I made an appointment for warranty/recall work to be performed. It took about 6 weeks to get the appointment. I brought my vehicle into the shop at 7am right on time. No status updates all day. At 5:45pm, I requested a status update. I got no contact from Russ Darrow Kia Service in the 24 hours after leaving my car. I called the service center the next morning at 7am. No one has looked at the car and it has been in their service garage for 24 hours. It was very inconvenient for my family not to have use of our car - just so it could sit parked at Russ Darrow. Not recommended for service.Update: no one has followed up with me about our experience, or this review. Our car was returned with a pair of work gloves missing from the back. My whole family is surprised that Russ Darrow Kia Service has not reached out. There seems to be little accountability because of Covid.

Dont buy your certified preowned car from here, they dont check them over well and when you bring up that there was a clear issue they dont care. They were horrible to work with and most of them were rude about something that should have been fixed and taken care of. Im disappointed they handle things the way they do but not surprised as they are a big business. So if you go to this dealership make sure to take your time and look things over on your preowned vehicle your buying because if you dont catch it there and you sign the papers and catch it after when you go to leave your stuck with the bill on it. Bad place to do business and I dont recommend going there.
Tried getting my paint touched up since sep and over the months of going back and forth calling corporate and talking to many people throwing me through a loop about my warranty I have finally got it done it is now the middle of December. As far as the quality of work I could have done a better job. I will never purchase a vehicle or have anything to do with dealership again. Fyi this isn’t the first problem I’ve had.my wife’s car was repaired after a accident and they left grease and oily rags in the car on top of not doing a full repair and the door locks and windows sealing up my wife had to crawl out the back passenger door. It was never fixed I had to take it to another dealership.
If I had the option to put ZERO stars, I would definitely do that! Not happy at all.
