This is the best bagel place in the area. The food is great, and the staff are all wonderful people. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the area.

This place is so good! I have been coming here since the 90s but stopped because we moved. I started coming back about a month ago. We love to order the Hungry Man and eat it over two meals. They will substitute fruit instead of meat. The staff is very personable and friendly, even asking if I had trouble parking.

Ive eaten here twice and enjoyed the meals each time. The staff is very courteous. You can sit inside and enjoy your meal. The Bagel Chateau is nestled right on Main Street in a lovely town called Madison. So far three people have said good morning to me. Reminds me of home. Very friendly community.

Taylor ham and cheese comes w 2 slices of Taylor ham cut to look like 4 lol. anywhere else will literally give you 7 slices of Taylor ham for the same price

Great bagels and ingenious bagel sticks. But theyre prices rose daily and service became slower once they realized I was working on a TV show.

Unfortunately, for me, I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon. The bacon was burnt, and dried and the choclate chip pancakes were cold. It tasted as if it were already made and for $10.00 and change I expected the food to be fresh at the very least Hot. I was very disappointed...BUT I am willing to try (something else) again.

This place was outstanding from the moment you walked in you got exceptional service. The gentleman at the cashier today that handed you your food was very friendly and funny. He made you feel very welcome. I went there with my family my mother ordered the #2 breakfast which comes with eggs made any way you want them, a bagel any type, hash brown and sausage or bacon. My mother got sausage. My sister got a egg bagel with Taylor ham, egg and cheese. My husband got the Reuben with pastrami, and I got the chicken tenders with fries. All of the food came out hot and fresh, and everyone of us enjoyed our meal. My husband especially loved the reuben and the only reason why you see a half a sandwich is because he couldnt wait for me to take the picture he ate the sandwich and said it was delicious. We would definitely come back to this place again. I always like to go into the bathroom to see if its clean before I eat at a restaurant and the bathroom was immaculate. If youre ever in the area definitely stop by this location you will not be sorry. And prices are reasonable 👌👍.

Their bagels are great. For something more meal-like for breakfast try the ranchero burrito. Super.

Their bagels are always fresh and their breakfast sandwiches taste fantastic! Lots of gluten-free options are also a huge plus. Despite the free chips with every sandwich, prices are a bit high for what you get. Not every food served here is made with the same care as their bagels are. The soup is not recommended here.

You can argue all day about bagels. The bagel standards in the new york aria are high. That said they are pretty good. Decent prices, quick service and quality baked goods.

Consistently pretty good breakfast sandwiches. Bagel egg meat and cheese sandwich is a little on the smaller side but it is of great quality and is served with a half pickle and chips to help fill you up.

Amazing food, even better staff! Quality food served with a friendly face it doesnt get much better.! Do yourself a favor and dont even bother going to another bagel spot. THIS IS THE ONE!!! My turkey club is always amazing, and the prices here are extremely fair!

Its good but way too expensive for what it is. Bagels are small with toppings only on top - like sprinkles on a donut. Cream cheese is applied conservatively and getting it with lox is $12.50 - the same price as one of the best bagel spots in NYC. Overall it seems like a generic bagel place that thinks too highly of itself.

Nasty owner....if you need your coffee warmed up better yet a HOT cup, the owner is called over and asks you to leave his store. Yup..believe it or not a coffees not hot I get kicked out for and saw many over the course of time say same. Pricey yes but the worst is NASTY environment.

Great deli- style food Breakfast all day, and s good selection of delicious bagels, even after noon. Pastrami was out of this world.

They took about 15 minutes to make me two breakfast sandwiches and served 8 people who came in after me first. After waiting for as long as I had, they read the order back to me off their note correctly, but when I went to eat, they had gotten both bagels wrong. On top of that, the bagels were simply not good. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a bacon egg and avocado on a bagel to go and as I’m driving away I took a bite and I realized they forgot my egg. I went back on and all they did was put an egg on my already bitten bagel. They didn’t even give me a new one 🙄. I didn’t go back as if already started driving away AGAIN and didn’t feel like going back another time and dealing with their bs.

They make great breakfast sandwiches here and everything comes out quick.

Never going back. Truly average food, nothing special. Surly counter staff. Waited over 15 minutes for the simplest order (bagel toasted with butter, ham egg and cheese bagel) while numerous people who arrived after I did for their orders first. Stood and watched while a counter girl gave away food to a man who didnt pay (but who put $10 in then tip jar). The kicker is when I finally got my order, they chin tilted toward me and referred to me as la gorda. Im supposed to let you be rude because youre the only bagel shop in town? Screw you.
