Robert and Kathy made the experience very memorable. I would absolutely recommend stopping by this location or any of the Campers Inn locations. The rest of staff deserves credit. One sales person provided crayons and coloring books for my kids. They got ice cream and a staff member gave her own quarters to my daughter for the vending machine. The technician gave me a walk through and answered all my questions. If he didnt know he asked. Great experience.

Great experience! Stopped by the parts&service department as soon as they opened in desperate need of a part same-day. Everyone was really helpful, and they were able to pull one from used parts in just 5 minutes. Saved my day!Would absolutely recommend them!

We purchased a brand new 2021 Grand Design RV. Was initially satisfied. One of the pitches they gave us was the great support offered by Grand Design and Campers Inn.1 months into ownership, one of the AC units quit working. Campers Inn has simply referred me to manufacture. The manufacturer has not responded to phone calls or email. It’s highly disappointing that you spend $60k on a unit and you receive zero support after the purchase. Warranties are next to worthless.

Probably the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. It took 3 trips and 7 months to get my camp suspension correct after very minor accident. While replacing the seals on my roof. They screwed up my gutters and now the end is higher in the middle. This place is awful!

I have bought 2 RVs from this Dealership. One back when it was Madison RV, and one when it had just changed to Campers Inn RV of Huntsville-Madison. I had one issue with the first RV (a fifth wheel). They ordered the needed part, and made the repair pretty quick. My real issue is with the service (or lack of customer service) with the second RV. A motorhome...I needed to be able to flat tow my new truck behind my motorhome. I needed to purchase baseplates, taillight wiring, a breakaway switch. I stopped by the Parts/Service side on Tuesday August 17th, 2021 and ask for an estimate on purchasing these and getting them installed. The counter person said he would need to check with the Service department to get their installation cost. I had already stopped at another major RV place (because it was very close to the truck dealership where I bought my truck a new 2021 F-150 4WD). Their cost for the parts, and installation was $2,200.00. WELL it took until Monday August 23rd to get an estimate. I had to call back several times, and the answer was I am still waiting on an estimate for the service department for the installation. I called Monday the 23rd and the counter sales person said he would go check with the service department to see if they had come up with a cost to install. I ask that while he was gone, could he please put me in contact with the Service Manager. I wanted to state my dissatisfaction with the service department. Taking a week to come up with a price for what the should do most every time they sell a motorhome. I had to leave a message for the manager. When he called me back, he ask what was the problem. Each step I told him of my frustration he just said OK. Not I am sorry, or anything like that. Just OK and to me with a tone of OK...so what. Only when I told him he did not sound to concerned about my plight. He said I do, and only then did he say that he was sorry, but it was he was sorry that I felt that way, not that he was sorry for the lack of actions by his department. He said he would get me a price that day. Well, in about an hour, I got a call from the counter sales person stating the Installation Price would be $2,000.00. This is not counting the close to $900.00 in parts. I am very disappointed with the service department and I will never use or recommend them for anything.

Worst SERVICE department I have ever dealt with. They sold us our unit and delivered it in February. We contacted them 2 days when they opened on Monday and advised them the fresh water take was busted, and there was a soft spot on the slide bottom. They got it back 2 weeks later, had it for a month, we finally had to go out in person and speak to GM, we got it back 2 days later and the issues were still not done. They didnt order the parts until we picked it back up. Parts came in, they called at the end of April and scheduled for a June 7th service and was promised we would have it returned in 5 days on Friday June 11th. Day 5 they called and said we would not get it back that he did not start working on the slide until Thursday, and it had to cure etc., and do a fit to make sure it worked right. Day 6 they called and said it was not fitting right and they had to pull it out again and router some edges. Day 7 I called GM, he said well they got the slide back in, and it slides in and out fine, but there seems to be a wiring issue and not getting contact good, and he will go find out if it is done now and call me back in just a few minutes. 3 hours later still no call, and service is not answering phones.

TERRIBLE SALES SUPPORT. After receiving prices from JAYDEN on two RVs here, we were invited to drive 3 HOURS to check out their so called good RVs. After inspection and test drives, we found the main RV in rough condition so the GM said he was going to pull the RV off the market, update the discrepancies, and keep us updated. I contacted the dealership days later since both RVs were still continuously advertised and have not had my communications answered. I CONCUR with other reviews -- BUYER BEWARE of this business...

We absolutely love our new Grand Design that WE DIDN’T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!We attempted to work with this AL dealer several times because they were the most local to me. The sales managers scoffed when I told them I wanted them to price match another dealer. I was told they have the product and if I want their product then I’ll pay their premium price, which was 34% more than I paid for the identical camper you see.The sales staff do not know their products because they are like typical car salesmen, bouncing from dealer to dealer. I wouldn’t let this place fix a busted tail light if they were the last dealer around. It was worth our three hour drive to save thousands and be treated like our business mattered. By the way, friends tell me their service department is equally as bad!!

Do not take a camper to this location for service. They kept my camper in their service department for over 100 days and didn’t fix the issue. I had to do all the warranty calls myself. Only ended up fixing part of my issue. Wanted me to pay for $500 of material upfront before fixing the awning. I will never take my camper back to this place. Wish I could rate them as 0 stars.

The salesman Payden was great. The service has been a horrific tragedy. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy! They have had our camper that was bought from them used the slide out had rotten wood the water tank was busted and leaked. They have had the camper since February 12 and just ordered a water tank last Monday March 1. We went out there March 5 and we’re told we would have the camper back Saturday March 6 or Monday March 8 at the latest by the General Manager.We called today and it is still not ready! This was not a cheap used unit either.They waited two weeks to get our unit back after delivery and another two weeks before ordering a new one or even looking at it. But it was in their notes when they took it as a trade that the tank was leaking.Update: We got the camper back on March 10. They are going to contact us when the water tank comes in and also replace the bottom of the slide out.

Our popup camper needed repairs. Campers Inn RV did a fantastic job on everything. Great service department. They had to weld the frame, replace tires and grease, water leak, wiring, gas lines, put on a sway bar, replace battery and some other things. Great job, will definitely go back.

We were excited and had found the perfect trailer for our family. It was used and while we found it on Friday and was offered a reasonable price, we called and accepted the offer on Saturday. We were told it would take a few days to detail it and ensure everything was working fine. A week went by, we texted our salesmen a few times and never heard anything. Finally when we did, we were told it would take a few more days to get it ready and meet for its closing. The day we were expecting to close and take our new investment home, we got a call saying the furnace needed to be fixed and it would take a few more days. We called a few days later and were told they could not sell it to us because it had too many issues. This was over three weeks and the only way we ever got answers was by calling ourselves. We are very disappointed and had camping plans that have now been ruined. I feel like they were never honest with us and that we did not get up front honesty from them. We were hopeful at the beginning of the process that they were reputable but now we will continue our search elsewhere.

Went there to look to get a camper and was supposed to hear from them Wednesday. Did not hear from them and I have called three times and left messages for them to call me back and still have not heard from the finance office there or anyone for that fact. I am not to happy with how I have not received a call back to let me know anything. I can not believe that this is how you would treat your costumers. On top of that your business. I am so disappointed. Me and my family had a nice gentleman who helped us Tuesday and was very friendly. I even left him a message to call me back and have not got a call from him either. God bless you all and I pray that you all will learn to be more respectful than what you have been with me.

I’m not sure what’s going on with GD, but their customer service is in the toilet! I bought my 2021 310GK-R in early Oct of 2020 from Campers RVInn of Madison, AL and found numerous issues during the walkthrough and during the first trip. Took it back to the dealer in early Nov 2020 and have been waiting on parts ever since. None of the issues are show stoppers, but all the same, they are still issues found as a result of sloppy workmanship. Regardless if what our units cost, they were still purchased with our hard earned money and seeing them sit when we could be enjoying them (and the money we spent on them) is heartbreaking and frustrating. I’m hoping my dealership (Campers RVInn of Huntsville-Madison, AL) will be able to help get things fixed and that GD realizes that we need their support!

Today, Saturday, May 30th my family & I stopped by Campers Inn RV of Huntsvillle-Madison for the very first time and literally had the most horrid 30 minute experience a customer could have. When we first arrived, I stopped by what was the parts department and waited for ten minutes just to ask about where the sales are was to be told bluntly it was on the other side of the building, went over to the other side of the building and no receptionist after I waited another ten minutes. I went to hunt down a salesperson only to find three orange shirts huddled in a glass box ignoring me for ten more minutes, Then one eating from a Styrofoam box finally comes out to answer my question about where the four person tow behinds are...Oh, under the billboard out side was the extents of service I received to start. I went back to collect my family to look over the showroom. While walking down one to the stairs without handrails, I fell straight on my face only to get Mr. Styrofoam box coming up to me say, gosh, Ive done that several times. Well, guess he or anyone else did not have the thought to provide handrails for new customers unfamiliar with their products. Maybe someone who gets hurt more than there pride will have an attorney help them with this issue. After that, to add insult to injury, literally...I am talking to my wife to be interrupted by mystery receptionist asking if I had seen the camper I just fell out of, I guess she missed my expletives upon impact. Then, when another orange shirt hanging out at the reception deck was asked a question, he made it clear to me, that he just did not have time to answer a question. I got the question in and a response, but I have never had anyone in a sale position just plain out be rude, impatient and condescending to me in front of the receptionist and my family. We left to never return.

We purchased our new Momentum 376TH 5th Wheel from the dealership and Julie was great throughout the sale. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received after the sale with Jennifer and Tom. We recently bought a 2019 Grand Design Solitude. This 5th wheel is amazing. Our sales representative was Robert Henderson. He could not have been any better! He was knowledgeable, honest, and best of all KIND! The sales manager came and made sure we were happy before we left. Bobby, the rep that did our walk through, Richard that helped with connecting our satellite, Clay, the finance rep.... everyone was top notch. If you are in the market for a RV... What a wonderful experience we had in locating, purchasing, setting up a time for a walk thru and the actual walk thru. From beginning to end is was a great experience. Our sales person Jamie was very helpful locating the camper that was right for us. He worked with us and we purchased the camper at a great price. After that we met with Clay to work with and sign all the paperwork for the camper. Then the day of our walk through Bobby went over everything on the camper and adjusted some things on the camper. Bobby was awesome. Clay even showed up out where our walk thru was going on and was a giant help checking and making sure everything was perfect and making sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. We did not purchase our travel trailer from Campers Inn. Our air conditioner quit working, still covered under warranty. We called Campers Inn and was put in touch with Craig in service department and everything was taken care of with the professional, courteous and timely way possible. From the minute we walked in, Tommy made us feel welcome. Craig took care of all the paper work/warranty issues and the technician did a great job. We will definitely use Campers Inn RV for any of our future needs.

The entire staff were great!!! My salesman was Donnie Bearden and the finance was Clay Phillips they both were excellent and Bobby that handled the walk through was very knowledgeable Tom in parts was very happy help . Not the friendliest. The salesman that approached us didnt seen very enthusiastic about showing us the class A models they had on site. Drove us out on golf cart. Pointed out the few they had and left. Didnt hang around to talk about the features, or answer any questions we had once we told him we would be making our purchase in approx 2 months. *His loss, we found a dealer that was extremely happy to work with us and they now have our business.

I have been extremely disappointed with Campers Inn. We purchased a brand new 2018 Outback 330 RL and have had a lot of problems with it and it seems like no one cares or no one fixes our issues! I even went around Campers Inn to the manufacturer to get replacement parts at no charge to fix our leveling system. I dont understand when you pay $60,000 for a camper that you cant get great service!!!! We just got it out of the shop on December 15th and paid $450.00 and went camping 12/28/19 and our camper is completely dead. No electric at all. Very disappointed and now have to find another dealership to take care of us. Which is very difficult when there are only 4 Outback authorized dealers in North Alabama. This is our third brand new camper (Outback) purchased from Madison RV/Campers Inn in the last 15 years and the other two had no issues at all. Please someone help us!

The customer service at this location is horrible. I bought a new Redwood fifth wheel and brought it back to have warranty work done that was not done even after having my camper for 5 months. I definitely would not recommend anyone buy from here or try to get service work done worst experience ever. Never again.

Buyer beware, Clay the finance person is high pressure on extended warranty. They use misleading tactics and fail to disclose additional cost. Out the door quote is not true out the door price. When asked to speak to Manager Brian, he sided with finance guy. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and consumer protection bureau.

Steve the service manager is a liar. The general manager is as worthless as he is. They refuse service if you dont purchase from them and their inflated prices. Purchased a motor home from MHRSV in Texas for $30k less than they would sell it for. Now they wont service it because I didnt buy it there. They think that they are doing you a favor taking your money and treat you that way.
