Sterling silver bracelet SKU 347442 with inlay heart outcompeted Tiffany’s similar style. Husband said smaller links, more elegant & clean looking. Tiffany’s with heavier chain better suited for beagle dog! Heart too small for engraving, maybe just initials.

I called to ask about a watch engraving today. at first, daniela was cheery and pleasant. then she interrupted me at least 4 times. I didnt get a full sentence out the whole phone call. when I finally told her my situation, she said I need to see the watch. I need to see it. period. period???? really? after you interrupted me repeatedly? how rude can you be? I work retail/customer service and I have never nor will I ever be so rude. I will not be coming to the manassas location for my business.

Ordered two items for my 6vyears old daughters birthday, and my rep was Rebecca. he at the tome was more than helpful and courteous. I have been waiting foe a call now to pick up items, today is may 10 however she did call on the 8th.I returned her cal....l and she answers Manassas Cab how may I help She then proceeds to tell e she has no order for me after calling me numerous times while my phone was being repaired. Once I got my phone and message this is the responses I got. She was rude, refused to give me her bosses contact info, claimed didnt know anyones number, had to look up the number to the store in which she was working, and never in my life have I been so rudely treated, all of this a week after finding out I have a terminal disease.All I wanted was info on how much and due to her rudeness and answering as a cab co. I want, Im sorry I DEMAND a supervisor. I own a restaurant and wouldnt want my employees answering as a public transit company. all this after she claims to be an assistant mgr??? Must not take much to move up the employees scale there.I demand an apology and this fixed right away. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A GIRL NAMED REBECCA, SHE WILL STEAL YOUR HEART IN KINDNESS, GET THE SALE AND THEN HANG UP ON you, as she did me, all due to inquiring about speaking with her boss....All of this even after telling her I am basically dying??
