I order a set of custom canopy and chords from from from them that costs nearly $2000. Waited for a about 1.5 months to finally get the order. Once the order arrives the chords dont even fit in to the canopy. Seems like there is nothing this company is willing to do about it. They even told me to remove the outside fabric of the chords to try to fit through. which would look really odd, it would just be the plastic that is on the outside. For the price they sell at this is definitely not the service you would expect.
