We have bought sunglass from this store on several occasions. They have always been helpful, honored competitor prices, and friendly. I had even stopped in at one point to help with Maui Jim glasses that broke and need a return box and info on where to send it. The lady was extremely helpful considering there was no current sail. This is why we have always come back .

I wanted to treat myself to a new pair of sunglasses and had been eyeing both a Coach pair and Tiffanys pair, and decided to go with the Coach because they were significantly cheaper and almost as nice. After 2 weeks wearing them, I decided to go back and purchase the ones I really wanted because I was still thinking about them and I rarely treat myself so why not? Stopped at Lenscrafters in the same mall to pick up my first pair of prescription glasses then headed over to Sunglass Hut. I had nothing in my hand except for my car keys, cell phone and the new pair of prescription glasses in one hand, and the Sunglass Hut bag with the pair of sunglasses I was coming in to exchange. I spoke at length with the employee in there (Nancy) while she got the sunglasses out for me, and watched me try them on then went to the counter to pay for them. While there, I put my bag on the counter next to me and put my car keys and prescription glasses case into the bag so Id have my hands free to pay, sign the receipt etc. This lady reached INTO my shopping bag, took my prescription glasses and asked what these were and where I got them. Why she would think its appropriate to put her hands inside my shopping bag and pull something out is beyond me. If she thought I might be stealing something, she should have politely asked to check my bags. She certainly insinuated it and then went right ahead with her investigations as I stood there shocked. Never returning to this store.

Bought a pair of sunglasses a few days ago, Mr. T was very helpful. But they gave me the shelf display without my knowledge (had minor marks on them) Came into the store to process an exchange initially but was in a rush so asked for a return. The female manager used my stories to give me so many excuses after I expressed that I was not happy with the service.First was: I can’t process a return because my password is expired so I need 20 minutes.Second: I need the exact same card you used to buy it.Third: I can’t do returns only exchangesFourth: she offered me 50% back on store credit after I was sold glasses that already had marks on them.Before I left she said “you should’ve took my first option, now the most I’m giving you is 50%.” Absolutely horrified with the experience I had at sunglassHut. This employee was so nice to me when I initially came in, but as soon as I mentioned return she flipped and showed horrible customer service. Will not shop at Sunglass Hut again.
