A friend of mine recommended Spartan Stones and thought very highly of them. So we went with them to install several granite vanity tops in bathrooms and a large kitchen island. In addition we coordinated with them to get tile laid in our kitchen, kitchen nook and laundry room.They got our granite cut and prepared and got the floor tiles on order and everything dovetailed nicely into the schedule they had promised.Overall they did a very fantastic job with everything placed and aligned properly. The installers were very pleasant and professional and very hard working, heaving the heavy granite slabs into place. They showed up on time and got the job done promptly. The tile layers also completed their job in a timely manner with very excellent results. The tile people also installed a very elaborate stone black splash on the kitchen walls that is very nice looking and perfectly installed. This installation by Spartan Stones has really given our home a major facelift!Price wise they are in the ballpark with other providers and in my opinion provide a great service for the price. I highly recommend Spartan Stones to anyone looking to get granite or tile work done.

Installer came hours late without even calling. I was told that new countertop and old ones were around same height but they were not so now I have space between countertop and backsplash. I would not recommend. Should have used Granite Guys in Jackson Tn.

We had Spartan Stones install granite in our kitchen and two bathrooms. It looks beautiful! Everything was done on time and I could not be happier. Highly recommend them!

Mandy was a joy to work with initially, however, another employee called with a scheduled installation before our new appliances arrived & we were told the stove & dishwasher had to be installed first. After the measurements were done we called & told Mandy we didnt want a side piece and she took it off the amount but didnt take it off the drawing so the installers came with the side piece, but we were able to stop them before it was glued to the wall. The head installer was rude & had a bad attitude. Paint was taken off the wall, & cabinet door & drawer. It was not made clear to us that we could have had chaulking here on the day of Installation if we needed a different color than clear, so now we have to do it ourselves. The seams are not good & are very noticeable, tacky job. Mandy didnt explain clearly or we misunderstood regarding purchasing strainers for the sink holes. After finding out we did; the other employee gave me a price of 12.00 each on the phone, but when we went to the showroom in Madison a 10.00 price tag was on them. With all this being said Spartan Stone prices are great!Same day of installation....as I was turning lights out to go to bed noticed white spots in the quartz countertops that was just installed.My husband went by the showroom in Madison & they are sending someone out after 3:00 today to look at the spots. Also, we only paid 10.00 each for the strainers instead of 12.00 as we were quoted on the phone. It appears they are going to fix all our issues.Found another defect this morning on another piece. Called Madison showroom to add this side. She said she would let them know.A guy name Sechin came out to look at defect. He said will get another piece for the one with the white spots & turn the other piece around. He was very nice. However, the other piece need replacing too. Maybe others wont know its damaged but we do & paying $3000.00 for damaged stone is not what I expected. One thing thats puzzling to me is do they not inspect the stone when it first come in from the manufacturer & do they not inspect the stone when they put your order together. Also, my husband says he was not asked to inspect before installing.Saw another white spot on the backsplash from sink to end of countertop. Texted a picture of this spot to them. No response as of yet. Since last Tuesday night my excitement for the beautiful quartz I picked out & thought I was getting has been such a disappointment!Spartan Stones did make right all the issues we had except seams. I guess this is the best they can do on the seams. New issue.....one of the pieces they had to replace came with a different corner than what we already had. We had pointed, but they brought rounded today. They are suppose to fix this issue. We are going with the rounded corner so that another piece will not have to be brought out & to get back in our kitchen since its been down for 4 months, but I dont particular like the rounded. What an experience!They came today Tuesday, October 6, 2020 an hour late to round the other corner. I do not like the round corners! I perfer the pointed corners like they were originally. Why do I always get the rude sarcastic workers? Another one today Hopefully this experience is over!

The staff were very helpful, they helped me pick out colors and to color coordinate with my kitchen appliances and cabinets. They explained every detail. They answered all my questions. They were very helpful, I will do business with them again on bathrooms

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They gave me the best deal in town for a remnant piece and I will definitely return for my next project.

Great customer service from all employees! Extensive selection of products. We couldnt recommend this business more highly. They installed quartz countertops and it brightened up our kitchen, workmanship is perfection, no chips, all angles covered! They also recommend a great professional plumber to hook up faucets.

My wife had them replace the countertops and sink in our kitchen. The first time they were scheduled to come, no one showed up and no one called. When my wife called the office, she was told that the crew wouldnt make it that day and they could reschedule. On the second scheduled time, they arrived late. They did an good job replacing the counter and sink, but told my wife they could not connect the sink as they were not licensed plumbers and that she would have to separately find a plumber to complete the work. When my wife called the office to complain, she was told that there was a sign indicating as much at the store. However, the sales associate, who wasnt in the office when she called, never mentioned this to her during the sales coordination.We wont be doing business with them in the future.
