Called up looking for a 14mm sparkplug socket. The person on the phone informed us he had one. Sent my brother out out there only to discover that, not only do they not, but the man on the phone said he converted 9/16 socket and it was close enough to 14mm. Tons of slop, it will round edges of plugs.Staff is unhelpful if not borderline malicious with their lack of knowledge and incompetence.

Excellent customer service. Staff was exceptional and helped me find all the odd parts I needed for my 20 year old car. A little bit more expensive than advanced auto parts down the street, but you are paying for exceptional customer service.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They accurately troubleshot and determined the best battery for my car and installed it without complaining and while maintaining a helpful tone and mood. I go out of my way coming from Centreville to get my parts here because they are so helpful. There are other car part stores closer, but each person I have talked too at this location is low key and knowledgeable, if they dont know then they find someone in the store who does. Also, you dont usually need to wait long because they have multiple people on the register. Its nice to go to a car parts store that you can get help and you dont have to wait!

Stopped by here 4x told me to keep coming back. Each time was a new excuse.I am only trying to get donations for my car show door prizes.And I think its a very sad shame that these people can not at least give me a $10 gift card.It does not say too much about this place that will not reach out and help anyone during this tough time I highly recommend not shopping here.CAR QUEST ON EUCLID donated a HugeCar washing Bucket over $100.They said : Anything to help our community.Think about that next time you shop here.

These people are amazing! Check engine light came on, my first thought is to go straight to Auto Zone. Not only do they read provide the code but they give you the printout as evidence. I use them as my BS gauge when dealing with the dealership. Quite a few times they were able to provide guidance that saved me hundreds of dollars, most recently the thermostat and housing. It was a 30 minute fix that cost me $20, the dealership was a day wait plus parts and labor. Very helpful and excellent customer service even in the freezing cold.

Going to AutoZone is always a great experience for me. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. The other customers are always friendly abd fun to intedact with since we are all there to do badically the same thing: wrench on our cars. :-)

AutoZone has typically retained my loyalty as a customer because of the knowledge and friendliness of its employees. I just visited this store and the employees did not hold the above qualifications. When I entered the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged. After waiting for several minutes in line, a man asked if I was ready to check out. I told him that I was there to have a code checked on my truck. He seemed very bothered by that and told me I needed to wait. Once it was time to go to the truck, he was not friendly at all. He told me to turn on my truck, turn off my truck, and went back inside. I was behind him with my daughter when he went through the door and couldnt be bothered to even do the customary door hold or extra push of the door for the next person. He quickly printed out the sheet told me I had one code for a engine coil, not accurate there were 2 codes for 2 different problems. When I asked about the 2 codes he said that all he is supposed to do is print out the information and I could look up and research what I needed. He immediately walked away.Im extremely bothered by this interaction because I am a woman with a small child in tow at an Auto Parts store. I happen to be one of the few women that does know how to work on vehicles and I do my own work on my vehicles. Treating women with this type of disregard in an AutoZone is ridiculous; normally employees of AutoZone freely offer advice or a head start to the problem. I dont know if he just didnt know anything about vehicles or he really cared that little about a female customer. Ill be going back to speak to a manager, when I purchase my parts for my truck.

My experience at autozone has been nothing but terrible and has put me in a worse situation finically. None of the managers even the Regional manager Joe Stevens gave me vague excuses as he could careless about my situation or trying better it. I ordered a transmission part through autozone on July 1st, I paid $1785 upfront for the part and autozone confirmed my order would be here the 9th. From the 9th to the 13th I called autozone store everyday at least 2x. On the 13th I called Autozone and ask to contact the manufacturer. I called Alltrans and the clerk said they called Autozone Manassas several times to let them know they didn’t have the transmission in stock at the time. When I asked why Alltrans did not stop the order, they replied autozone is suppose to call and confirm with the manufacturer to make sure the part is in stock before ordering. The lack Of communication and negligence between the company, manufacturer and the customer is very unprofessional. On the same day the 13th, I went to the Autozone store to refund my money back which I paid $1785 debit, so I can order another transmission thats going take another 3-4 weeks because of the negligence and cost me more money commuting to work with my kids using Uber, and my car being charged in garage everyday. When I asked for my exchange they told me they I needed to come back in a few days and couldn’t give me a specific date and time.They also told me they needed to make the revenue of $1785 before I could get my money back. That is totally unacceptable and very unsatisfied as a customer.

Joel was extremely helpful to me tonight. He quickly troubleshooted and found the fuses that were out on my car when it was 20 degrees outside! He knows what hes doing! Hes very knowledgeable and courteous. And I didnt even mention when my battery unexpectedly died, he came back out and jumpstarted my car. Thank you Joel. Youre awesome!

This store has been going downhill for the past year or so. Its gotten to the point where its near impossible to even speak to an associate over the phone without repeated calls or waiting 10-15 minutes and in-store visits are no better. Staff changes have made this AutoZone location go from one of the best in the area to one of the worse.

A good auto parts place. It looks a little hidden between buildings but inside its probably one of the cleanest auto parts shops in Manassas. Cheap tools, and if you cant find the parts you need theyll let you know where to get them.

AutoZone is another modern retailer that has value price over service. The gulf between auto parts stores which provide knowledgeable service people and the likes of AutoZone is as wide as ever. As long as you know what you need AutoZone wouldnt be a bad place to stop.

They are usually really helpful when I need something from them especially with windshield wipers but today I was looking for a specific part for my car and the guy looks it up and he said to me, we dont carry that part. Doesnt try to help in any other way just looks at me with a blank look on his face and that was it, onto the next person in line!

Google not letting me give 5 stars, but Wow, had an awesome experience here. I went in here last Friday to have my battery replaced. I was helped right away by William, who was extremely polite and very helpful. He replaced my battery and break light and I was on with day in about 20min. I really appreciate good customer service, I will be back.

This review is not on the store but an employee Emma, back story I bought 2 items that I did not use and a bottle of DOT 3 brakefluid sealed. Walked in explained it to Tyrone that the 2 items I have a receipt for I didnt need, I bought the wrong bottle of brake fluid my car requires DOT 4 but I lost that receipt. He agreed and began the transaction Emma took over because Tyrone had to go home but he brought up the brake fluid DOT 4 before leaving she returned the 2 products that totaled up to $9 then she scanned the DOT 4 and returned me $3. I asked if since neither her or Tyrone scanned the DOT 3 was I going to get a gift card she said No I know what Im doing u would have paid more walked away. (Dot 3 bottle = 3.49 DOT 4 bottle = 4.99) she never returned my bottle of DOT 3 AND made me pay for the second bottle this isnt about money but we all work hard for our money for people you should trust to not return it, this is about store managers should be honest, I did not argue, because i was going to get even ANGRIER and begin to curse, that wouldnt solve any issues but its not right. Other employees were amazing Tyrone and Shane very helpful.

Staff sucks, manger is talking to employees like they are hanging out instead of working. There is old guy that doesn’t even know how to use a computer and asked for help 6 times while he was ringing me out. New manger and staff needed there ASAP. I would recommend going to the autozone on sudley road because they actually have a good, hard working, nice, and fast employees. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. If there is a zero star rating I would of picked the don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I was looking for a gallon of hydraulic fluid and the guy who was attending on the register said wats hydraulic fluid and then he went to ask to another employee about wat is hydraulic fluid and if they sell it...and the gir says yes we sell hydraulic fluid bu we dont have no more ....i wait on the line for 3 or 4 person i remember for 30 minutes to get the answer we have no more please autozone if you run aout of something please. draw in a paper ta you run out of somentin like the hydraulic fluid........

There really idiot persons working on front disk they anything about the customer service and how to talk with the customer. I called them they pick up the phone and they told me to hold on for a minute but it takes 20 minutes again they told me me can I put you on hold and same thing they did for 3 or 4 times it take my 45 minutes and none of them answer me. Its really poor customer service and I dont know they have a manager or not.their manager will be same like the employees.
