Ok today I called penske in Manassas because I had originally reserved a 26 ft truck and a trailer to pull our car at U haul but then all of the sudden they say it was actually reserved in in Springfield but then they turn around and say they have nothing available I literally was freaking out because were moving tomorrow and were all packed up and ready to load but then I called and spoke with a gentleman named Forester and this young man saved our day he put me on hold for 2 minutes while he could search because nothing was coming up as available he checked vehicles that had been dropped off that day and to my surprise he had found us everything we needed and he was fast and efficient In the details of everything what a wonderful person he is you feel proud to have him as an employee I dont know what we would have done without him God bless this young man Forester is amazingso

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were given a truck in terrible condition. The drivers side tire was down to the thread on the inside. We were told the vehicle was inspected and in good working order. It was our fault for not double checking. However, once we noticed we called Roadside Assistance and were stranded at a rest stop for over five hours for a tire replacement. The roadside assistance customer service was the ABSOLUTE WORST! I would definitely not recommend Penske for your moving needs. Be careful!
