Didnt have what we needed. Researched and found a battery for our RV (needed 3) that was better than what we thought we needed. Ordered for us and let us know when they were at the store. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they gave us our deduction for the old batteres, helped carry them out, and tested them to ensure they were good.

Never stepped into one of your stores till I need a replacement battery for my sump pump. Staff was professional and provided me the best possible battery for the job and went over some of the details on why the battery would work better for the pump. Major plus and didnt know of all the other items in the store. Will be back! Thank You!

Never again, curbside is joke and the manager likes to make to many excuses. Your store sits right beside a Starbucks and you dont even have any designated curbside pickup parking areas for your store. Good luck trying to find a spot to park. I placed my order online for curbside pickup 2 hours ahead of arriving to the store, I was suppose to get a text/email when my order was ready but figured I could hang out by the store and wait(couldnt be much longer). When I arrived I noticed no customers in the store so I went in only to find three employees and no customers and still no email or text and my battery still wasnt ready. Once I identified myself I conveniently get a text saying my order was ready even though it wasnt. The manager had a lot of excuses but didnt lift one finger to help me put the new battery in my car or to retrieve the old one. Yea curbside pickup yea right, he just stood behind the plexiglass and made excuse after excuse. From the time I arrived and by the time I left this manager did nothing but make excuses for the poor service and breakdown in corporates policies. I kept reiterating to him that it didnt matter because this store would never get my business again anyway. I took a chance and tried to support my local business and this is what I get in return. Lesson learned.

This place is awesome. The technicians / staff are very courteous professional and will help you to solve your problems. If any one wants to get the car keys programmed this is the best place. Ryan and his manager will explain everything before accepting the job. The expenses incurred are fraction of what you pay at the dealers but the service is prompt and fast. I got the keys programmed in exactly 15 mts. I strongly suggest this place for car keys.

It was nice to schedule an online appointment (discount for doing so) and have my cell phone battery changed out while I waited in the parking lot. The staff members were very friendly courteous and the battery was changed out in a short amount of time.

Great service. I purchased a key and key fob for a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. The cost for the items and programming them was $175, less than half the dealership price. Programming took 30 minutes after a week waiting on the parts. Very satisfied.

I had a car battery replaced last minute in the rain and Richard was very helpful and quick. He tested the old battery, cleaned up all the corrosion on the terminal connections and protected it from happening again on the new battery. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I usually replace the car batteries myself but this was much easier and efficient.

I am so glad to walk into this store. No pressure sales made, the gentleman that serviced me was very nice, very knowledgeable.Came out in the freezing cold to test my car battery and I trusted him with the recommendations he made. I want to get the battery NOW, my stubborn husband would like to wait until the battery dies 100%.So, okay, just dont come ask me for my car to use!Ill be back to this particular Batteries Plus Bulbs for sure. I bought a battery for my SUV here over a year ago. It is still going strong. They checked it for me recently and said I needed an alternator. They fully charged it so I could make it to the repair shop. Very good service!Update: Battery was warranted for three year replacement and 65 months total at proration. Battery started acting out just before three year mark. Battery was replaced with new battery. Exceptional service. Manager Richard is very knowledgeable.

Fantastic place in Manassas they saved me in an emergency when my battery died on my 2015 Mazda CX-5. It was the night before new years eve and I was really stuck. They even stayed late to install my battery so I was mobile again. Without them I was cooked. They went above and beyond running alternator tests etc to make sure everything was A-ok. Great place...I’ll be going there instead my expensive and kind of useless dealership that couldn’t be bothered in a time of crisis saying “oh we can’t fit you in for at least a week.” So I’m immobile for a week...who can do that? People remember who’s really there when you need them and these guys.... they are!!

These folks have always had every type of battery Ive needed - in store on hand. With multiple vehicles and multiple motorcycles plus all electronic gizmos theyve come in very handy. Prices about as good as you can find. Staff has Always been super friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff here go above and beyond when it comes to their honesty and kindness. Despite being unable to fix the problem (which they genuinely seemed to be sorry about being unable to fix), they tried their best at multiple attempts at a solution. I will, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone.

The young men at the store were extremely pleasant, friendly, well mannered, intelligent and kind. A woman was being waited on and someone came from the back to address my needs. I didnt wait around or feel ignored. They were very helpful. My I phone 6 had died and instead of spending over $1000 that day I spent $70. They gv me a discount on another item I needed as well and didnt try to talk me into something I didnt need. I give them a 10 out of 10 on all levels!!

Very easy to shop online and pickup in store - just wish there were more locations in Manassas/Centreville area. Very helpful. I needed a lawn mower battery and decided to go here and not Lowes or Home Depot since its so late in the spring plus I wanted the correct one. Great service. Met me at the door and within 5 minutes I was on my way with a brand new battery.

Went in for a iphone 7 plus screen replacement. The screen was placed on fine, however, the screen brightness has dramatically decreased, there is a yellow/grey/dull hue when indoors, and a peach/pink when outdoors. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100 and get it done properly at apple. Sales associate told me after the fact that the owner buys low grade screens. So, too little too late. Not worth it in the long run.

Ive had my small reliable Apple iPhone 4s for at least 4 or 5 years and didnt realize how much it benefited me until yesterday when it began losing charge and soon became totally inoperative. I searched for a local store which specialized in cell phone battery replacements, found Batteries Plus on the Internet and made an online appointment which provided me with a discount. I was very pleased that the store had a new battery which fit my now classic iPhone. I dealt with their store employee Jermaine who greeted me and also performed the battery replacement. The repair took no more than about 12 minutes and I now have my iPhone back into operational condition. Many thanks to their employee who provided me with lots of information about the repair hed be doing and Im now happy that I didnt attempt to buy a battery elsewhere and try to install it myself. Great service and convenient location. A+++++ in every way.

Stopped by day before appointment to verify parts to fix phone were in stock. Was shown parts. Dropped phone off came back 3 hrs latter was told they could not find parts. Called back and he hung up on me. Thinking it was an accident, called again and got hung up on again. Wouldnt waste my time on this place if I were you as I am sorry I did.

Purchased online, picked up in store, battery was already charged; knowledgeable staff on how to get the best life from this type of battery for my kids toy vehicle.

Went looking for a larger capacity battery for a late model MSI gaming laptop and a 2014 Camry keyfob. Folks were very helpful and when they couldnt provide the MSI battery they offered suggestions on where we might be able to find one. The carfob was not a problem and they also installed it.I recommend this facility.

Bought a car battery, your site says you install within 20 minute or less, sales person was very smug, basically a smart ass because he said no, it would take 20 minutes or less to install, once he was able to start the it, not install within 20 minutes after the purchase. he was not able to put the battery in because he was the only one there, says Sundays mornings are very busy. why not at least two people during peak times. i have had surgery multiple time on my hands, lifting the battery was very painful, but basically he told me to do it myself and bring back the core or wait for until another sales person comes in. i should have gotten my money back and went somewhere that honors their commitments. No appointments necessary is what it says on your website, thats a joke, you should remove that statement and replace with call in advance to make an appointment. Next time Ill go somewhere else.

Very bad store avoid it at all cost if you want a car batt. installed I purchased a batt. on line & in about 30 min. I got an email from the store telling me the batt. was ready & to come have it installed so I stopped what I was doing & drove to the store upon arrival was told by the store employee that he could not & would not install the batt. so they wasted my time on my day off they just lost 2 customers.

Ordered my battery online and a store employee called to tell me the battery that I ordered was not in stock but they had another one which was exactly the same fit that I needed was in stock the only difference was the color. That was followed up by a confirmation email letting me know that my battery was there, in stock and ready to be picked up, on the same day that I ordered the battery.

I bought 5 watch batteries totaling $21.89 from this Manassas, VA store as they claimed they are lot different to many stores like Walmart since they do not carry old, discharged batteries in their inventory. One of my Renata 364 batteries was installed correctly on my SEIKO watch and worked until last night 03/08/2017 since my purchase and installed on 12/13/2016. The battery is suppose to have a voltage of 1.22v but it reads only 0.801v this morning. When I called the store they now say that there is nothing they can do about this kind of a battery even though it is shy of even 3 months. DO NOT PURCHASE any car batteries from here and buy from COSTCO next door as their life time no question asked guarantee COSTCO stand behind unlike Batteries+. DO NOT BUY any products from this store as they practice a deceiving, misleading business. I even had the defective Renata battery, the receipt and its original packaging which Batteries+ rejected to even look at. These people carry defective batteries and sell at the store at your expense.
