I’m a repeat customer and the facility is extremely dirty with dead bugs everywhere! It’s been about 2 years when I last had a storage unit here and the older couple was managing the facility. Awesome couple! The facility stayed clean and the floors were polished and shiny. Conner assisted me with my paperwork. Very nice and professional. I addressed my concerns with him and he was eager to assist. However, he mentioned that he was just filling in at that facility and that he wasn’t the manager. So this message is to the manager…… When I return for my things, I don’t want my stuff infested with bugs!

Moved into a small apartment, my storage unit provides a safe, available place to keep my collectibles, and enjoy them without cluttering my living space. Can visit, show, share and trade with other collectors at my convenience. I can take my time and enjoy things without having to pack things away, when I return to my home.

Good units. Friendly staff but be aware that the price increases are brutal. They rise more frequently and at rates that far exceed other companies. My most recent increase was a full 25%. Good place for short term storage but if you are looking for something long term be aware.

Super cooperative! Good promo deals, check back monthly. Month to month billing and the property manager Shan is very helpful. Had no problems with my unit.

They raise your charge exorbitantly every few months and claim its market pricing. Magically, if you complain, the offer you a better deal. Look elsewhere.

I have used Manassas Sudley Road Self Storage Plus for years. I can rest assured that my belongings are safe. The storage buildings are kept pristine and the managers are always helpful.

Great experience! The manager helped my partner and I choose a unit; we had next to no knowledge on which unit would work for us, but she explained everything so well!! She was also super friendly and had a dope haircut!!

I rent 2 storage rooms. One for my association and one for personal use. The prices keeps going up and up so I will have to make a change soon. The one I got for my personal in Oct 2020 for a special of $49 already is going up $70 this April 2021. I thought I was guaranteed $49 for at least a year. So I will have to make arrangement in another location. The increases is unreasonable and mostly unexpected. I would not recommend for long term use.

I am very happy with self storage its right around the corner from where I live and I have my motorcycle in one of there units. I can walk or drive over there and ride my bike when ever I want. I did my shopping and it was priced right and easy payment setup.

I have NEVER been with a storage place that increases your rent every 3 months!!!!!! It is outrageous how much my rent has increased. I started at something like 70 a month in 2019 and as of September my rent will be going up to 127 a month!!!!!I had two storage units with other companies and never seen anything like this. The last one I had was for 10 years before moving out here and my increase was a total of maybe $10 bucks; like a dollar a year!!!

I am so pleased with my experience at Self Storage Plus all thanks to Brooksie! My husband and I were looking for a small unit to place a couple things until we find a bigger home and she was extremely informative and super polite. She helped us every step of the way, from our budget to sizing needs and helped us to find the perfect fit for our family. She took her time with us and that speaks volumes to us.

I have had a unit here since 2017, which has now spanned two managers. The rent has been raised three times, for a total increase over three years of 30%.To add insult to injury, over this summer (likely in an effort to reduce cost), the humidity and heat in the climate controlled units was so high that I had furniture in my unit grow mold and steel items oxidize with rust. I will be moving to another company as soon as possible. Unless you want to pay more than the market for a climate controlled unit that is not, in fact, controlled at all - find another location.

I like the inside units. Climate controlled, very clean, good lighting, although it could be a little better. Staff friendly and polite. Not much parking, loading space in front. Give 8.5 out of 10.

It’s horrible. The rates constantly increase, nice staff but the long term storage is horrible your rates will increase every couple of months. Absolutely would not recommend for long term storage.

I needed a storage unit and came across Self Storage Plus. I met with Abeer and she was wonderful. Walked me and my brother around the facility to show us the different sizes of units. We selected a unit and she had everything prepared for us in just minutes. It was definitely a pleasure working with her and I recommend everyone to use this place.

Abeer was friendly, personable, and helped me get a great storage unit quickly after another place had lost my reservation. Climate-controlled units are well-maintained, carts provided. UPDATE: Downgraded stars as of Jan 2021. I have been a loyal and on-time paying customer since Aug 2020 for two units. Rental was increased by a combined total of 43.7% for both units. In addition, the new invoice for one of the units was higher than what was stated in the Rental Rate Increase Notice. Based on this alone, even though the facility itself is okay, no restrooms, I will certainly be looking for alternatives soon. If youre looking for short-term storage, maybe it will workout, but beware of incentives to get you in the door, but then slam you with extraordinary rate increases a few months in. Severely disappointed.

Unit was not properly climate controlled. So my furniture had mold growing on it. Contacted the office ajd corporate about it. First i was told they would do nothing about it. Then i was told that i would be contacted by the district manager and was never contacted. Very unhappy.

Self storage plus charged my bank account for a payment that I did not make. I authorized a payment over the phone using my bank card on a Saturday and then on Monday they charged another payment to my account without my permission. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK CARD INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. TO PAY YOUR BILL. YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SECURE!!!

Today is Tuesday 6.16.20, last week, Friday, the rates for a 10x9 were $104. Today, they are $117. Now, they have a special deal that if you rent online, theyll take 10% off. So they raised their prices to cover the cost of the special deal. I think Ill go elsewhere. Thats illegal in the West.

We met with Anna at the Manassas branch off Sudley manor road and she was super friendly and efficient. We’d previously experienced bad customer service at Salvation Army, and meeting with Anna made us feel a whole lot better. The facility is clean and the rooms are sizable enough.
