Marian makes you feel comfort and is very informative on the procedure. My legs have never felt this smooth even after shaving. I have completed 5 sessions of laser hair treatment and love it! Highly recommend.

Artisan is fantastic for laser hair removal! Ive been coming here for hair removal treatments for just about everywhere on my body, and Ive gone from furry and frustrated to smooth and chic! I couldnt be happier with the results. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable--they actually know the science behind what makes laser hair removal work....which is extremely comforting! The location is great and the facility is clean and pretty! I would recommend Artisan to anyone who is in the market for hair removal!Before coming to Artisan I had gone to a spa for laser hair removal several years prior (when I lived in California) which left me feeling uncomfortable and honestly nervous about trying laser treatments again. But after finding Artisan, I am completely won over again. Dont waste your time shaving! Zap it off!

I went there for laser treatment that I thought it was permanent but after about 2 months of completion of treatment, all the hair resurfaced and even more. Total waste of time, pain and money. Now I have doubts about laser hair removal. I dont know if it actually works or if it was just bad service from this place. I am extremely disappointed with the place.

I went there and I thought the service was good. Ladies were professional and gentle with my feet. I told my wife she should also go to treat herself.

When i first got there . First impression, Wow ! Once you enter they treat you good and offer you something to drink . Also, Mariam she is really nice and gives good advice about acne . I recommend. Cant wait to see my results !

So unhappy with this place! Went in here with great expectations, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite a disappointment. Besides the fact that the dr is only at this location one day every 3 weeks, on 2 of the occasions, they actually cancelled her appointment with me! One time I actually showed up 10 minutes early and was told that the dr wouldnt be able to make it, and the other time I was emailed less than 24 hours before my appointment and told that because the dr was going on a trip, the hour that it took her to get to the office was too much for her to bear, so they would try to reschedule me the next time she was in....3 weeks later! Not even enough care to give decent notice so I could change my plans, not even a response to the email that i replied with stating my displeasure in this second cancellation. What a joke! Very unprofessional and undependable....NOT what you want in an appointment based business! So I not only lost my deposit, but I have still gotten nothing done in about 6-8 weeks of waiting around.... Ugh! $2000 cash in hand, ready to go, and obviously didnt mean anything to this place...guess they have people lining up for them.
