Allen (The owner) and his team did a absolutely phenomenal job. Everyone was incredibly kind! I am a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars and I always get so worried someone is going to try and pull one over on me and make me pay more than what I need to. Not only did he show me where the problems were he really explained the importance of them and why it could be causing the issues. He had me in and out of there within an hour and 30 minutes. Bonus I also didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for the amazing service provided. The guy was so nice he offered to teach me more cars, stating Me and my gal pals could come class and learn how to change my tire, oil etc…. I would REALLY RECOMMEND coming here! Really good people at Phoenix Motors! 11/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Allen and his team. I have taken several different vehicles to him for different reasons. He has always done a great job. His staff makes you feel like a friend and not just another customer. As someone that has owned a repair shop in the past. I am confident in Allen and his team working on my vehicles. Spent a lot of money for cooling issues (around $500 more than the original estimate) only to end up with electrical issues not 25 minutes after the car was “fixed.” I’m confident these were not issues beforehand and the only explanation I had was maybe they put something back together wrong. Of course, they said it was probably a faulty battery wire and wanted to charge $200 more to even look at it, when it was something they most likely did not put back right.Anyway, I tried to explain they had to have done something to mess it up when they were “putting everything back together.” They only wanted more money and actually accused me of putting diesel or water in the car! Acting like in the 25 minutes I had the car, I had put diesel in the car (after they used over half a tank test driving) and then went and flooded it. They wanted no responsibility or even considered that maybe they did not connect something properly. Just wanted my $200 to even check if they did. How insulting. I would recommend going elsewhere incase issues arise with their work. They will accuse you of being stupid enough to put diesel in your car.

Highly recommend Allan and his team. They squeezed me in on an emergency when everyone else was willing to push me out 1.5-2 weeks. Since then, I have had them comete a tune up and oil change. When a seal came loos they took care of me asap and I have never felt taken advantage of as a woman walking into their shop by myself.

I wrote a review on their website after I had Phoenix remove my resonator back in June. It did not seem to go through anywhere publicly so I am writing an additional review here. When I had the work done, they had the car for the entire day (very long for exhaust work). I dropped it off in the morning and they stayed opened past their hours to finish their shoddy work. When they finished practicing on my car, they waved the $150 quote but I had to discover the sludge on my own. This would look fine on my grandpas farm truck but not on a modern car that I live with. I later took the car to another shop and they did a fantastic job, but to fix it cost me $90 and my exhaust clamp was not salvageable because well, just look at the images. Moral of the story is while they seem like nice people, they are not an exhaust shop and I cannot comment on any of their other work.

Great Service, Great people, Great prices!!! - they really know automobiles!Allen Buchanan and his group of professionals (Josh, Tiffany, and the service specialist whose name I neglected to get), treated me kindly, professionally, and did a great job with the rack and pinion replacement on my sons 2006 Chevrolet Silverado pick up. Now, the steering is very tight and responsive! I did not know how BAD the original rack and pinion was until I had the new one installed at Phoenix Motors. I highly recommend Alan and his team for automotive repairs to most any vehicle! He and his staff are very knowledgeable and extremely talented as well as efficient and his consult fee is so reasonable. The rack and pinion job took a day and my sons vehicle is back safely on the road taking him to/from college. If this business will continue to grow as I imagine, then Phoenix Motors will have to be reborn into a larger operating facility! Not many places (if any) around with the knowledge and expertise of Phoenix motors. I brought them a tall order and they nailed it. Not only did they do an awesome job, but it was done in a very timley manner. Had a big brake conversion done on my Infiniti G37 (ss brake lines, slotted rotors, big calipers with pads) came out perfect. Also had a full aftermarket exhaust system installed and that went perfect also (no leaks and lined up with rear bumper) Always been a fan of family owned and operated. Awh man they had my car taken care of with a very high attention to detail. My car was actually cleaner when they got done with it! Car was leaking oil in my driveway for months but they had the underside of the car spotless. Their workspace is also the cleanest ive ever seen in an auto shop.
