Great for oil changes, but that is about it. Had pads and rotors done all around, and they have been squealing ever since. When I brought the vehicle back for the next oil change and complained about the squealing, they responded with, what squeal?, and sent me on my way squealing the entire time... Cheap parts and wont replace if there is an issue.

It is refreshing to have found a mechanic I trust. The manager, Tommy, went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was needed for my car. They were fast and fairly priced. I’ll be back and would recommend to others.

After driving my car for over two hours, I stopped twice and after the second stop my car wouldnt start! I got a jump and called Firestone. They told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the problem, got me a new battery and I was on my way within an hour! They were courteous, efficient and friendly. I would go back there in a heartbeat! I arrived here today, as I was having issues with my car starting. My battery was assessed promptly and I was advised it needed to be replaced. Rodolfo was the sales teammate who was assisting me, I actually gave him the wrong year for the car as both our son and daughter have the same vehicle, thankfully he was going above and beyond and had checked the vin number on the vehicle, Very happy with his great customer service,with a smile😊

I went in for a free brake inspection and they got me in and out within 35 minutes. I made my appointment for 2 and they were right on time! He was very precise and gave full detail about what needed to be fixed, how much and what discounts they could offer to possibly help me out! I even got offered a free oil change just for trying to get a Firestone card. Good deal, I highly recommend them! My invoice says Rodolfo, great customer service!

Very clean and professional environment. I worked with Tommy and he was very thorough and gave me the best deal possible to fix my Betsy. He even provided the information about applying for a cc online so I didnt have to pay cash for the entire repair. It wasnt much but I like the idea of paying monthly for a few months rather than all at once. Thanks Tommy for all of your time and help. My husband took his truck here to get tires put on. We got there at 10am. We went back around 5:45 to pick his truck up, not having hear from anyone all day about it either. Come to find out when we got there his tires were no put on his truck and nobody gave us a call to let us know that they weren’t able to put the tires on because their machine wasn’t big enough for his truck or whatever. Very poor service. To say he was too busy to call. This is not good customer service. I know a busy day can be stressful but either way they should’ve called. And we wouldn’t have been mad if they weren’t able to do so it’s fine but to not call and let us know and update us on why they can’t put tires on is what is very irritating. To expect the new tires to be in and when we get there they aren’t.

These guys were honest, helpful and fair with their pricing. I would highly recommend if you are having trouble with your car you take a trip over to Firestone complete Care Auto center. You will not be disappointed!!!

Slow service, nobody working, employees joking and talking instead of working. Van didnt drive right afterwards.

I dont recommend this place,Try to go somewhere else, the sales guy who attended on me tried to charge me $380 for one light bulb.He said it costs $220 top brand, but online I checked its only $90. I ended up paying $280 for the cheaper brand which is online is only $50.

Needed to find a new place to get the oil changed in our vehicles. Made an online appointment which was easy. Check in was easy and staff was helpful. Asked if they offered a military discount. I was told they did, but he too the coupon they were offering and used it instead because it was a better discount. Ill definitely take my other vehicles here.

I took my first car that I was looking to buy there to have a multi point inspection done they found alot wrong with it and were real honest with me didnt get the car but was really satisfied with customer service i highly recommend this place

Process are on part with competitors, although still a bit pricey for parts. However, they are thorough and helpful.

Typical bait and switch said I needed a new tire because the law no longer allows them to do plugs.. actually it was a company policy and I could have gotten a plug somewhere else. So $29 dollar bills becomes $257.00.

Tommy the manager was super nice and helpful on the phone. I got my tire plugged the same day. They checked all my tires and more at the same time too. Very fair pricing and im really happy with the outcome. Thank you!
