Employees are hateful. They employee people who STEAL from others, me so far about 15,000.The first vehicle was in the parking lot and i tried to get it and they called the sheriff and i had to leave! I sent to have my vehicle fixed and the employee said it got stolen. How do I trust them any more.Owners...their working for you! Wake up!If you love your vehicle dont take it there, there is one there stealing them!!

I can’t say enough about Lynch Auto repair in Madison on Capshaw Road. I had already gone to two mechanics before doing my research and finding them. Lynch Auto is Professional and their prices are great. I drive a jeep liberty which is 17 years old. It needed several major repairs. Shocks, Racket pinion, transmission replacement. They did a wonderful job I feel like I’m driving a new car. They are the best. I will be taking my other cars to them in the future, fair business practices. Thanks lynch auto again for all your wonderful workmanship.

Took my car in for service on the appointed day and it set for over a week without being touchedWhen it was fixed it was 2 days later before I was notified that the entire rear window had been mysteriously shatteredSince the car was in their possession I thought it was their responsibility to get the glass replaced but being a classic Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that would have been terribly expensive to fix so they offered to just not charge me for fixing my airconditioner

Took my vehicle to them the first of this month call them today for updates the guy tells me he hasnt started working on my car come to find out he put people in front of my car so he tells me he is not gone be able to work on my car after my car has been at his place of business for 4 weeks I think its bad business to put people in front of your work its always been first come first serve but I will never refer or take a car back to their shop

Great customer service!!! And very reasonably priced! Scott in the front office is so nice. He explained everything they were doing and gave me a quote. They beat everyone in town on price. My car was finished exactly when they said it would be. I will be taking all my vehicles back to Lynch Auto.

Lynch was recommended to us by a business next door to ours. After taking one of our company trucks to Ford twice for the same problem and getting charged close to $1,000 each time and then happening again for a third time, we took it to Lynch. They properly diagnosed it and fixed it, instead of throwing parts at it like Ford did. They also fixed another one of trucks and both times the cost was cheaper than Fords quotes.

Terrible experiences. They continue to take advantage of my elderly grandfather, who doesnt know better and is to stubborn to go to a new shop. The techs are either complete idiots or they really are not trying at all. If you go here, I guarantee that you will go back, because they will not fix your issue the fist time. I believe that this is on purpose. Do yourself a favor and at least get a second opinion.

THEYRE TERRIBLE NEVER GO. I have been taken advantage of several times by these people. They dont give quotes, do work without telling you or asking, and are just generally frustrating. If you do go, dont expect to hear from them until the works completed and youll be without a vehicle for at least a week every time, even if its for something as simple as a spark plug. I wanted to trust them because theyre my fathers car guys and theyre generally nice, but boy will they screw you over.

Had a problem with my AC belt. Im not skilled enough to do it myself, so I looked into getting it done here. The price I was quoted at was really cheap and beat every other price I was quoted elsewhere.
