanted to buy were in-stock and easy to find too. Even the online inventory was correct regarding the primary item I was interested in.Cashier, Jacquia, was friendly, helpful and efficient. Most importantly she processed my various coupons and discounts correctly. No surprises when I finally reviewed my receipt later that evening!!! Even the warehouse guy that loaded one of my items was friendly and engaging. Thanks guys.Highly recommend this location. I know Ill be back.

Harbor Freight is such a useful local store, and their staff is friendly as well too.

UPDATE: around a week after this review I was contacted by the store manager to help resolve the issue and apologized for the rude customer service I experienced. She offered a gift card for the troubles, which I accepted but was not necessary at all. I have been back since and the same person still works there from what I had seen, but pleasant interaction the last 2 times being here. Would return again. Thank you for the prompt response!Harbor Freight strikes again. Low prices, low quality parts, even lower expectations and the even less present customer service. From a manager nonetheless. While following Covid-19 rules in social distancing, the way it is presented is not structured at all. While waiting in line, the pink haired supervisor, Alexis walked over to another register and yelled Next person over here, but then yelled, theres only 1 line. Understandable yet confusing to some. So only 1 person at the register. So when the person in front of me was next, he walked over and just stared at me. Then said are you just going to fricken (not the word used) stand there or walk over? The attitude alone nearly made me just leave my cart and walk out. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but as a business, this is not how you act. At all. As a membership, I dont think Ill renew. As a supervisor, she should know better, but also this review will fall on deaf ears. And shell defend herself to a store manager and down play it and nothing will come of it. No lesson will be learned. Just because you are a supervisor, doesnt mean you can get away with talking to someone like she did and have a nasty attitude towards every customer. Even the guy the checked out behind me, she was disrespectful to. Will I shop here again? Nope. Will that matter to the store? Nope. Does it matter to Harbor Freight? Still nope. But for those that actually read these reviews, taking a longer distance drive and go somewhere else.

Decent tools for low prices. The US General toolboxes are very good, even for professions. The hand tools are good, many with a lifetime warranty. Store was dinghy, cashier line was long but moved fast. Good place for someone who needs tools from time to time.

The website said it had a item in store I drive all the way to the store the item is no longer in stock and I had purchase 4 different items to get what I needed done.

Even though it is a different world for us now, Im glad to say that its still a good experience with purchasing tools at Harbor Freight. The fact that the products are constantly increasing in quality, durability, expanded offerings, while maintaining a good value. Its nice to see the continuing progress and development of the products available to the average consumer.

Check out could of been a little faster, but that was more to do with the cashiers seemed to both be a little distracted for one reason or another. Both were very friendly and polite, and a third cashier did open an extra lane to speed things up. Prices here are great and theres a decent selection, but this is not Home Depot or Lowes. Ive seen the mailers and coupons for Harbor Freight Tools and was always intrigued by the cheap prices. I was in need of a new car battery charger and didnt feel like spending $100 on another Die Hard charger that didnt last long. This is my first ever visit to a Harbor Freight Tools location.I found a 2/10/50 amp charger on sale for $35. I picked up two, one as a thank you gift for my exH, who has been helping me jump my cars during covid19 and who started having some car battery problems of his own. Hopefully, they last longer than 3-4 uses. Ive only used the 2 amp setting and so far so good.I dont remember pressure washers being so cheap. There was a 1750 psi electric pressure washer for $100, which would be perfect for washing my deck and driveway/porch. I only need it once every couple of years and cant justify getting the $2500 gas powered one I lost in the divorce. Next spring!The only thing I didnt like about this store were the signs for the aisles. I had to walk through the entire store because the aisles were broken up, which means the aisle signs at the front of the store do not show whats in the aisles in the middle or the back of the store. You have to physically go down the middle row to read the different aisle signage.Otherwise, checkout was really fast. The shelves were organized and not cluttered.

Theyre open and they have great service. There may be a line but it moves quick a few specials were sold out, but many are still there. If there are tariffs, the prices dont show them. Great to see them open again.
