This the second time I’ve had to use them to do work on my car no complaints

I didn’t have an appointment and need a computer diagnosis. They got to me quickly and explained the situation. I feel like they’re always honest with me and don’t try to take advantage. Trust is very important.

I really enjoyed my experience . Customer Service was great. They got me in and out very quickly.

This was my first visit and I would definitely return. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to get me back on the road in less than an hour.

My daughter took her car for alignment as what we thought was needed for the car shaking...????called her and her dad back with multiple things which they only opted to getting the rotors, brakes, and BIG 10 stated they had to do a $19.99 inspection....so when asked,????stated total cost would be $300 plus ...car repairs finished so why in the h is the total cost $514 stating $125 in labor, plus $80 in taxes and supply fees.....this is where the deception comes into place..there are no place listed in the store stating anything(pricing, labor, etc) so pretty much prices are generally made up in the head with bogus other fees....in reality this is deceptive pricing as they state one price to you over the phone then deceptive to charge more without disclosure to services and labor cost/fees.....their competitors are $299.99 with labor included for the same service...business like this makes it harder for consumers to trust companies or even strive to continue business with them...in any business if your mission doesnt involve customer service, truthful practices, and trying to build any customer relations, people will not recommend or use your services again. 🤔

Purchased a set of Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus tires and the staff were awesome explaining the whole process. A big shout out to Shane. Everyone there was very professional.

Good work. But I spent several minutes cleaning up the mess they left. I just washed my car and there were greasy handprints all over everything.

I had a nail in my tire that I bought from them over a year ago. They fixed the tire for free in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with that visit.

Called the day before about getting my own new tires put on my car, they said to come when they opened up at 730. Arrived and I was asked to sign a waiver accepting that they would not be held responsible for any damages made to my vehicle or rims while they put the tires on. They informed me that if I would have purchased the tires from them that I wouldnt have to sign this waiver. I understand that the tires themselves would not be there responsibility, but that is not what the waiver is for. All I can imagine is either the mechanics there is still hung over, or they are a training academy for real tire shops. So much for me buying a new set of rims and tires for my car from them. Will not do any business with them.

Nothing but positive experiences when I take my car here. Dale kept me updated and work was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!

Great service. The scheduling of oil change was very nice feature and allowed me to set my own time based on availability.And i got some quote for some new rims for my Ford truck. Very cool! Be back!!

Prompt service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Honest. Explained everything in detail and made recommendations in line with what I figured was wrong already. They definitely have a new customer for life.

They were EXCELLENT! Everyone was so nice, very professional and friendly, great pricing, finished the job in a timely manner, and was even willing to answer and questions I had about my car and show me how. They were great. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend.

Quick honest service! I had a nail in my tire and asked them to patch it. They patched and plugged it. I had the same issue with my other vehicle and went to Firestone off 51. They claimed they couldn’t fixed it so I had to purchase a new tire! I will definitely use Big Tire Pros again!

They got me in quickly but there prices are very very high. Double the price of most. If I had know that I would have went elsewhere.

One of the best customer service experiences Ive had related to mechanical repairs. Got tires and front end work done for a fairly reasonable price and no one tried to sell me services I didnt need. Will definitely use them again. Oh...and they didnt keep my car for an eternity either.

I had a new gas tank put in my vehicle and everyone was so very helpful and it’s running great now! Will be recommending Big 10 to all my friends and family. Eric was especially helpful! Great customer service!

I’m very surprised being back in The South and the VERY minimal shops that will work on lifted trucks. Ricks Pro Trucks needs to change there name to Ricks because f those guys. You have to buy something from them in order for them to touch your truck. Big 10 in Pearl is way better than the one in Gluckstadt. Now, I went in for an alignment and ended up having other front end issues. Wasn’t the first shop to tell me either. So I decided to let Big 10 work on it. Told them about how the OEM outer tie rods wouldn’t work. Either way they tried with no luck but didn’t charge me for the mistakes which was great. They definitely had my truck longer than intended but the job got done and weeks later it’s still going fine until these f’d up roads tear it up again. The 2 ladies up front are so kind and helpful. For the life of me I can’t remember the guy working on my truck but hats off to him as I’ve always done the work myself and know what a pain my truck can be with stuff or just mechanical work in general. That 4hr job can quickly turn into a 24hr job. I know this is long but it’s an honest review and would recommend this place if you don’t have the time yourself.

Absolutely terrible!!! Took my truck in to get tires rotated and oil changed and they barely at all tightened the lug nuts on my back right wheel to the point where it was barely even on my truck.. I am quick to write a great review but I am slow to write a bad one but this was absolutely terrible I will not be back!

Very knowledgeable staff and set me up with some great tires. Made an appointment week before and had my truck there at 7:30 am. They finished the truck around 10 am. I would recommend Big 10 in Gluckstadt.

My F-350 has had a single tire vibration since the first time the tires were rotated at the dealership. I put it back on the rear and forgot about it. I recently needed to rotate it back to the front and it still shakes the steering wheel. The ford dealership checked it and rebalanced without success. I asked them to rotate the tire on the rim even if they both checked ok and they only rebalanced - continued to shake. I bought a used and well worn oem tire and rim and the wobble went away. To see if the problem was tire or rim I took it to Mavis tire with instructions to dismount the tire and check the rim. If it was ok then remount the tire at a 90degree rotation. They rebalanced it only saying it checked ok. I took it to Big 10 and they did the exact same thing. I specifically asked the very nice tire guy to rotate the tire on the rim regardless of how the rim or tire checked out for out of round, bend or wobble. Despite this direct request they rebalanced the tire and said everything was fine. There is a huge amount of weight in the rim and one small on it. It shone the steering wheel worse. I took the truck to an old service center in Canton. A very old guy let me watch him break the tire down and we checked the rim with a pointer. It was machined slightly off center. We put that good tread tire on my replacement rim and it does not shake at all. Moral - not ever customer is stupid about tires. Sometimes they grew up on a farm and had their own equipment. The rim is round. It is also 81/1000 off center. It is also in my recycling bin.

Not planning on getting new tires today. But, I had a rear tire fail. Big 10 Tire Pros did a great job getting new tires on the car with in a few hours. The service was great and much appreciated.

Big 10 got me in and out quickly and did a great job. I was turned away from another shop for an alignment due to inexperience with aftermarket parts, but Big 10 had no problem taking care of me.

These people are great. I brought in a car that needed a ton of repairs. The car was just worn out. These guys didn’t try and sell me a bunch of repairs. They just came out and said it was time for a new car.

Excellent customer and vehicle service

Drop off a set of wheels to have the tires taken off. Planned to have the wheels powder coated. I was going to give this shop future business by getting a new set of tires put on the wheels, until they charged me $115 only to remove tires. I even kept my tires as future spares. I told the manager I felt this was an unfair price since it’s only 15 minutes worth of work and the shop only had time invested. He dropped the price to $20 per wheel. I responded by assuring him I wouldn’t be back if that’s the best he could do. He responded with a shrug. I’ll be finding someone who appreciates the business more and is willing to charge a fair price.

Started coming here to get away from the annoying & unnecessary up-selling when I get my oil changed. Not the case anymore. Paying an extra $20 for a 100 point inspection is a waste of money because it’s the same wipers, battery, or air filter that needs to be replaced. Just happens there’s nothing wrong with any of the items they suggested to replace. Low hanging fruit for them to steal your money. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year & do not plan on returning.

0 stars!! I ordered 4 tires, that I was told would be there the next day. The next day comes no one calls. So I call and ask about the tires and I was told that they had not arrived. Ok. So the day after that comes and still around 1 no one contacts me. I call again and the girl says the tires actually did come and the day before but had been sent back because I had not came to get them. I let her know no one had contacted me and I called later in the afternoon and they told me that they had not come in. She assured me they would be in by 12:30 the next day. So around 10 the next morning I called and low and behold..the tires are in(still no call from them even though they are there) so I send my wife up there to get the tires because they were for her car. I call my wife and ask how everything had went and her ticket was $170 more than what I was quoted and Im like what happened?! Come to find out they added a tire alignment and a tire protection plan on her bill that she had no knowledge of. After calling and talking to a manager they did remove the extra charges off, but this shows how terrible the customer service is and how they are clearly taking advantage of women. Women beware. Also, during a pandemic, none of the front desk employees had on mask. This location is just doing whatever they want with no regards to their customers. Stay away for your on safety.

Went got my oil changed and tires balance over $90 ! got in my car and windshield wiper fluid completely out ! They didn’t even check ! Thought they were a little better place than this !

I just dont get some businesses! I go in wanting to buy new tires and I guess I was just an inconvenience for the employee behind the desk. Can people just put their GD phone down and pay attention the customer for 5 minutes? Right as I telling the guy the info he ask he starts to text on his phone. Im sure the guys in the garage do good work but Ill be damned if I am gonna spend any money at a place that cant give a customer the time of day.

Overcharged on labor. Charged me labor on two individual tasks when both required intake removal. $250 plus labor on oil pressure sender (hand screw on) labor when intake and sensor board already had to come out for new solenoids.

They are always friendly and nice, but I just had a little over 3k of work done and had an issue so I brought it back since it was still under warranty. I basically sat and waited 2 hours for them to tell me I needed to go somewhere else to get the issue fixed, but they tighten my spare on the back, which I could have done myself. This issue isn’t resolved and honestly if they knew this would happen before hand I wouldn’t have done it, especially if you all can’t fix a issue like this.

Came in without appointment for flat repair. They were busy....but tried their best to get me in. When the wait time was over... didnt charge me for the repair.Thats fair. Trying to EARN business rates high with me. Ill check them out when I need tires.

I discovered a nail in my tire Saturday a few minutes before the store was supposed to close. I was only about a half mile away so I drove over there and they already had the lights off. But they brought me in and took care of me and put on my spare. I returned Monday morning first thing and they had ordered the two tires that I needed and I went ahead head and got a oil change too. Service was great. The team was friendly. The prices were fair. Highly recommended.

I did appreciate the customer WiFi. However the vehicle was returned to me nasty: greasy and oily keys and steering wheel, got my hands dirty immediately. The seat covers and floor mats were covered in grease. Had to wash the seat covers right away to avoid ruining my clothes. I don’t know what it will take to clean floor mats.

I’ve used Big Ten in Gluckstadt three times in the last 90 days and every time they have been great to work with. They know me when I come in, work to get me what I want and need, and do it all at a fair price and in a timely manner.

I’ve never used Big 10 but was referred there by a friend. I drive a Tahoe and it takes 8.5 quarts of 0W-20 synthetic, which usually runs close to $60 just for the oil when I change it myself. I dropped my car off and came back in expecting to pay around $70-80, just like other times when I’ve gotten my oil changed. But somehow the gentleman behind the counter told me I owed $28.88. This really confused me, and he could tell it did. He said they were running a special and that my oil change and tire rotation was $24.99. Another man behind the counter explained that they are trying to use their big advertising budget to give back to their customers, which has led to this $24.99 special. How awesome is that? I’ll now never go anywhere else, even if prices go back to normal.This is my first Google review because I feel like this is a story that needs to be told. I hope it’s helpful to someone out there needing a quick oil change.

I bought my tires here a few months ago. Today I got an oil change and a tire rotation. With the Big 10 Tire plan that came with my tires, my rotation was free! My invoice broke down how much parts and labor cost. I’m glad to know what my money goes to. Customer service was on point and I didn’t spend a lot of time waiting.

These guys in here are always exceptionally friendly and have amazing customer service. We needed some brake work done, and they replaced pads all the way around, drums in the front and a caliper, all before 1 PM the same day. Great shop with very helpful employees.
