I called and spoke with Rose on the phone about a particular refrigerator. I described it and she knew exactly which one I wanted and we had a pleasant conversation about it. After work I stop by and met Rose and we checked out the refrigerator and it was exactly the one I was thinking of. Rose has some good advice about my budget and a different refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the appliance that I bought. Rose answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I cant wait to get my new refrigerator thank you Rose for everything and Congratulations!!

Love my new washer and dryer. Kelly was my sales person. While it was a very long process ( paid cash.. No financing) and had to wait 4 days to actually get my set delivered Im happy! Saved $100 in total as they were $50 off eachPaid only 1,889 for my set! That includes free delivery, but not hook up. Which wasnt an issue. However the delivery guys left the packaging trash in my neighbors yard 🤦🏻 still.. They so far work great.Now.. Our sales guy seemed very inpatient it seems if his time didnt make him money. I noticed when dealing with me he was a different person than dealing with someone calling in asking a question. Switched from being nice to rude in seconds. Also, felt a little.... Smothered as me personally i like to shop a lone. Had to nicely request privacy when making a call. I get he didnt want to lose that sale... But following me around for 40 minutes and standing pretty close is uncomfortable. Also, i had my 10 year old with me. I also get he was trying to set a relaxing, personable mood but asking a 10 year old girl her name, age, school, and other personal questions isnt the answer.Over all i got what i paid for. Will i return to buy other needs? Probably not.

Ariel has always been extremely helpful every time I come into the store. Every question I have she has the answer or finds it out. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel valued. I will always be drawn to this store because of her customer service.

Very disappointed with the condition of the store. It was filthy. None of the electronics worked while trying to buy a bed. Although the sales girl was nice she new nothing about beds. She even admitted she didnt know about the beds. When she asked for help no one else knew either. She kept trying to get us to lay on them but they were dirty. The owner should be ashamed of this store and the lack of employee knowledge.

Would like to thank Nathan Story and Aerielle Lewis for their help with an issue concerning a refrigerator at ABC Warehouse on 7/16/21. My husband and I had purchased a kitchen appliance package back on 3/12/21. We were not having our kitchen done until June and was told they would keep in their warehouse until then. Unknown to me the refrigerator to the package had been discontinued and would not be part of my “matching package deal.” Was told when the new model came in I would get that one. But that one would not be the “Gallery series that I had ordered. They did have another more expensive refrigerator that did match the series I have and they split the difference with me because of this issue. So thank you for making this right!

I was originally looked online at a compact fridge and a new stove for my home. I had gotten approved for a lease program and had to go into the store to get my items and start my service. Man I am so glad I did! Thomas was the gentleman that helped me find the products I needed and they were better than what I found online and gave me the best deal on it all. I havent been here in a while, only because Everytime I walk in, and before I even have time to see what they have. All the sudden a salesman runs up to me and starts trying to get in my business. I just want to turn around and leave. If you want to sell something you first need to let people get a fell for the place first. Then after the customer has had time to get their feet wet, then watch for someone to make eye contact. Im going to stop by today. And if any sales person comes up to me as soon as I walk in. Im going to just turn around and walk back out.

We looked at many different stores for what we wanted. To say the least we were not satisfied. We went to ABC Warehouse and talked with Thomas Morasco and explained what we wanted. We purchased a 4 piece appliance package that met our needs, not just what the manufacturer offered and he put together a package deal that still beat the others in price!He was knowledgeable, polite and most of all he listened to us. BEWARE!!!They are ripping people off with these loan options from tempo do not get the lease or loan option from tempo with ABC warehouse they do not get your stuff right and they send you defective items and refused to take them back.I promise I am currently being ripped off by ABC WAREHOUSE...My arm cushions are missing the Velcro required to hold them on went to the store told them they said oh this is the 2nd person that had this problem and still refused cant even sit back or my cushion flies off...They gave me a different TV then what comes with the package deal that I pickedI am not just a mad customer they gave me this lease option and then told me I pay $500 a month for 5 months and then have a option to buy BEWARE, do not do it.THEY DELIVERED DEFECTIVE AND BROKEN FURNITURE AFTER REFUSING TO LET US PICK UP WHAT WE BOUGHT.AND CHARGED 100$ FOR DELIVERING WHAT YOU DONT NO IT IS.

Wish I could remember the mans name that helped us, I know the tag said sales manager, but he was very helpful and informative. I dont like sales people because I feel like Im always pushed to purchase a particular item but this guy didnt try to push any particular thing. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him, and he showed us 3-4 sets of washers/dryers that could accommodate us and explained the ins and outs of them. Very helpful and knowledgeable, will recommend.Well today marks the third time I was promised my appliances would be delivered. 3 days that I have moved my patients around to accommodate their large window of time they give you to deliver your appliances. Today I was contacted by a higher manager, after receiving a confirmation email that my washer would be delivered, that he doesn’t have the washer in stock AGAIN! Very poor communication. Very upset I chose this establishment to get my appliances from. Never again.

They need to give you your space even after he asked me what Im looking for and he showed me the item he never left my side and never stop talking about why I should choose them.

Sales girl was lovely. Im an easy shopper to sell to as I know what Im looking for normally and also dont ask for much beyond what would be expected so I have no complaints.

Ive always had a good experience shopping here my only hesitation is that I think the salespeople should let the customers walk into the store a few yards before pouncing on them. Sometimes somebody might just want to look around to see what you offer rather than having to answer a barrage of questions from a salesperson so they can point you in a single direction bypassing the other products that you offer for sale. Their approach to selling is more what I would expect from a used car lot.

Ask for Jason, he is my favorite salesman! He is very down to earth and helpful. Everyone was kind and very knowledgeable. I go to ABC warehouse for almost every big purchase. Theyre financing plans work great for us. The delivery guys are pretty great too!

Edit: I was back in tonight to see about replacing a television. Again, the staff was friendly and helpful and really good to me. My previous review, I have to retract. I discovered that the Item I was looking into was an online item only. So my apologies for the previous three star review.The reason I only gave a three star review is because, while yes, they have an excellent selection of items and friendly and knowledgeable staff, Ive called in before to see if they had an item available. When I went there, the item Id requested was not in stock, even though I just called 5 minutes before. So if they have what youre looking for, the prices are fairly decent.

Only place I could find that had airconditioners. Very well priced and friendly.

I was greeted at the door by the manager. We had a succinct and informative discussion about what I needed and what they offered. We settled on a product at a price that seemed fair. The product was promptly delivered. All was good.

I waited 24 minets to get help and I was the only customer in the store. All 3 sales asosiats were just standing talking. Thay looked at me 3 times and totally ignored me. All I want was help buying a DVD player. The person that finally came over didnt know anything about anything. Tryed to sell me a 59.99 player for $179.00. I was looking at the one I wanted and knew he was trying to rip me off. I will never do business with you again ‼️‼️‼️
