I got a COVID test here. Not my nearest location, because test availability isnt great, even days out.They want you to arrive ten minutes early, so by ten minutes earlier they were already sending panicked texts and calls about whether I was going to be late. (Google maps told me it would be quicker than it actually was to get there.) I arrived one minute early instead of ten and they bumped me from the queue.Then when my turn did come to get the test, I thought it was curbside, but it wasnt. I had to come inside through a side door, take off my mask (in the presence of two employees in a tiny room), and swab my own nose. Just seems a little unsafe to have someone with known symptoms come in there and unmask while two people are within six feet.Oh and the results in 15 minutes were in more like an hour and a half.Still not going to say dont go here, because its hard to find a COVID test, and this way I didnt have to pay for urgent care. But I feel like they could do better.

Never again. They charge you and your insurance outrageous prices. They don’t work with you to get the discount card. If you use Good RX they tell you it’s not for their CVS location when it’s supposed to be the CVS that was a mile from my house which is only one. That one. Worst, I will go anywhere but there from now on.

I had a positive experience here. I scheduled a visit for a TB test. Both practitioners I saw were very nice, and I was in and out very quickly both times, as a TB skin test requires two visits.

I went to pick up a prescription. They were doing drive thru Covid testing, so I had to go in the store (or wait over an hour). There was a huge bold sign stating Virginia Law requires the wearing of Face Masks. Yet an employee in the pharmacy where they were doing Covid testing was NOT wearing hers. I reported it with no satisfactory response. I asked for the manager and when I found her she had her mask around her neck. I do not think I will ever go there again.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PHYSICALS! THEY RUSH THROUGH IT AND ARE NOT HELPFUL! I went in for routine physical and Ms JANISH GREEN rushed through my physical and then instead of taking my blood sample, she said her nurse wasn’t present and directed me to QUEST diagnostics! Had to wait another week after scheduling at QUEST! Quest denied me because CVS put Bill Type: Patient! Since having no insurance, I PAID AT CVS. 128 dollars for A1c TEST, TSH TEST LIPID PANEL TEST, CBC TEST AND VITAMIN B12! When i went back to CVS the nurse told me to call HQ and ask for a refund! Worst LOCATION! IM BEGGING YOU! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! THEYRE RUDE AS WELL

Thought the reviews were fake. Seriously from the inconvienient CVS billing support down to the local CVS center just horrible! Especially from the MinuteClinic. Just shut this location down, retrain the employees or Restaff The whole place. Were okay with JUST Walgreens across the street.

I have been greeting flu shots at this CVS for years. This year I made appointments at the min clinic for my wife and I. When we arrived the y had no record of my appointment and my wifes appointment was at the pharmacy. Clearly, the persons responsible for scheduling appointment are asleep at the keyboard.

Called over and over for pharmacist. I was on hold for 15 min hung up and called another 5 min hold... So I called AGAIN for the front hoping a manager would help.. NOPE he said I know when they get backed up they wont answer. So you want me to transfer you to them?... So he transferred me and NO CHANGE on hold forever so I gave up..

Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. Expect to receive rude service and long waits in the store while the pharmacists ignore customers in line then receive them with a horrible attitude. Get your prescription somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. One lady in particular with red hair is particularly and consistently rude to most customers.Warning: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!

I’ve had only wonderful experiences with both the staff and the store! They send me coupons on the CVS app and accept coupons without all the restrictions and I find really good deals on the products I’m looking for.

Ariana was SUPER helpful while I was feeling under the weather and had to pick up some medicine today. She helped me save money on my purchase, AND she made it so I now get my receipts and coupons in my email (which I really appreciate), all with kindness and a smile! The pharmacy staff cannot answer remedial questions about medications and dosages, it’s almost like they do not know basic math or science. And then they want to argue with you once they cannot answer your questions. Walgreens is across the street.

This location used to be my pharmacy for many years because it was the closest one to me. I had few negative experience with some of the staff being rude, including store manager. Im giving them 4-star because of the store front cashier. He was very friendly and helpful guy.

CVS lost my paper script for a prescription. I hand delivered it to one of the pharmacists and the same one told me a week later they didn’t have it and asked me if I was sure I dropped it off. The CVS employee quickly brushed it off and told me to have the doctors office send it in even though it can’t be electronically called in. He quickly cut me off and seemed not to look to much into the matter. I will be changing pharmacies.

The CVS store itself is just fine, it is the pharmacy that sucks. The red-haired female pharmacist is the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever seen. She scoffed and said oh God when the line got long and she took the phone off her ear while talking to a customer and started hitting it in her hand because she didnt like what the person on the other end was complaining about. Also, she said i dont care, the phone can keep ringing and refused to pick up the phone. This pharmacist needs a reality check.

The CVS pharmacy on Hoadly Rd. In Manassas is the worst I have ever been to. The two lady pharmacists I spoke with today need to learn some customer service skills. Even my sick 8 year old daughter made a comment about that lady Cathy was so rude.

Our neighborhood cvs. They always seem understaffed, overwhelmed and exhausted. I can see some of them work very long hours and staying on their feet the entire time. So when I pick medicine up and they don’t crack a smile, I understand. May be cvs should hire more staff to help?

Bought a needle syringe last week to drain cauliflower ear of a wrestler. Paid 50 cents, showed my ID, wrote my license info in a ledger. Went back today to buy another and the manager Neela Shah refused to sell it to me. Gladly take my business elsewhere. Drove across the street and spent my money at Walgreens 😂

I cant say if CVS is better than Walgreens because they carry almost the exact same products. I usually go to CVS but there is no reason to not go to Walgreens other than my insurance is with CVS.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy. They are just to busy being busy to help. We have used them for years because it is around the corner. I guess we are a glutton for punishment. Poor service, incorrect prescriptions, orders not done on time, etc.. Sad they have so much business they can run off customers.Think twice before using them.. I have been to several others in the area that will take care of you!!

If I could give them a zero I would. I had a prescription sent there and my insurance was giving me a hard time to fill it so on the advice of my doctor I paid outright using a discount. I put the order in and was told it would be there tomorrow. Its been a week, and Ive been told once its not there yet, and once thats theres not even an order in the system. Im done. This place has terrible service.

Exhausted. These people are inadequate, confused, they say they will have your meds ready, you get there and they dont have it at all. Too soon to pick it up, controlled substance, all for a stupid sleeping pill. Every person I talk to there says something different. Do yourself a favor, never go to this pharmacy. Absolutely awful!
