Great customer service; pleasant people to deal with.

Ive purchased three Subarus from Browns (Manassas, Leesburg). Very happy with sales and service, fair prices, good communication, and quick turn around.

So I had just moved to Manassas last year and needed to get my safety inspection done, which this place offers to do for free. I take it in and they tell me my rotors need to be replaced. I had only had this car for around three years, but it had some pretty heavy use so I dont think anything of it, and just get it done.Not too much longer later I start getting junk mail addressed from Browns Manassas Subaru telling me that I need to extend my warranty. This exact situation I had been warned about by the dealership I had bought my car from, who said its basically just a scam. So, either this dealership turned right around and sold my information to shady scammers, or are they themselves are pushing a scam. So yeah, thats already a huge strike as far as Im concerned.The real kicker: not a couple of months after I get my rotors replaced I start hearing a horrible metallic grating sound in my front left tire. Now this is partly on me since I drove around with that sound far longer than I should have, but I finally got it checked out by a third party and they told me that my rotors are so heavily rusted that theyre basically metal on metal at this point. The amount Ive been driving my car has definitely lessened since moving here, but certainly not enough to develop that much rust. And it started so soon after I had my rotors replaced by Browns Manassas Subaru. So either they didnt replace my rotors or they replaced them with WORSE rotors, theoretically so Id continue to go back and pay to have my car fixed.My previous dealership told me that Subaru takes the standards of its dealerships very seriously which was why they were so easy to work with, but apparently some massive fluke happened to make these guys operate like a generic shady dealership you get warned about in 80s movies and childrens cartoons. I will NEVER go back here for ANYTHING as long as I live. Id much rather shell out the time and money to take the 4 hour trek to my old dealership.

Purchased a brand new 2016 wrx limited and had an issue with the leather seat wearing out prematurely. To make a long story short, after a few visits and solutions attempted to fix the issue had failed, Browns did not rest until I was satisfied with the repair made.10/10 will buy from them again.That was my first Subaru ever purchased and now I have multiple.

Very bad customer service, the way the sale man react and talk to us was disrespectful. We was trying to ask about the price and information about the car, then he answered back with bad reaction. I wish I could remember his name. The manager was nice, but we was unhappy the reaction of the sale, then we walked away.

Checked in my wifes car for maintinence and it was repaired promptly. Attendants also offered to break up service visits and highlighted what was necessary and what wasnt. Overall great experience. Waiting area also has a kids room, ample seating, coffee, water and sometimes snacks.

We had Eric as a salesman, he was very helpful and got us into a new Crosstreck. Great experience will definitely look at doing business with them in the future.
