Do not rent any unit at the Manassas location. Their units are packed with mice. We had our stuff there for 3 months and pretty much all the boxed were run by mice and had to get rid of all dry goods.

Convenience, private, clean, quiet and peaceful. The prices are reasonably and the staffs are excellent, very friendly and always available to answer questions, willing to help or provide information as needed. They are professional and, knowledgeable in the field.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the regulations written by their management. The price was good and i did appreciate the extra precautions they impose to prevent damage to property from any pests. They definitely propose good caution to prevent covid/disease spread among units.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They were always courteous, friendly, and professional. If there were any issues [and I had none], I knew it would be handled quickly and efficiently. Just a great staff.

Good clean spot for storage.

1st of all, the rate increased several times during our 8 month rental period. We were never late on anything and rented 2 units from them spending almost $500 a month. When we moved out were told the free moving truck they offered was not free to us. We were told that was for new clients. We were never told about the truck when we signed up so apparently missed the opportunity to use it. I think its ridiculous to charge for the truck to people who have been good clients for 8 months. What else...our moving day had to be postponed by one day. We were told if we stayed one extra day that we would have to pay for the entire month! So we hired movers and moved out on the original move date. When my fiance went inside to RENT the free truck, there was a sign on the door saying they would return at 11:15am which was in a half hour. Not only did we have a reservation for the truck but now we had to waste paying 4 movers for a half hour of waiting on the office person to return. When we returned the truck, there was ANOTHER sign on the door saying that the person would return in another 20 mins. So I was not impressed at all with Cube storage and would not recommend to others. You get nickled and dimed.

The price was really nice...BUUUUT....after a whirlwind online registration process (super easy to reserve a place), when we got there we were somewhat disappointed. I havent rented a storage space before myself, so I was quite unprepared for the shadier side of the process. We were told that we HAD to pay for insurance...either theirs or our own homeowners insurance. Of course we have a truck and two vans ready to unload so I had to go with their $14-15 insurance. Then we were told we would pay an additional $1/month Administration fee...plus we HAD to have a lock ($17.95 approximately). All in all, I felt this was a pretty shoddy way to run a facility. The check-in people said this was on their main website page. I doubted them, went home, and sure enough, no hidden fees were discussed, presented, or even hinted at. I know better now---shame on me---let the buyer beware! But maybe other people can learn from these kinds of operations. For the record, the staff was polite, courteous, professional and the facilities were clean. Door sticks a bit on the unit, but, go figure.

We had an easy time moving into this storage unit. The office manager Mia was quick at setting everything up for us while multitasking calls and other customers. I really appreciated that she took the time to walk and show us where our unit was located. On top of that she was very friendly to us and my four year old daughter.After we left the location we realized there was some confusion with the advertised online rent rate. I called customer care since the reservation was handled online and not in store. I was pleased that Mia followed up with us from the CubeSmart location to help us rectify the matter. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the business.Additionally, the facility is very well maintained and clean. They are a true credit to the organization and I sincerely hope that Cubesmart will recognize them for the great work they do. I was there like a week ago and ran into Alexis while I was at my buddies unit with him. She was very professional and made sure the space was still working out and if we needed more or less we could come to the office and do so. She was very friendly with the time she talked to us

Pariesce was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service. The storage facility was just as advertised. I didnt see any carts. They do have them.Customers sometimes dont return them to the place where they found them, or perhaps, the company needs to have more of them. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.

My husband and I rented a unit in the 1100s about a month ago and Im already regretting it. This place is the worst. I saw three dead roaches on the floor two weeks ago when I moved some stuff into my unit. Came back the next week (last week) and the roaches were still there. The staff obviously doesnt clean the place. The intercoms to the office dont work (I tried 3 separate units.) There are NEVER carts around to use. Ive had to carry my heavy items into my unit after looking up and down the building for carts. I called last week letting the office know Id be coming by and would need a cart. The girl in the office said shed have one sent down to my area. I got there and SHOCKER, there was no cart to be found. I gave up looking and trying to call the office on the intercom, and just carried my stuff in, hurting my back in the process. This place is run by incompetent clowns and Ill be moving my stuff out ASAP.

The General Manager Andrea has always been very friendly and helpful with all my needs. I hate to see her leave, but I am happy to see her getting a brand new store. She represents Cube Smart very well. I will miss her at this store.

At Cubesmart, I had a good experience with Ms. Collier she was very helpful for getting me into my storage room. She explained the rules and regulations of the lease to me clearly she did not rush she remained calm and patient the whole time. Overall, I would recommend cubesmart and dealing with Ms. Collier.

Everything went fine. Staff were fast, professional and courteous. Free loaner truck was a plus too!However, truck ramp was a little bent/ damaged so it wouldnt slide out of its storage slot on the truck!. It wasnt much of an issue to me, (just boxes and relatively light wieght boxes and shelves, but might be to others moving appliances that actually needed it to function!)Returning the next day with a loaded station wagon, I couldnt drive to my storage unit to unload it because they were sealing the asphalt for the complex. Highly aggravating! I had to use an on-site cart to unload everything to my unit which of course was 3/4 of the way down my access lane! Thank God it wasnt too hot, cold, raining or snowing!Some sort of notice should be sent via text or e-mail to clients regarding maintenance issues which may cause inconveniences when these necessary maintenance issues arise so we can plan accordingly!Thank you for this opportunity to vent my opinions, fustration, and suggestions for a better experience with CubeSmart!
