I was skeptical about this beauty supply store from what I saw outside (it didn’t look like it catered to ethnic hair) but I was highly impressed once I got inside. I’m new to LoCo and glad to have found this place. This is probably the most organized and well stocked beauty supply I’ve ever been in, not to mention, the products are priced well

It is so uncomfortable to be a tax paying citizen and have to feel like a criminal at a hair store. The individuals in this store watch you, follow you and monitor you closely on a camera the entire time you are in the store. This is ridiculous. Nothing in this store or any store is worth my Freedom…. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!I wanted to purchasing some hair. Started looking around and trying to figure out exactly what hair to buy. I noticed the owner’s brother following me and monitoring me. Every move I made he made. Every aisle I entered he entered. This went on for 10 mins. I took a minute to gather myself and calmly approached him to share my concern. How he was making feel like I was a thief and it was not making me feel comfortable as a customer. He said nothing, just look at me and walked away. I left ever packet of hair in that basket on the floor.

I was in this store today looking for crochet hair for my daughter. We walked in with my mom and immediately my daughter pointed out being watched by one if the employees. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable.Im concerned that you sell to African Americans but yet profile us as only wanting to come to your store and steal. If we are all thieves, it is probably best to sell to customers you trust so you can serve them well.My daughter was so comfortable, she asked us to leave without selecting her hair.

This place is well kept. Its so ean and organized, I love it it always easy to find what ever you are looking for. And they have a variety of haircare product. I go here to get things for my daughters, and for me as well

I was here one Monday afternoon. I had just gone through a break up with my partner and I really needed to just focus on me.The shop is well organized and has plenty of interesting products that had me feeling better right away! Thanks Ladies! 🦸‍♀️

I came here to buy products to do my sons dreadlocks. They have thousands of products in the store is very clean and organized.The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I have used this shampoo named Miss Jessies Super Slip Sudsy Shampoo a few years ago more than once and it was amazing. I bought it two weeks ago from Beauty Supply in Manassas, Va and tried using it yesterday 4/20/2020. The consistency was like a snotty glue texture. I think the Beauty Supply store had it too long. Cant return it but I know this product used to be great. Wont buy any shampoos or conditioners from there again.

Three people behind the counter when I walk in, no one says hello. Ive never been in this store before, apparently it is not a store for white blonde females. I was just looking for gel. I walk out and they continue to talk amongst themselves behind the counter.

Overall - the store is well organized but I give it two stars because I recently just purchased the Mielle Organics Styling Creme. First off, the price was definitely ridiculously marked up - although it was annoying, I still decided to purchase it because I needed it. As soon as I hit the pump and felt the creme in my hand - it was so weird - the creme felt like a slightly different texture from when I had used it before. The smell was also slightly different. I tried to shrug it off and began using it - the product changed the texture to my hair drastically. Mind you - I consistently used this product before, but I went ahead and purchased it from a beauty supply store for the first time. Thankfully I do not think my hair is too damaged but it’s definitely changed :( I feel like either this product was extremely old on their shelves or it was not the legit Mielle Organics.

Easy to find products and the owner is so nice

This is the go to place for wigs and extensions, in the manassas area THEY ARE THE BEST.They can be a bit pricey but they have good quality stuff so you are paying for the quality . Every hair disaster Ive ever had from box dyes from spur of moment hair fails, They have ALWAYS been very helpful and supportive and give me there honest advice and for wigs they usually last a pretty long time to.

Good quality products, owners or people that run it are extremely rude. They just want you to pay thats it. Customer service is not good at all. You can have questions and men get upset or annoyed when youre spending your money but dont want to answer any questions about their over priced hair/wig

Pretty decent beauty supply store. Prices are a bit steep but going to assume its for the area convenience.

Some of the items are a little pricey but overall, its whats to be expected. The store is always clean and well organized. They have tons of stuff, a very wide selection for all hair types and if you cant find something, the staff will gladly order it.

I just paid 39.21, for a partial wig. What upsets me is I had to pay for the stocking cap I used to try in the wigs, and I probably would have spent more on the 2 packs anyway. They also limit the wigs you can try on to 6 wigs per cap. Not coming back, wouldn’t recommend it for wigs either!

The products are awesome but this store makes me feel super uncomfortable. The people who work there make an effort to stare at you and watch you where ever you go.

Although they have a wide variety of products, which is nice, I barely made it to the aisle before the employee followed me and watched me as if I was going to steal something (I was in the store all of 2 minutes before leaving because of the obvious profiling). Im a licensed cosmetologist and planned on making a large purchase but oh well. Their loss. Id rate no stars if I could. Will never go there again!

I leaved this place just 5 min ago. I wanted to get wigs because they had the most variety. Eventually did not get one. I dont know about the products but the lady that works there have very bad attitude and she makes you super uncomfortable.i just couldnt stand there a minute more.she is one of those people who profiles you. Dont go there. As a worker you guys should be the one who helps the customer. Let me remind you! You work&sell, I buy and you earn.

Great beauty supplies store, its hard not to find what youre looking for, especially when you ask the staff for help. Nice location in Manassas, close to the mall and convenient to Routes 234, 28, 29, 66.

I just left this store and the guy working at the front counter was VERY RUDE! I went in to see if I could exchange some items, but then realized that the items were from a different store. He yelled and said “no we don’t sell that kind here” and so I walked around the store to check. He then watched me walk around the store and directed me towards the item to prove that I was wrong.

I like the place but too expensive sometimes. Nice people always ready to help.
