Went in to shop on my lunch break and I had 3 things. I waited in line for 10 mins and they only had one register open. 2 other associates were on the floor not even helping break the line down. Other customers next to me were getting furious and yelling to open up another register. There was almost a fight because of how long the line was and I decided to walk out. Never shopping here again.

Great place Kathy who I think is a manager is always helping someone. She comes from behind the counter to help everyone. The team at this location goes the extra mile to make sure if you cant find it they have looked high and low and will always take a second look in the back shipping area to see if they have what you are looking for.

No help long lines Malden has the worst of any one Ive been too

The Malden Dollar Tree is nice. I always give myself a limit to spend before I go. If I dont I will overspend I am doing a lot of gift baskets for the Holidays. If you having a party get your supplies from Dollar Tree.. You will not be disappointment. When the Pandemic happen in March 2020. I look to Dollar Tree for Art & Crafts activities to do. Give Dollar Tree a try you will not be disappointed.

Abusive customers,no social distancing,too many people in the stores,too much time before back up to the registers was called, lines on the floor not space 6 ft apart. customers on top of each other! I will never visit this location again !!!very disappointing experience!!!

Not all, but a lot of them just seem beyond miserable. I also had a cashier help me while taking a personal call and barley speaking a word to me during the entire transaction. The selection is not too great either. Not to mention this one also suffers from the curse of most Dollar Tree stores by never having enough open registers and a line down the aisle.

Thus time it was great. They had a good crew in today. Very respectful and on top of things, working quickly but not rushing people.

I am a pregnant women and I really had to use the restroom and the Manager from this store denied me. Unbelievable

Much cleaner than a lot of others I have been in - even during holiday season! Friendly & helpful staff...easy to find items - well organized, which makes shopping quick & painless!

Location was messy. But to the credit of the staff, they were proccessing returns and organizing as they went. Like every store that bears their name, it was well stocked and offered a great value for the dollar.

You never know what youll find. This can be great, but also frustrating. Finding things I know to be more expensive Id say is really great! Like micro usb charging cables! Tons of times I have been here and walked out with so much great stuff. Worth a look.

Boxes everywhere, things are not being stocked and placed on the shelves. If you really want something, you gotta open the boxes yourself. Staff are loud and sometimes rude. They talk about their personal lives, no matter who is around to hear. Manager (brownish black hair with glasses) is always on his phone, while talking to the cashiers. Cashiers seem miserable half the time

This place was a disaster. Couldnt even get up the isles. Boxes everywhere and the guy in the isle putting stuff on shelves was a jerk about you coming down the isle to get something. This guys always rude when you ask him where something is or if they carry it. They should clean it up and get friendlier people to work their.

Great place to buy cheap stuff. However not so great place for service. I went there with my sister and cousin to buy things for upcoming event and we were looking at stuff. An employee heading to the back just yells at us, Are you going to buy that? Was that really necessary to ask? You really think we have no money for these cheap $1 items? I guess I dont look dollar worth.

This store can offer many daily things with a proper price of $1. Recommend for not-very-wealthy people

Well Sunday afternoon, we went there for a couple of things. Messy as always and expired food from two years ago. WTF. Miss the old boss lady who ran the store well.

This particular Dollar Tree still has a ton of Christmas stuff! Wrapping paper, bags, boxes and stocking stuffers!! They even have stockings!!!

I am a diabetic, was feeling sick and needed to use the ladies room, was told by 1 employee they didnt have one, 2nd employee told me it was out of order, Hmmmm, I wonder what they do when they need to use the rest room..Wont be going back to that store...

This particular dollar tree is a disgrace to the area it never fully stocked with what you need the place is always dirty boxes in the Isles someone is going to trip one day and get hurt the costumer service stinks and they very rude to the costumers its just all around bad to shop in
