DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They send my ring out to get sized and destroyed it. Did a special order and had the ring for 4 days and one of the diamonds fell out. They did not want to even fix the issue. When corporate got involved they too did NOTHING. They were like Oh Well! They completely ruined my experience.
Have done my business here for over five years now for my girl and we are always very happy with not only the products and prices, but also the customer service! Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful! They aren’t just trying to make a sale, they genuinely care about your satisfaction as well as your budget! 10/10 highly recommend!
I had quite the experience here today. I had a special order ring that I had ordered in June, and still hadnt gotten a phone call. It turns out that the ring was discontinued and they couldnt get the special order. Although they could get the exact ring from another store, I would not have been able to get it sized or even pick it up for another month. They were going to exchange it, but I didnt have the broken ring with me. I came back later that day and then had a very difficult time with the price of the exchange and warranty, but after an hour of waiting and worrying, I ended up with a very nice replacement ring and warranty. Although it was frustrating, I am very pleased with the result!

I came to get my ring resized on Jan22, they said it will take 3 weeks to get it done. I paid for the fee upfront and i never heard anything from them. I called after more than 5weeks to find out that they have my phone number and my fiancé phone number mixed up, yet i get emails from them. So what’s the point of asking email, if my jewelry wasn’t the priority, but yet i get these surveys. I was so upset that nothing was done to my ring. I was not aware that they hold it to get more authorization to repair my stones.First and foremost, the lady who i talked to couldnt find my repair order that i provided while she put me on hold several times to give me false information over and over again, i was getting super upset the fact that she wasn’t apologetic enough for the inconvenience and for their own mistakes that i had to deal with. I was treated on the phone like it was my mistake. I was so scared that my ring was lost. Then to find out nothing was done. i may not bought my ring from Zales but my ring has value/ worth enough not just money value but personally. Even talking to store manager didn’t help the situation. I waited another week to hear from them as they promised they will call. I showed up after couple of days after the day they promised they will call to find out my ring is back in the store and NOTHING WAS EVER DONE. My fiancé told me not to say anything and just take it elsewhere. I shut my mouth and did not ask for any refund when my ring was UNTOUCHED and PAID THEM FOR NOTHING. Literally held my ring and paid for it. I did not get anything in return not even a warming apology. I would never return to this store or recommend to anyone due for bad customer service. My main concern is have the value of your customer’s jewelry as they are important to them whether they bought their jewelry there or not,it’s business! I did not feel any confident or trust for EVER coming back.
My ring was sent for a SPECIAL ORDER only because Elizabeth (the manager) said it will be a whole new ring made just for me so i said yes (My ring was bent). NEVER DID I SAY CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY RING... SHE PUT A SIZE SMALLER AND NOW MY NEW RING THAT I WAITED FOR SINCE LATE SEPTEMBER DOESNT FIT! SO NOW ILL HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 MORE WEEKS FOR IT TO BE RE SIZED. SO MUCH FOR A SPECIAL ORDER .... MORE LIKE SPECIAL DISASTER!! 😤UPDATE: Nov. 29th I got my ring back after being sized to the correct size just to have it get bent again... The person stretched it out and made it uneven very noticeable to the naked eye. Now Im waiting another 2+ months for my CORRECT RING 😤Lets just say the experience hasnt been pleasant at all.
The employees for the most part are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had issues with loosing multile stones from my wedding ring literally every 1-3 months. Come to find out (3yrs later) someone finally had the knowledge to share with me that when the ring was first resized it shifted the stones which was causing the stones to fall out. I was told that I could replace the ring and waited 6 months for the replacement ring to come in. I was reached out to twice by the store and every other 4 times I was the one who made contact to find out the the scoop on my ring...which I found was either order dropped, declined and dropped again (which were all computer “issues”). Later I found out that the ring no longer existed, which was extremely sad and frustrating, I could understand. This stores soluition was for an employee to lie about their job title as manager and on a separate occasion was told the real manger no longer working there, but she definitely did because I witnessed it 2 weeks after the “news”. That’s not all, when I asked for corporates # I was told that I couldn’t reach out, that they had to make the call. I understand mistakes happen but as a customer in my opinion, I didn’t like being lied to or disregarded especially when I was so pacient. I had to switch stores because this one I couldn’t trust. In addition, when I sent in my ring for its last stone replacement...they PAINTED the gold parts of my ring WHITE gold. Sorry Zales, you all dropped the ball real hard this time 🙁

I went for my wedding ring, the service was very good at the beginning, when I was invoiced they bought me much more, insurance twice for the rings 💍 plus another separate garment they bought at regular price from my credit card. Other than that when I realize I had to wait more than an hour for them to fix the error that the computer supposedly made. To complete my rings they arrived on March 10th, it was my wedding and they were super big 😩 I do not know what happens with the service in addition to the high prices. I do not recommend 0 0 0 I give that place.
