I took my car in to have the bumper replaced. Mike was my service manager and made the process so easy. He handled everything from insurance to rental car. He said my car would take a couple of days and it was ready in 2 days. When I picked up my car, it was perfect…and even detailed on the inside. That was a great treat! Great experience and highly recommend!

This place has a lot of good reviews but I had a bad experience. I took my vehicle in and ended up paying/replacing a part that didn’t need replaced because it was diagnosed incorrectly. Once diagnosed correctly they fixed the issue and I paid again. However I have had issues with the part they replaced that shouldn’t have been replaced and took my vehicle another 2-3 times and the problem still exists to this day. I wish I could just get them to fix it permanently for me, especially it being a part that shouldn’t have been replaced in the first place.

Gluckstadt location. Absolutely 100% great quality of work from Brooke and his boss down to the guy who cleans the toilets. Kept me updated on a part that was back ordered and when I got my truck back I was blown away. I thought I had some over spray from the clear coat( turns out to be something from a tree or something not there fault) called Brooke told him and he had it taken care of immediately. They have a life time costumer.

Beautiful work at a reasonable price. My truck is pearl white and Capitol did a great job matching the factory paint. Detailed like I just picked it up from the dealership. Ill be taking any future work I need to them.

This is the best body shop in town! The staff was super helpful and nice. I was able to rent a car on site which was a huge time saver. My collision repair turned out superb! I highly recommend them for any and all repairs.

These people did a fantastic job and had top quality customer service. I am very wary of who works on my truck and they went out of there way to make sure I knew everything was going to be perfect when I got it back. You will be in very good hands taking your vehicle here to get it repaired.

This is the best place I know to take your car to get body work done or even worked on. I personally use them and they are good people an will definitely treat you right

Bad service

Wife picked up her car today from Capitol Body Shop in Gluckstadt after they repaired damage from a wreck she had recently - and all I can say is, WOW! Not only did they fix the damage with parts and a flawless paint job, but they also went above and beyond with detailing her car out. (not just vacuuming, but detailed all of the interior) This goes a long way in my book- going above and beyond for your customers. I called capitol body shop all 3 locations in the area on Saturday morning to ask did they tow vehicle. I was told no. I called again Monday morning and was told the company did have the vehicle. I was told I needed title in hand. Staff was rude and dishonest. Appears company just wanted to charge storage fee for the entire weekend.

Best service and best wrecker operator around. Pat WILL get it done. Sam the wrecker operator best around.. Made my day better after a bad experience on the road. Friendly, professional and courteous service. They back there slogan, Expect Miracles . I hope I never need a wrecker service again, but if I do I jest hope Im in reach of these guys.100% satisfied customer.

What should’ve been an easy 3 day bumper replacement turned into a 4 week nightmare. I’ve truly never dealt with more incompetent people. They brought my truck back after they “fixed” my bumper and I said yeah that’s wrong. Took it around, failed to fix it again, so I brought back the next day. The manager of the facility actually told me that what I was looking at is an optical illusion and that’s how ford bumpers are suppose to fit. He finally took it back around and admitted that they didn’t fix it right the first time and that my brackets were actually bent. This is after taking time out of work to take it to them 3 days in a row. So after another week I have my truck back. Save the headache, go to allied.

I want to tell you how serious I am about this place and how much I value their customer servicePat has gone above and beyond this is my second time I bring my Infiniti to them after I have messed my car uponce in a wreck Brian is no longer there but had the utmost respect for working out a payment plan on my car body work that had to be doneBy the way this body shop is Infiniti certified meaning you get nothing but original and warranties parts put into your vehicleBack to Pat he was as always kind and honest and in detail about all the things he would have to do to my car I got flooded in Baton Rouge and my engine had a lot of damage and my a/c was too he called me to tell me prices and options to what I wanted to do in Baton Rouge Infiniti dealership body shop wanted to charge me 400$ just to diagnose my vehicle only to tell me it needed to be totaled I’m glad I drove and towed my car to capital it was worth it and worth the customer service I get from this place does the job and makes sure you are aware doesn’t BS you out of your moneyOnly down side is the owners daughter at front desk with a nasty attitude always other than that everyone else is amazing here :)

Had no complaints car was towed here got there the receptionist was great and they also has great candy in the complementary candy dish!
