On Tuesday afternoon my car was having low fluid issues. Without an appointment, I took it to Fields to have it addressed. Anton not only fixed the issue, he also looked for any further issues with my car before I left! He is always so friendly and accommodating! I purchased a pre owned Luxury SUV from Jared S. at Fields. Jared does a good job and is very down to earth. Sean was nice. Brandon B. was also pleasant.
It has a bowling alley.Only been here once now that they’ve moved to the new location. I like it better than their gammon rd location, it has more room and looks nicer, and it has a freaking bowling alley! I assume they kept it from when the building was Badger Bowl so I think it’s pretty genius.They did a quick courtesy wash for me, the man from service was friendly and down to earth. I usually get looks like “this kids buying a Jag?” but no, I bought a used 2003 Volkswagen Golf from their former west side location about 4 years ago and still have the plates saying I can come in for car washes. I rarely used it though because it was so far away, now that it’s closer I might come in more often and try to take care of my Golf this winter.
I had a roadside problem, Fields got me the help I needed and a loaner car was ready for me. What a relief. Chris and Sharon, thanks for your amazing service!

My husband and I had inquired about a Volvo XC60 that was at another location, and Scott Thompson shipped it up here after we told him this car was within our price point, and a vehicle we wanted. We never asked him to, but he was kind enough to have it shipped here. After going to see the car, we looked around at a few other places and found another car that we have since purchased. We called to let him know and he has since been sending rude and inappropriate messages to my husband saying that we lied and led him to believe we were buying it, which is 100% not the case. Never once did we say we were buying it. I have never written a review on anything before, but DO NOT work with Scott Thompson. Because of him we will never go back to this dealership.
Bob was very professional, vehicles were clean, ultimately went another direction, but had a good overall experience. Their fees are a bit heavy IMO ($489 on pre-owned; $295 Doc Fee and $194 “Government Fee”) The $194 is weird, what’s the gov’t charging me for besides reg/title/taxes which aren’t included in that $194 anyway? Kind of just a bad word to use when it’s not mandated or charged by any government. Just say your doc fee is $489, even though doc fees in general are bogus too. So you have to buy printer paper and pay employees, what business doesn’t? You sell cars, why have a “Car Sale Fee”? It’s like McD charging a burger fee on top of cost of the burger.
Our car broke down on a Saturday and volvo was great ! A man from the service dept just happened to be there and was able to give us an idea of what was wrong and help us out with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. Excellent customer service !
Bought a used RAM acquired by Fields on trade in. Had been shopping around at 4 other dealerships in the area. Fields is a no pressure atmosphere, buying used from luxury dealers is the way to go.Ask for Steve, he’s the man.
