I wasn’t expecting to get a new car today, but I came in and told them I saw a buy back loan deal and I had a Mitsubishi Mirage and wanted to see my options but I wouldn’t trade in because I wanted my next car to be a Subaru Outback and they happened to have one. I test drove it and fell so very in love. Everyone I had interacted with was absolutely amazing and caring and always made sure I was comfortable in the purchasing experience. I love the team here and would recommend anyone buying from here. Overall 10/10 experience!

My experience with working with Kyle Urban was phenomenal. He helped me get rid of a car that was financially draining me and a car that was lease. I was paying two car payments a month because of a bad break up. Not only that both of those cars had negative equity. I got a new 2019 Honda Accord at monthly payment I can now afford instead of two car payments. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

If your online appointment site is not working properly, then fix it! It was very disappointing to drive from Sun Prairie to your facility just to find out I had no appointment.The waiting area needs some work. The sun coming in from the window bleaches out the tv screen. A table or desk would be nice to sit at with a laptop to get some work done. A daily newspaper or magazine might be nice to look through. Chairs are comfy.

Thanks to these guys my credit was screwedd. When asked to return the broken car they had sold me. They decided to deny me of so called that i did the damage.. Yet i barely drove the car. Dont buy these guys cars. They will rip you off and sell you a broken car.

I’m heavily disappointed in my sales person AND the person working my deal. They tried to basically steal my trade in and then tried to wrap a bunch of stuff into the loan that was never even mentioned to me (I.e. tire warranties, gap without discuss price, etc) Fortunately, I read before I sign anything, but that type of grimey tactic is disgusting and I can’t even imagine how many people they’ve done that to and gotten away with it. Their only saving grace is that I like the car and the receptionist is a delightful person.

This place is an awful and scummy. They send you pull tabs through the mail saying you won prizes up to 25 grand, but its is all a big lie/scam. Salesmen are scummy liars. Do not do business with this place. They write fake google reviews. Seriously, read these fake reviews - they are so pathetic and easy to spot. These people are trying to trick you. Do not fall for it!! Such a waste of time. They prey on desperate people. I am so grossed out by my interraction today with these people. Gonna spend the day on a hike in the woods to rid myself of this scummy feeling.

The salesman Jeff was great, however the rest of the process was misrepresented, I was lied to and mislead. The dealership has done some work to improve my satisfaction of the purchase, but I was charged way more than I was told, I was told I could only choose one specific car literally and I was extremely overcharged and the car didnt even come with everything it claimed it did. The paperwork has multiple errors and it was obvious after the sale that the person who had me sign the final paperwork didnt even really know what he was having me sign. The salesman and I agreed on a certain price and the other person involved did not stick to the agreement. I will say that if it was not for the way I got financed and the ridiculous price gouging that happened I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. I do need to make a service appointment very soon where hopefully some of these issues can be addressed further. I didnt get to choose my car but if some things are true as stated to me and the car stands up to time as well I may become a repeat customer to Mitsubishi. Im hoping the misrepresentations are corrected and if they are then the whole experience will have been a great encounter. Edit These guys did seem to genuinely try to make me happy but there are some things Im still not thrilled about, however I think the situation still can be made right. I will say that if everything works out with the financing the way I understood it was and the car and warranties hold true, I might become a continuous Mitsubishi owner.

Keith and the manager here were amazing. My car broke down on me and within the same day I went to mad city and drove off the lot with a new car. Everyone here was super friendly and understanding, not pushy at all and kept us within budget and got us exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We had very specific needs which they listened to and my fiancé and I love our new car!!

I was assured it would be worth it.Well, made the appointment only to show up and never get to speak to the person I had been talking to. They then offered less than what I’d been offered elsewhere. An absolute waste of 30 minutes I’ll never get back.

A Waste of Time. We laughed so hard when they quoted us a lease for a $35k vehicle that is way much more than a 43k Honda. Sales person Jeff had no idea of the vehicles features or how a trade-in leased vehicle works. West Towne Honda gave us a quote in less than 30 mins, while this pathetic dealership took 2 hours (forcing us to pull credit score when we already know we above 800+) Please save yourself the time and do NOT go to this dealership. I would give ZERO star if I could, One star is too generous.

My husband and i was considering getting a var from Kunes, as we were looking not willing to give information so soon. This was suppose to be a soft pull if anything NOT a hard pull of credit. They guy took out information and I told him repeatadly NOT to run our credit . we let you know its ok to do. If we planned on getting the car. There was a car that we were interrested in but it was at another store, we were gonna go look at it and on our way to do so, but then i got a ding on my phone,letting us know there was a hard pull on my credit,, and before we even gotnto the other store,,our credit was ran! I was livid,, he ran my credit anyway! Terrible service!

I am open minded to those that comment with a bad experience.Some didnt realize that the period of transition from MCS to MCM was a good amount of time and damaging to their staff.For those that had a vehicle fail or disappoint them in some wayMechanically or other wise,I assure you that no mechanical or electronically device can be guaranteed to function properly as it was attended to when assembled and installed.Being in the automotive industry for a little over 33 years Ive seen even New vehicles from all Makes and sizes break down under 500 miles.Bad experiences with the staff and being short handed with employees,No person or corporation is perfect.And we really cant hold a sales or marketing tactic for complaint.Black Friday is a good example for those that dont realize the profit margin is still above 60%.The items are put in circulation at a price range so all the retailers can adjust the sales price to the location, economy and purchasers buying behaviors.

Went to just look at a car for my girlfriend. Christine helped us literally from the moment we walked in, with an amazing attitude, service and knowledge. We came just expecting to look around and get an idea and left the same day with a brand new 2020 with under 50 miles on it using a trade in. Even the person who shadowed her had a positive attitude, overall easy 10 stars if possible absolutely no complaints. Plan to go here for all of our future vehicles

We went here to sell our car and used Kelly Blue Book to get offers from dealerships. When they contacted us they said theyd pay a premium, they did not. Then they took over an hour to do the paperwork where 40-45 minutes of it was just us sitting there when they said that I just have one more paper to get we will be right back. Next, even though they knew why we were making an appointment no one was there to actually give us our money and they wanted us to come back in a couple days but we live over an hour away so we asked them to mail the check and wondered why they would make this sort of appointment when the people needed were not working. Im glad to have that car off my hands and im glad I atleast got the amount I did for it, but I will NEVER go there again for anything. Also I highly suggest anyone looking at this place reads the yelp reviews under Kunes Country Madison Mitsubishi Sales Specials as well they are very enlightening and I wish I did before we went there.

Major lack of communication in the facility. After they washed up my vehicle for me & loan papers were signed, my boyfriend noticed a dent above the gas cap, that the detailer did not divulge. We told the manager (Mike) & I was promised it would be fixed to my satisfaction or theyd rip up all documents & start over. Upon driving it, we also noticed the hood bouncing. I was told theyd look into it, that theyve had 3 other complaints about that same thing. When I arrived to pick it up from the repair, it had swirl makes from the buffer all over it. I was not happy. I told Jasmine about it & Mike came outside to look at it. He said he hadnt noticed it when they brought it out, but he could see it now. He said I could bring it back again & theyd take care of it. They never even addressed the hood issue, until I picked it up from the buffing appt. They said the tightened it & couldnt replicate the noise. I told them there was no noise...just vibration. Mike went for a ride with me & confirmed the hood bouncing, but didnt specify how it would be taken care of if it was a manufacturing issue. I told them that I thought it was the design of the car & didnt think they could do anything about it, but I needed to know it wouldnt fly up on me. I bought the car on the 5th of June with 5 miles on it. I wasnt given any of my paperwork, until I asked for it on the 15th. I love the car...not happy with the service, again. It appears to still operate like Mad City. Kudos goes out to Jasmine for trying to calm the storm. She went out if her way to drop my car off to me in Sun Prairie after they fixed the buffing issue. She is amazing!

Very disappointing experience today. Went in to test-drive a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross vehicle originally listed for $32,810 but was marked down to $19,915. When my husband and I went to test-drive the vehicle, we were told that this price was only achievable with rebates. This made sense to me as the advertisement included the following verbiage Price includes: $1000 - Loyalty Customer Rebate. Exp. 11/02/2020 $4000 - Customer Rebate . Exp. 11/02/2020. So mathematically, it would seem that the price listed online would need to have $1000 added to it as I did not currently own a Mitsubishi. I was also told about a $500 military rebate that was taken into account for that price. So, I figured that should add another $500 onto that price. At this point, I was thinking logically that the vehicle should be priced around $21, 415. When I was asked about this after test driving the vehicle, I was told that the special price listed online also assumed that a vehicle was being traded in, a rebate for if you knew someone at Mitsubishi, and an incentive that the dealership could choose to offer if they wanted to do so. Basically, he said if it was the last day of the month, they may choose to give a bigger discount. The car itself was not awful; however, there is no way I would give any business to this dealership. It also seems important to note the woman who greeted us, Tracy, was rude to us as well as some of the other people we observed her interacting with while waiting to test drive the above mentioned vehicle. As a positive note, after this terrible experience, I was able to do business with another dealership in the Madison area where they were honest and direct about their pricing and where they did not seem to be rushing people in and out of their business.

The other is they just dont really call back unless you hound them. Where told things day of getting vehicle but now not getting any answer about somethings and also found out that you dont have to have service done there as long as you keep records for the service being done, which is not what we were told... love the car tho so I guess can look past some of it..

5 days ago I took my friend here to look for a used car. I was appalled that NO ONE was wearing a mask. Not the staff and not the customers. I realize they have limited control over customers but they could post a “mask required for entry” sign.The manager, who had a legit reason for talking to us, told us that he had had COVID and developed antibodies, so he didn’t need to wear a mask 😷. WRONG! Post-illness antibodies last for varying lengths of time.On top of that, they have by called my friend 6 times in 5 days trying to get him to buy a car they showed him (one that was barely acceptable in my view).RUN THE OTHER WAY

I purchased a car here in Dec 2018. The minute I left the parking lot I experienced major issues with the car. I have gone back repeatedly time and time again with several videos to prove what was going on and every time I’ve gone in to the service department, I have been told to “come back when it happens again.” I have come back, as mentioned, numerous times and explained everything over and over and still nothing has been done to help my situation. I paid WAY too much for my car, way over over other retail prices upon further research. I admit, I was very inexperienced in purchasing vehicles at the time. Service man who helped me was extremely friendly and very helpful getting estimates for me. Never made me feel like an inconvenience even though he seemed very busy. Excellent customer service. Waiting area was completely disgusting. Trash on floor. Dark stains on carpets. Too small a room for customers to adequately social distance.
